Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan bisnis rajut di Kota Bandung tidak terlepas dari peran para pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Bandung dikenal sebagai pusat mode Indonesia dan dijuluki Paris Van Java karena memiliki karakteristik serupa dengan Paris. Hal tersebut menuntut para pengusaha khususnya pengrajin bidang rajut memiliki kemampuan, pengetahuan, keahlian dan kompetensi diri dalam menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas dari produk yang dihasilkan sebagai nilai tambah agar dapat bersaing dengan produk dalam maupun luar negeri. Selain itu, para pengrajin rajut harus memahami efesiensi biaya produksi agar bisa memperoleh keuntungan maksimal dan usahanya tidak mengalami kemunduran. Tujuan dalam makalah ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi biaya dalam memproduksi rajut melalui pengetahuan berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan agar pelaku UMKM rajut melakukan produski melalui sistem yang paling efisien, mengelola keuangan atau permodalan, sumber daya manusia supaya usaha dapat berlangsung lebih baik dan meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produk rajut yang dihasilkan oleh pengusaha rajut di Bandung khususnya diukm rajut sumantri melalui efisiensi biaya produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan salah satu pengrajin rajut di Margaluyu Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Upaya Peningkatan Efesiensi Biaya Produksi UMKM Rajutan Melalui Implementasi Purchase Order pada Sentra Rajut Sumantri Margaluyu Kota Bandung.   Kata Kunci: UMKM, Efesiensi Biaya Produksi, Purchase Order

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website terhadap EWOM dan Online Impuls Buying pada mahasiswa di provinsi DKI Jakarta. Jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan model yang diusulkan, kualitas website ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap EWOM dan Online Impuls Buying pada mahasiswa. Adapun kebaruan pada penelitian ini, Online Impuls Buying pada mahasiswa saat mengunjungi e-commerce sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas website dan kualitas website mempengaruhi mereka melakukan EWOM.

