Abstract

Research on general communication and Islamic perspective communication Public communication is an issue that is often discussed in human life today, because with communication can move the human condition. With communication, even a community can find out information. Likewise Islamic communication themes are found in the Qur'an. The terminology of communication in al-Qur'an includes, among others: Al-Ittiāşal, al-I’lam, al-Tabshīr, al-Da'wah, al-Bayan, al-Naba, al-Khabar, al-Qaul. This sentence is understood as the basic word of communication which is the basis for making that communication exist in the Qur'an. This research method uses a library research approach and content study. Using intrapersonal communication theory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 080 Panyabungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis & Mc. Taggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan dalam 1 kali pertemuan. Siklus dalam penelitian memiliki 4 tahap kegiatan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas IV B SD Negeri 080 Panyabungan dengan jumlah siswa 32 orang yang terdiri dari 15 orang siswa laki-laki dan 17 orang siswa perempuan, pada pembelajaran IPA tahun ajaran 2023/2024 dengan menggunakan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai KKM pada pembelajaran IPA materi Wujud Benda dan Perubahannya rata-rata ketuntasan pada siklus I sebesar 72,03 (68,75%), dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 25% sehingga menjadi 85 (93,75%). Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan tercapainya kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) dengan rata-rata ketuntasan sebesar 93% pada pembelajaran IPA materi wujud benda dan perubahannya.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine whether implementing pop-up book media has an influence on the learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 111 Pidoli Dolok in science subjects. This research employs an experimental, quantitative approach. This study included a total of 28 students from class V. We collected data using test and questionnaire methods. We processed the obtained data using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25. Data was analysed using product moment. The results revealed that the use of pop-up book media significantly enhanced the learning outcomes of the experimental class, resulting in a score of 85. We reanalyzed the posttest results using a t test and the Sig results. The 2-tailed value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, indicating the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of Ha. Meanwhile, the results of the independent sample t-test showed that the tcount was greater than the ttable, namely 5.358 > 2.160. These findings suggest that the use of pop-up book media affects learning outcomes.

