Abstract

This research is driven by a student's moral decadence, which is worrying and complex, for illustration beating students to teachers who died, brawls between students, and other lawless acts; from these problems, PAI teachers play a role in improving student morale. This study describes PAI teachers' role as educators, models and role models, and evaluators in improving students' morale. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach because the researchers wanted to describe several phenomena related to the problems and problems that occurred. The results show 1) The role of the teacher as an educator in improving the morale of students at SMP N 02 AjungJember is to always explain moral values in everyday life through cults, giving a penalty, and 5 S cultural habits (smiles, greetings, Salim, polite, and courteous), 2) The role of PAI teachers as models and role models in improving students' morale, Always trying to offer good examples for students, so they give good feedback in everyday life, 3) The role of PAI teachers as evaluators in improving students' morale, mainly by providing a thorough evaluation, because evaluation discuss analytical aspects and further evaluations in affective and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren al-Munir Jombang is a boarding school that holds the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program for students. This program aims to give birth to a young generation of Muslims who have expertise in a field of knowledge and are able to lead community life and intrepreneurship, based on the Qur'an. This research was conducted to determine how the impact of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program was felt by the students at al-Munir Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The type of research that researchers do is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the impact of the Tahfidz al-Quran program carried out by the al-Munir Jombang Islamic Boarding School on the values of character education for students, they feel a change in themselves in their daily lives in ethics based on the spirit of carrying out Islamic teachings

Abstract

The article is to find out the definition and system of good and correct bureaucracy from an Islamic education perspective in the Digital Era. To find out the definition and practice of discrimination as well as solutions to deal with discrimination from an Islamic education perspective. To find out the definition of elite in the Islamic view of the digital era. The researchers engage in synthesizing the gathered information and conducting a thorough analysis. It presents this literature review within a descriptive qualitative research framework, adopting a phenomenological approach, to extract insights that address the research question by first collecting data and then seeking understanding. The result show that Discrimination can be overcome by instilling the teachings of the Islamic religion (caliphate principles) into oneself by accepting the nature of humans as social creatures who must live side by side with other humans who have different personalities and characteristics. At the elite level of thinking, we observe a pragmatic approach as elites gravitate toward populist figures to boost their popularity. This behavior is often characterized as a form of currying favor with those in power. The resulting phenomenon has generated narratives that have become a source of political turmoil, leading to widespread unrest among the grassroots population. Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of the assumption that science is said to be scientific if it can be proven empirically and can be accepted by reason. Although the epistemological instruments of Islamic studies are different from Western epistemological instruments, Islam legitimises this opinion by arguing that the most valid level of validity of science only comes from revelation without denying the truth of science obtained through empirical and rational sources. This research was studied using the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) approach. Data were collected from various journals and books relevant to the themes raised in this study. The results of data analysis found that science is said to be scientific if it can be proven empirically and rationally, this opinion is expressed by Western scientists. Whereas in the Islamic view, such as the opinion of Muslim philosophers such as Al-Kindi, Al-Farabi, Ibn Rushd, and Ibn Sina, science will reach the level of scientific validity if it comes from revelation, belief, and sometimes obtained through inspiration. The findings of this study confirm that the Islamic epistemological approach can contribute significantly in advancing Islamic education, by combining empirical, rational, and revelation sources as the basis for developing science.

Abstract

This research is very interesting and important to study according to the rational reasons stated in the background content, that science and Islam are knowledge obtained through different epistemological sources. even though in the Islamic view it is explained that Islam is a religion of salvation that does not separate science into dichotomous boxes. This research aims to construct the concept that science and Islam are sciences that originate from an epistemology originating from the creator, namely Allah SWT. This research uses a literature review (SLR) system which includes accredited national journals and several other international journals which includes several stages as follows: a. identification phase. B. filtering phase c. feasibility stage and d. inclusion and extraction phases. Based on the results of data analysis, the resulting research findings are that the Al-Qur'an provides quite high encouragement to develop sciences based on Allah's revelation and sciences based on reason. The knowledge that comes from Allah's revelation is the Koran, while the knowledge that comes from reason is the result of human thought which is developed systematically and scientifically. Thus, it can be concluded that the ulumul Qur'an perspective between science and Islam has been explained in the Qur'an through kauliyah verses which explain its relationship with the universe. Meanwhile, the second verse is the qauniyah verse which is a verse from Allah apart from discussing the universe

