Abstract

This study aim to find out and analyzed the personal factors, environmental, and sociological influences the initiation stage (triggering event) of the entrepreneurial process of ornamental fish in Bekasi.  This research refers to a model developed by Moore (1986) which describes how the process of entrepreneurship that is formed in a model that consists of four factors (i.e. factors of personal, family, environmental and social organizations) to four stages (i.e. the stage of innovation, initiation, implementation, and growth). This model is used to examine the presence of entrepreneurial process in Bekasi as the largest exporter of ornamental fish town in Indonesia.  Primary data of this research is obtained through the survey/interview using a questionnaire to a number of entrepreneurial ornamental fish in the town of Bekasi and descriptive quantitative research methods, with the analysis of Structural Equation Modelling using SmartPLS software.  The results showed that the personal and environmental factors doesn?t effect on the performance of significant entrepreneurial ornamental fish at the stage of initiation, while the influential sociological factors positively and significantly to the performance of entrepreneurial. Indicator role models is set on internal factors of sociology. The performance of entrepreneurial ornamental fish in Bekasi at the stage of initiation is very determined to success if at the time started his business supported by the availability of adequate standard and means of financial support of others.

Abstract

This exploratory analysis delves into the extensive body of literature examining the intricate relationship between globalization and finance in the contemporary era. As global economic forces continue to reshape financial landscapes worldwide, this study synthesizes insights from diverse disciplines, including economics, finance, sociology, and political science. The analysis uncovers the transformative power of globalization on financial structures, institutions, and market behaviors, revealing a nuanced interplay that extends beyond economic transactions. The literature review explores key themes such as the new dynamics of financial globalization, its effects on developing countries, and the role of technology, market structure, and policy responses. Additionally, it addresses the social and political consequences, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive understanding to inform regulatory frameworks and international cooperation. The method section details a systematic bibliometric analysis of Human Resource Management research in the context of globalization, providing key metrics, trends, and research opportunities. The results and discussion section identifies research trends, key articles, and potential terms for future exploration. Drawing implications from the analysis, the study advocates for adaptive strategies and a forward-thinking perspective to navigate the complexities of the interconnected global financial landscape.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru di Bekasi, dengan knowledge sharing sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan guna menjawab tantangan global serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal dan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 guru di Kota/ Kabupatren Bekasi dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan menggunakan Kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, namun budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Efikasi diri dan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing, secara langsung terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Selain itu, knowledge sharing dapat memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara efikasi diri maupun budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan efikasi diri dan budaya organisasi yang mendukung perlu disertai strategi tambahan untuk mendorong berbagi pengetahuan secara aktif, sehingga dapat memperkuat perilaku kerja inovatif guru.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini bertujuan menyelidiki bagaimana perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan Indomaret dibentuk oleh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Responden penelitian ini adalah 95 karyawan indomaret di Kota/Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif eksplanatori, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model persamaan struktural software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil studi menunjukkan budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Ternyata komitmen organisasi tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.