Abstract

diversity makes it a nation that has its own character that is different from other nations. This character should be maintained through educational institutions in order to produce a generation of the nation that knows and preserves the character of the nation that has existed since their ancestors. This study uses a qualitative approach with a post-positivistic paradigm. Data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. While data analysis with the Miles, Huberman & Saldana model. This study resulted in a shift in the character of the Indonesian nation that is classified as very complicated, this complexity is further complicated by the lack of public awareness that our national character has long been lost. The glittering currents of modernization and globalization are the main factors in the loss of the nation's character. The readiness of society to face the modern era forces them to fall asleep and be lulled by the strains of electronic sophistication without being able to fortify themselves with sufficient knowledge. Likewise, the sudden flow of globalization cannot be blocked by clarity of heart and mind so that it blinds the paradigm of long-term thinking. As a result, the character of the nation is now just a sweet memory when remembered and bitter when remembered. The development of national character in schools through Islamic religious education is carried out in several stages, namely familiarizing oneself with religious activities, action planning and giving awards. Bangsa Indonesia adalah bangsa yang memiliki bermacam ras budaya yang bermacam-macam. Keanekaragaman ini menjadikannya sebagai bangsa yang memiliki karakter sendiri berbeda dengan bangsa yang lain. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal harusnya mampu menjadi benteng dalam internalisasi karakter bangsa ini ke dalam diri peserta didik sehingga melahirkan peserta didik yang berkarakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma post positivistik. Lokasi penelitian ini di SMPN 1 Mandailing Natal. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisis data dengan model Miles, Huberman & Saldana. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pergeseran karakter bangsa Indonesia tergolong sangat rumit, kerumitan ini dipersulit lagi dengan kurangnya kesadaran mayarakat bahwa karakter bangsa kita sudah lama hilang. Gemerlapnya arus modernisasi dan globalisasi menjadi faktor utama hilangan karakter bangsa tersbut. Kesiapan masyarakat menghadapi zaman modern memaksa mereka untuk larut tertidur dan dibuai manja oleh alunan kecanggihan elektronik tanpa mampu membentengi diri dengan pengetahuan yang cukup memadai. Demikian halnya dengan arus globalisasi yang serba dadakan tidak mampu dibendung dengan kejernihan hati dan pikiran, sehingga membutakan paradigma berpikir panjang. Akibatnya, karakter bangsa kini tinggal kenangan manis bila ingat dan pahit bila kenang. Pembangunan karakter bangsa di sekolah melalui pendidikan agama Islam dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan, perencanaan aksi dan pemberian penghargaan. Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian Language Learning Materials for Pekerjaan di Sekitarku. This research was carried out at SD N 019 Bonan Dolok. The research method used is classroom action research with a research design by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. Sampling was carried out using total sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 35 students. Data analysis in this research uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The average learning outcome for pre-cycle students was 35.4, the learning outcome for cycle I students was 65.7 and the learning outcome for cycle II students was 78. Furthermore, the percentage of completion for pre-cycle students was 14.3%. , the percentage of student completion was 48.6% and the percentage of student completion in cycle II increased by 37.1 from cycle I, namely 85.7%. This shows that there is an influence of the application of the Role Playing Method on the Indonesian language learning outcomes of Pekerjaan di Sekitarku students at SD N 019 Bonan Dolok.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of ice breaking on the learning motivation of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 112 Parbangunan. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 112 Parbangunan. The research method used was an experiment with a nonequivalent kontrol group design. Sample collection was carried out using total sampling. The sample for this research consisted of 28 students, for the experimental class, 16 students who were given treatment, namely by applying ice breaking, and for the control class, 12 students who used conventional learning. Analysis of the process data for both groups using the t-test obtained a t-count result of 3.611 and t-table with 5% significance level is 2.05 then t-count>t-table. This shows that there is an influence of ice breaking on the learning motivation of class IV students at SD Negeri 112 Parbangunan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi anak usia dini di lingkungan pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan guru sebagai subjek utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran strategis dalam menstimulasi kemampuan komunikasi anak melalui berbagai pendekatan, seperti kegiatan bercerita, bermain peran, diskusi kelompok kecil, dan penggunaan media edukatif. Guru juga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang komunikatif serta membangun hubungan emosional yang positif dengan anak, sehingga anak merasa aman dan percaya diri dalam menyampaikan ide. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan komunikasi anak usia dini sangat bergantung pada keterlibatan aktif guru dan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan praktik pengajaran yang mendukung pertumbuhan bahasa dan komunikasi anak secara optimal.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve students' reading skills using Wallchart learning media, designed through Classroom Action Research (CAR), based on the Kemmis & Taggart model. This Classroom Action Research aimed to provide innovative actions and solutions to obstacles encountered in the learning process. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 086 Dalam Lidang, Panyabungan District, Mandaling Natal Regency, with a total population of 24 first-grade students. Data collection techniques included observation and reading skill tests. The results showed increased reading skills, as evidenced by the number of students who completed the reading program reaching 63.90% in Cycle 1 and 82.65% in Cycle 2. Wall Chart: Representing complex information with a very realistic, simple, and attractive visual design, it can be used as an independent learning tool that can be seen anytime because it is mounted on a wall or in any particular corner. Therefore, using Wallchart learning media in Indonesian language learning can improve elementary school students' reading skills.

Abstract

Beginning readingability in childrenage5-6years is a basic skill that is very important in supporting their academic development. One effective method for improving this ability is through interesting and interactive media, such as picture word cards. This media is designed to introduce children to basic vocabulary with the help of appropriate pictures, and remember these words. Using picture word cards can strengthen children's reading skills, because they combine attractive visual elements with direct reading practice. Through fun games and activities, children can gradually learn to recognize words, improve their reading fluency and enrich their vocabulary. This approach also provides a pleasant experience, makes the process of learning to read more interesting and reduces the anxiety that may arise in children when learning to read. In this way, picture word cards become an effective medium in supporting the development of early reading skills in young children.

Abstract

This research delves into the intricate dynamics of formal and informal language usage within the realm of business communication in Mandailing Natal. Mandailing Natal, characterized by its cultural and linguistic diversity, serves as a distinctive backdrop for comprehending the nuanced role of language in business interactions. Employing a method of language variation analysis, this study scrutinizes various business communication texts, including formal letters, emails, and face-to-face conversations. The objective is to unravel the disparities in the utilization of formal and informal language. The findings of the research reveal that within the business communication space, the deployment of formal and informal language not only mirrors organizational hierarchy but is intricately linked to the local cultural context. Formal language predominantly governs official documents and written communication, while informal language prevails in face-to-face interactions and everyday situations. Furthermore, language variation extends to the incorporation of local dialects and distinctive expressions unique to Mandailing Natal, contributing cultural richness to business communication.