Abstract

Innovative learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education are needed to improve cognitive abilities, including analysis, application, creation, presentation, and implementation; affective abilities, including appreciation and organization or characterization; and psychomotor abilities, with the perception of the Qur'an and Hadith, which can enrich the vocational needs of students. This qualitative case study research aims to describe and analyze innovative learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education at Mambaul Ulum Vocational High School based on the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. Data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Testing the validity of the collected data through triangulation, expert discussions, and member checking. Data analysis using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana methods with data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The study showed that the Islamic Religious Education teachers implemented three innovative learning strategies. First, problem-based learning integrates religious concepts with real issues to develop cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. Second, inquiry-based learning through independent investigation and applying religious concepts in everyday life to deepen understanding. Third, flipped classroom combines independent learning at home with classroom discussion activities. Applying three innovative learning strategies has an impact on increasing learning motivation, knowledge of worship, and critical thinking skills. The value of this research lies in the application of learning strategies that connect religious concepts with actual practices to improve the quality of learning in vocational environments. The research findings strengthen constructivism through problem-based, inquiry-based, and flipped classroom theory by showing that active, collaborative, and interactive learning improves understanding and application of learning materials.

Abstract

In the era of nation-building (Indonesia), which is developing today, teachers have an important role in increasing their potential as an effort to improve the intelligence of the nation's generation including guidance on future generations, the back and forth of a nation is determined by an educator. Therefore, a teacher has a direct obligation to supervise and assist the learning process of learners and students. Admittedly or not, teachers will always be an important element that determines the success and failure of an education. Therefore, teachers always play a role in the formation of potential human resources in the field of nation and state development.)(Teachers are second parents who always educate and supervise children, to achieve their goals and life. Therefore, a teacher must have a very high dedication and the profession he chooses is not a side job, because it is recognized or not the teacher who determines the success of the child. The research was conducted at SMA 1 Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo. To collect data is used observation methods, documentation, and interviews. Then the data that has been collected in the form of words is analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis.) (From the results of discussion and research, the following conclusions were obtained, the professionalism of teachers in the teaching and learning process was good enough, proven by the ability of teachers to make student units, always make good teaching preparations, use props well, and always hold evaluations. Efforts to improve professionalism made by the principal are management, disciplinary supervision and meetings. While the efforts made by teachers are to continue the level of education, reading themselves, and deliberation.) Dalam era pembangunan bangsa (indonesia), yang sedang berkembang saat ini, guru mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan potensi diri sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan generasi bangsa termasuk bimbingan pada generasi mendatang, maju mundurnya suatu bangsa ditentukan oleh seorang pendidik. Oleh karena itu seorang guru mempunyai kewajiban secara langsung untuk mengawasi dan membantu proises belajar peserta didik dan anak didik. Diakui atau tidak, guru akan selalu menjadi unsur penting yang menentukan berhasil dan tidaknya suatu pendidikan. Oleh karena itu maka guru selalu berperan dalam pembentukan sumberdaya manusia yang potensial dibidang pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Guru adalah orang kedua setelah orang tua yang selalu mendidik dan memgawasi anak, untuk meraih cita-cita dan tujan hidupnya. Oleh karena itu, seorang guru harus memiliki dedikasi yang sangat tinggi dan profesi yang dipilihnya itu bukan pekerjaan sampingan, sebab diakui atau tidak gurulah yang menentukan keberhasilan anak.Penelitian dilakukan di SMA 1 Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan interview. Kemudian data yang telah terkumpul berupa kata-kata dianalisis dengn tekinik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil pemabahasan dan penelitian didapat kesimpulan sebagai berikut, profesionalisme guru dalam proses belajar mengajar sudah cukup baik, terbukti dengan kemampuan guru membuat satpel, selalu membuat persiapan mengajar dengan baik, menggunakan alat peraga dengan baik, dan selalu mengadakan evaluasi.Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah adalah penataran, pengawasan kedisiplinan dan rapat.Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru adalah melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan, membaca sendiri, dan musyawarah.
