Abstract

In the hospital industry, the performance of nurses is very important in the success in the hospital. It is necessary for the workforce to be able to work optimally and the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB is a behavior of an employee that is not formally regulated and can improve the performance of the organization. Some of the factors that affect OCB are organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to find out the relationship of organizational commitment and job satisfaction with OCB. Data collection in this study used OCB scale, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Sampling using total sampling, with a sample number of 100 nurses at the public hospital Wisma Rini Pringsewu. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results showed that Deviation From Linearity between OCB and Organizational Commitment of 0.707 and between OCB and Job Satisfaction of 0.602, where the value of each variable is p>0.05s so that it indicates there is a linear relationship, and can be continued with hypothetical tests. It is known that the first hypothesis is that the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction is positively correlated with ocb variables with the significance of p<0.01 and p<0.05 received. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Siswa SMA membutuhkan keterampilan kerjasama untuk memaksimalkan proses belajar maupun berorganisasi di luar sekolah. Salah satu aspek penting yang perlu dikembangkan dalam kerjasama adalah empati. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur dan penggalian data di lapangan, kemampuan kerjasama siswa SMA yang dirasa masih kurang terkait dengan empati. Oleh karena itu dalam program pengabdian masyarakat kali ini akan dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan untuk membangun kemampuan kerjasama dengan fokus pada pengembangan empati. Pelatihan yang dilakukan akan memberikan pengalaman dan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk memperoleh wawasan serta mempraktekan langsung keterampilan yang dapat membangun empati dan kerjasama. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah 20 siswa SMA di Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan pelatihan yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan empati dalam diri siswa sebagai salah satu aspek penting dalam keterampilan kerjasama. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya perubahan perilaku peserta sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan di setiap sesi pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian seperti ini dapat di lakukan secara rutin pada cakupan peserta yang lebih luas. Materi pelatihan juga dapat dimaksimalkan pada keterampilan lain yang juga dibutuhkan peserta untuk mengembangkan kerjasama, mengingat pentingnya keterampilan kerjasama untuk dimililiki siswa SMA. Kata kunci: Empati, Kerjasama, Pelatihan, Siswa SMA  ABSTRACT High school students need teamwork skills to maximize the learning process and to organize outside of school. One important aspect that needs to be developed in teamwork is empathy. Based on the literature review and data collection in the field, the teamwork ability that still lact in high school is empathy. Therefore, in thin community service program, training activities will be carried out to build empathy in teamwork skills. The training will provide experience and opportunities for students to gain insight and practice skills that can build empathy and teamwork. The participants of this activity were 20 high school students in Bandar Lampung. Based on the implementation of the training program, it can be concluded that the training is effective in improving empathy in students as an important aspect of teamwork skills. This can be seen from the changes in participant behavior in accordance with the target set in each training session. Activities like this can be carried out routinely for a wider range of participants to develop teamwork skills, given the importance of teamwork skills for high school students. Keywords: Empathy, Teamwork, High School Students, Training

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Stress is a psychological and physical reaction to any demands that cause stability and tension in everyday life. It is undeniable that humans will experience stress in their lives, one of which is ASN (State Civil Apparatus). Stress on ASN (State Civil Apparatus) can be influenced by several factors, one of which is gender differences. This study aims to determine the relationship between gender and ASN (State Civil Apparatus) stress in Metro city. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and demographic data. Data were analyzed by hypothesis testing using t-test analysis to determine whether there were differences in the stress level of ASN (State Civil Apparatus) in Metro city based on gender. The conclusion of this study was that the results of this study showed that there was no difference in stress levels in ASN (State Civil Apparatus) both men and women both had the same stress level, with a value (Sig2tailed) of 0.531 ≥ 0.05 Keywords: Gender,Stress, ASN (APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA)  ABSTRAK Stres merupakan suatu reaksi psikologis dan fisik terhadap setiap tuntutan yang menyebabkan gangguan stabilitas dan ketegangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tidak dapat dipungkiri manusia akan mengalami stres dalam kehidupannya, salah satunya adalah ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) (Aparatur Sipil Negara). Stres pada ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah perbedaan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan jenis kelamin dengan stres ASN  (Aparatur Sipil Negara) di kota Metro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) dan data demografi. Data dianalisis dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji t-test untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan tingkat stres ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) kota Metro berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didapati hasil bahwa penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya  perbedaan tingkat stres pada ASN  (Aparatur Sipil Negara) baik laki-laki ataupun perempuan keduanya memiliki tingkat stres yang sama,dengan nilai (Sig2tailed) sebesar 0.531 ≥ 0,05Kata Kunci: Jenis Kelamin, Stres, ASN (APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA)

Abstract

the ability to guide their own behavior, the ability to suppress or inhibit impulses or impulsive behavior is a sense of self-control. a significant role in the effort to learn the definition of motivation. Because students are not possible without the motivation of learning activities. Learning is a complex process that happens to every person throughout his life. Between the self-control with student achievement there is a significant positive relationship. Thus, self-control is a control behavior that tends to act positively in thinking. Knowing the self-control relationship with the motivation to learn at SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo Central Lampung. Research quantitative analytic design and cross-sectional design and sampling techniques Simple Random Sampling by questionnaire self-control and motivation to learn. Total sample 205 Of 500 population, self-control with a mean of 82.80 (medium), ± Std.Deviation (13 792), while the motivation to study with a mean of 80.94 (medium), ± Std.Deviation (13,572) for the motivation to learn. The results of the bivariate analysis values ​​obtained Pearson test P Value 0.003, and the value of r 0.209. There is a significant relationship between self-control and motivation to learn at Senior High School 1 Trimurjo Central District Lampung, with the strength and direction of the correlation was positive correlation that the higher the self control, the higher a person's motivation to learn.

Abstract

Introduction; The World Health Organization revealed on January 30, 2020 that the corona virus has become a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Aim; know the relationship between stress and learning motivation. Methodology; quantitative type with analytic design and crosssectional approach. The measurement instrument used was the DASS 42 questionnaire (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 42), a learning motivation questionnaire. Result; shows that the distribution of the highest stress variable with moderate stress level (43.3%) and the highest learning motivation variable with moderate learning motivation level (48.3%) and for the correlation analysis results on learning motivation. variable with stress obtained P = 0.000 and the results of the correlation coefficient r = -0.511. Conclusion; that there is a relationship between stress and learning motivation.

Abstract

Introduction; The current Covid-19 pandemic is one of the major health crises for individuals in all countries, continents, RAS, and socio-economic groups. Objectives; know the effect of stress on exercise behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method; quantitative research with analytic design and cross-sectional approach. The measuring instruments used were the DASS42 questionnaire (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 42) and the exercise intensity questionnaire. Result; Of the 60 samples studied, it was found that the largest age frequency distribution in this study was 30 people (50%), the highest gender frequency was 32 women (53.3%), the level of stress that was most often found. namely moderate stress as many as 21 people (35%), the frequency of sports behavior that was mostly found with low intensity was 25 people (41.7%). Conclusion: There is no effect of stress on exercise behavior on students when they enter the covid-19 medical faculty
