Abstract

Petra Christian University has been using e-learning in the teaching-learning process. However, the e-learning doesn’t exist in the form of mobile application yet. This research is conducted to assist in the teaching-learning process at Petra Christian University by developing a model of mobile e-learning application that can run on cross-platform, which is on Android and BlackBerry platform.The application is created using PhoneGap that uses HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. The system on the application follows Lentera e-learning system based on Moodle. On the server side, it takes a modified Moodle’s source code based on PHP so the application can be run in accordance with the system.The result shows that the application can run on cross-platform. The application has a different interface from the website version. The application also runs online with the Lentera system. The basic features of Lentera have been successfully implemented on the application. Assessment of the application as a whole is 55.56% of respondents answered very good, while 44.44% of respondents answered good.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya kebutuhanakan proteksi diri dan harta bendanya, produk asuransi kinimulai dilirik oleh masyarakat. Banyaknya perusahaan asuransiyang berkembang saat ini meningkatkan pula jumlah produkasuransi yang dikeluarkan. Banyaknya produk asuransi yangdikeluarkan itu menyusahkan masyarakat dalam memilih produkasuransi yang terbaik. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahanitu, penulis membuat suatu aplikasi sistem pakar yangmemberikan saran pada user untuk pemilihan rider tambahanserta tools untuk perhitungan dan perbandingan keuntungan daribeberapa produk asuransi.Proses pembuatan website ini menggunakan PHP sebagaibahasa pemrograman dan PHPMyAdmin sebagai database.Pembuatan sistem pakar menggunakan metode forward chainingsedangkan pembuatan tools menggunakan perhitungan yangmemanfaatkan PHP dan PHPMyAdminHasil yang diperoleh dari pembuatan tools dan aplikasisistem pakar antara lain, memberi saran user untuk memilihrider tambahan dalam sebuah produk asuransi dan untukperhitungan agar dapat mengetahui besarnya biaya yang harusdibayar dalam mengambil sebuah rider atau produk dasarasuransi serta penyajian saran untuk memilih produk asuransiyang memiliki biaya lebih murah.

Abstract

CV. IDE mempunyai daftar pelanggan dan calon pelanggan dari berbagai sektor industri. Tugas salesadalahmenangani setiap pelanggan / calon pelanggan tersebut untuk meningkatkan profit perusahaan. Namun pada kenyataannya, managermengalami kesulitan dalam mengontrol kinerja serta progressyang dihasilkan sales-nya. Selain itu proses pencatatan data masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga jadwal service yang sudah dijanjikan kepada pelanggan terkadang mengalami keterlambatan. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak ada suatu sistem yang dapat mengingatkan managerakan jadwal tersebut.Melihat permasalahan yang ada, maka diperlukan suatu sistem untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut. Sistem Customer Relationship Management menjadi pilihan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada. Hal ini karena masalah yang terjadi berhubungan dengan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan.Hasil yang diperoleh dari program ini yaitu mampu membuat penugasan untuk salesdalam menangani pelanggan / calon pelanggan, reminder, kuesioner online, complain, menambahkan wishlist, serta sistem untuk menampilkan notifikasi.

Abstract

Dewasa ini manipulasi gambar yang berkaitan dengan pengambilan suatu objek (matting) dan penggabungan pada background baru (compositing) banyak dipergunakan (misal dalam dunia perfilman). Objek yang akan diolah dapat beraneka ragam, tetapi permasalahan akan timbul ketika objek yang diolah adalah objek transparan. Belum banyak riset mengenai permasalahan ini karena sulitnya mendapatkan nilai transparansi serta pembiasan objek, sehingga dalam skripsi ini dikembangkan aplikasi untuk melakukan proses matting dan compositingobjek tranparan.Proses matting akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Grabcut, lalu nilai alpha/transparansi dari objek akan dihitung dengan alpha matting. Nilai transparansi akan digunakan dalam compositing objek dengan background baru, sedangkan teknik pembiasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus pembiasan Snell’s Law. Aplikasi akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dengan Visual C# 2010 sebagai IDE nya.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai alpha/transparansi yang didapat dipengaruhi oleh pencahayaan, pembiasan oleh background lama, serta motif dari objek. Pembiasan pada objek sudah natural jika dibandingkan dengan kondisi asli. Selain itu posisi mata dapat diatur oleh pengguna untuk mendapatkan hasil sesuai keinginan. Kekurangan dari aplikasi ini adalah hasil gambar tidak dapat menyerupai objek pada gambar awal objek diambil. Selain itu, dikarenakan objek transparan yang diekstrak adalah white object, hasil compositing pada objek transparan berwarna akan terlihat tidak alami.