Abstract

Investment Manager is the party that manages the securities portfolio for customers or manages the collective investment portfolio for a group of customers based on the prevailing laws and regulations. One of the Mutual Fund products is the Equity Fund. The Investment Manager in managing Equity Mutual Funds carries out portfolio activities, both securities portfolios and collective investment portfolios. Portfolios are intended to minimize the risks that occur when managing investments. With the existence of a portfolio, it is hoped that the rate of return expected by investors can be achieved optimally. In managing a Equity Mutual Fund, mistakes are never made. Investment Manager errors can cause losses on the part of investors. As for the problem, what are the actions of the Investment Manager in carrying out stock portfolio activities that can harm investors in equity mutual funds, what is the civil liability of the Investment Manager to investors who are harmed in the Equity Mutual Fund, and where investors can file a complaint against the actions of the Investment Manager. to the detriment of investors. The research method carried out by the author is library research, namely the activity of collecting data and provisions in laws and regulations that have binding legal force, both regulations issued by the government of the Republic of Indonesia and regulations issued by BAPEPAM-LK. In addition, data is also collected from books and internet media. Based on the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that: Investment Manager's actions in carrying out stock portfolio activities that can harm investors in Equity Mutual Funds include actions that are prohibited for Investment Managers as regulated in Article 35, Article 41, and Article 42 of the Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market. If the Investment Manager is proven to have committed an act that can cause harm to the investor, the Investment Manager is responsible for compensating the loss, and if the Investment Manager does not want to compensate for the loss, the investor can file a complaint with BAPEPAM-LK or file a lawsuit with the District Court. It is hoped that before investors invest in an Mutual Fund, the investor should know in advance the vision and mission of the Investment Manager who manages the Mutual Fund, including the soul, spirit, and also the characteristics of the Investment Manager Representative who is appointed as the person in charge of carrying out operational management activities. The Mutual Funds, including the preparation of the Securities portfolio which is the basis for the existence of the Mutual Funds.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan resesi ekonomi yang terjadi menyebabkan permasalahan di pasar tenaga kerja dengan sedikitnya lowongan kerja untuk lulusan sekolah menengah maupun perguruan tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat wirausaha di SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 110 siswa kelas XII SMK di wilayah Klender, Jakarta Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online melalui whatsapp. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianlisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan nilai signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha sedangkan lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha pada siswa kelas XII SMK. Namun, jika dihitung pengaruhnya secara simultan dengan uji F maka efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Lingkungan Keluarga, Minat Wirausaha.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of trust and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on product purchasing decisions. Trust is considered a crucial factor in consumer decision-making, and eWOM has emerged as a powerful tool for shaping consumer opinions and attitudes towards products. The study uses a survey questionnaire to collect data from a sample of consumers and employs structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationships between the variables. The research proposes the following hypotheses: Trust has a positive effect on product purchasing decisions. eWOM has a positive effect on product purchasing decisions.The results of the study provide insights into the role of trust and eWOM in shaping consumer purchasing decisions and highlight the importance of building trust and leveraging eWOM to promote products effectively. The findings of the research can inform marketing strategies and help businesses develop more effective approaches to influence consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, and leverage on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The type of research used is statistical quantitative used with a population of 84 companies. A sample of 19 companies was selected through a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this study are profitability (ROA), firm size (LN), and leverage (DER) while the dependent variable in this study is the company value (PBV). The results showed that partially, profitability (ROA) and leverage (DER) had a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV). Meanwhile, firm size (LN) has no significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability, firm size and leverage have a positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the financial ratios of PT Berlina Tbk during the period 2019 to 2022 see the company’s ability to use ratios. This research uses secondary data by utilizing financial reports and company reports. The analytical tool used in this research is liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that the level of PT Berlina Tbk liquidity ratio, which is assessed by the average current ratio of 71,04%, cash ratio of 6,06%, and quick ratio of 44,16%, is considered illiquid. The solvency level of PT Berlina Tbk, which is assessed from the average debt to assets ratio of 59,57%, debt to equity ratio of 147,80%, and long-term debt to equity of 64,38%, is also considered not solvable, where the average calculation results the ratio is in poor condition and does not meet industry ratio standards. And for PT Berlina Tbk profitability level which is assessed from an average gross profit margin of 3,43%, net profit margin of 15,43%, and return on assets of 8,40%, which is considered less efficient, there needs to be a policy so that the profits obtained are more efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that shape consumer purchasing decisions on Digital Photo Graphics. Variables that are assumed to form consumer loyalty are price, product, service, place, promotion, presentation and reputation. Researchers used quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are consumers who shop at Digital Photo Graphics in 2020. The sample in this study is consumers who meet the criteria set by the researchers with a total of 83 people. The analytical method used in this study is explanatory factor analysis (EFA) with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that 5 factors are formed, namely Excellent Service Factors (1), Store Convenience Factors (2), Accessibility Factors (3), Product Performance Factors (4), Promotion Factors (5). The Excellent Service factor has the highest variance value, which is 46%. Steps that can be taken by Digital Photo Graphics are increasing up-selling, making company uniforms, providing personal service, making terms and conditions, cutting dense trees, directing parking to be neater, making product quality consistent, allocating funds for research & development, active on social media and giving discounts to loyal customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming and content quality on purchase intention for Credifox products on TikTok Shop, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique, involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using statistical quantitative methods and multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS 25 software. The findings indicate that, partially, live streaming significantly influences purchase intention, with a t-value of 4.571 > t-table 1.985 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, content quality also has a significant influence on purchase intention, as shown by a t-value of 3.152 > t-table 1.985 and a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05. Simultaneously, live streaming and content quality have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention for Credifox products on TikTok Shop, with an F-value of 74.834 > F-table 3.100 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi administrasi di tingkat akar rumput, pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Word bagi kader PKK Kelurahan Bambu Apus menjadi langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kapasitas teknis dan profesionalisme organisasi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali pengurus dan kader PKK dengan keterampilan dasar dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word untuk menyusun laporan harian dan bulanan secara efektif, rapi, dan sesuai standar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan 25 peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan secara tatap muka. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teori (100%), kemampuan menggunakan fitur dasar Word (92%), serta keterampilan menyusun laporan (98%). Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi kerja administratif PKK, tetapi juga memperkuat literasi digital dan membuka peluang untuk replikasi kegiatan serupa di wilayah lain. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan guna mendukung transformasi digital organisasi masyarakat secara menyeluruh.