Abstract

Toko Mulia Sport is a shop specialized in the sale of sport tool. Toko Mulia Sport bussines prosses is still done manually. The invoice and data inventory are written by hand. The purpose of this thesis is to produce a administration information system that can help Toko Mulia Sport administrative activities.This information system is used to store items data. Purchase and sale transactions process help to assist the sale product to the customer and the purchase product to the supplier. Product item and transaction reports help to facilitate owner in looking at the data. This information system is built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language. The  data storage system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2008.Based on test results, a system that has been created can help Toko Mulia Sport in conducting transactions or print the report.

Abstract

Toko Gypsum Mulia Jaya is a company engaged in the sale and installation of Gypsum profile, partition, aluminum and some building materials. Currently, the recording system stock in Toko Gypsum Mulia Jaya still manually so that the accuracy of the data is less relevant and seems slow. Moreover the recording for each transaction is still not done. Based on the background of the problems in Toko Gypsum Mulia Jaya. In this design an information system that can record the purchase of administration, record keeping stock, conversion of goods, sales, reports and reminders to address the needs of every record store in the business process in question. The process of develop an application using Visual Basic 2010, while for the database using Sql Server 2008. The results obtained from the manufacture of administrative information system applications, among others, the purchase of material goods can be recorded into the database. Program helps recording all trading transactions. The process of checking the stock becomes easier and faster. Helping calculation of profit / loss for the income and expenditure. Display application is good enough and easy to use.

Abstract

Santoso Material Building Store is a company engaged in the sale of construction materials. Currently recording system stock in Stores Building Santoso still manually so that the accuracy of the data is less relevant and seems slow. Based on the background of the problems in Santoso Material Building Stores. Author designing an information system applications based on client-server that can record the purchase, registration of stock, conversion of goods, sales, and reports to address the needs of every record store in the business processes that occur. The development of the application uses Microsoft Visual Basic 2010, with Sql Server 2008 R2 database. Based on the results of the testing, the application can generate the required reports, and the branches  can be connected to the database server so that the branch can access data store the goods on store and application can perform all their function.

Abstract

Museum is a place to store a variety of cultural heritage that can be used as an educational attraction for the community and study materials used by academics. But unfortunately the public interest to make the museum as a tourist destination is very low. Therefore we need innovation to attract people, and in this case the innovation made in the utilization of NFC technology in android . NFC technology is currently being highly developed and has been used in many applications, so the utilization of that technology is expected to dispel the impression of being outdated and unattractive, commonly attached to the museum.This application will be divided into two, namely mobile applications for visitors that have been developed using Android Studio software and web applications for administrator that developed using Notepad++ and MySQL database. This mobile applications can deliver information of objects in the museum in the form of text, video, and audio by scanning the NFC tag which the results of the scan will direct the application to retrieve data from a web application as a server for database management. This application can also display museum’s profile, museum’s events, museum’s maps, and mini games. From this application museum can also obtain statistical data which can be useful for the development of the museum that can be accessed from web application.Based on the results of implementation which has been tested, this application was able to deliver the information in the format of text, image, audio, and video by scanning NFC tag. In addition, from the application feasibility tests on random users, all respondents express that they are more interested to visit museum with the presence of this application.

Abstract

Development and competition in the University of Indonesia is extremely tight. Petra Christian University is also the Universitys long-standing and well known to many people in Indonesia. Prospective students would like to see more clearly the form and facilities owned by the University. The difficulties that exist in prospective students who reside outside the island, as it requires large transportation costs if you want to visit Petra Christian University. Based on thisproblem, so in this study will be the creation of applications. This application aims to facilitate students who saw virtually Petra Christian University. Results in this application, the position and shape of the object on the building resembles the original state that existed at Petra Christian University.Barriers time of making a major factor, so it cannot make the building more in detail. The whole room labs and classrooms on the 2nd floor of the building and lecturer room in the 3rd floor already done, there are only a few sections still proceed example at the laboratory assistant room, and a small part.Disadvantages of this application, requires a computer specification high enough to run the application. This is because the memory is generated in this application can be fairly large.

Abstract

Administration Information System in Ikan Mas Company is still using manual system. The number of customer order often make company difficult to control their inventory stock. That makes the stock of raw materials they have always run into stock out. The company also have difficulty because the uncertain supplier.To overcome these problem, we need a new system that can replace the old system and change the manual system into computerize system. System that will be create such as recording sales, purchasing, production, recording the entire master data, calculation of the raw and finished materials stock, and also a report purchase, sales and income statement.Results of making this program is to optimize the entire collection of raw materials and finished materials, recording purchase and sales as well as production.Â
