Abstract

Sistem pembayaran kos online menggunakan gateway pembayaran Midtrans dirancang untuk mengatasi banyak permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem pembayaran tradisional. Sebelumnya, sistem pembayaran kost masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan ketidakefisienan pencatatan transaksi dan risiko kesalahan administrasi. Dengan mengadopsi sistem berbasis web dan terintegrasi dengan Midtrans, sistem ini memberikan kemudahan, keamanan dan efisiensi kepada penyewa dan pemilik kost dalam melakukan pembayaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan metode SDLC yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses pembayaran, mengurangi kesalahan pendaftaran, dan memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam digitalisasi transaksi pembayaran perumahan internal. Kata Kunci: Pembayaran Kos, Sistem Berbasis Web, Midtrans Payment Gateway, Transaksi Digital, Keamanan.  ABSTRACT The online boarding house payment system using the Midtrans payment gateway is designed to overcome many problems that occur in traditional payment systems. Previously, the boarding house payment system was still done manually, causing inefficiency in recording transactions and the risk of administrative errors. By adopting a web-based system and integrated with Midtrans, this system provides convenience, security and efficiency to boarding house tenants and owners in making payments. This study uses a software engineering approach with the SDLC method which includes needs analysis, system design and implementation. The results of the study show that this system is able to increase the efficiency of the payment process, reduce registration errors, and provide convenience to users. This system is expected to be an effective solution in digitizing internal housing payment transactions. Keywords: Boarding House Payments, Web-Based Systems, Midtrans Payment Gateway, Digital Transactions, Security.

Abstract

Sistem pembayaran SPP (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan) merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kegiatan administrasi keuangan di sekolah. Namun, pada SDIT Usman Bin Ali Medan, proses pembayaran SPP masih dilakukan secara manual yang menyebabkan beberapa kendala, seperti keterlambatan pembayaran, kesalahan pencatatan, dan kurangnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP berbasis web di SDIT Usman Bin Ali Medan, guna meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi dalam proses pembayaran SPP. Sistem ini memungkinkan orang tua/wali siswa untuk melakukan pembayaran SPP secara online, memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam mengelola data pembayaran, serta menyediakan laporan keuangan yang lebih transparan dan akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan model waterfall. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta diimplementasikan pada platform berbasis web yang dapat diakses melalui perangkat komputer dan smartphone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam proses pembayaran SPP, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi orang tua/wali dalam melakukan transaksi secara online. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mampu mengurangi potensi kesalahan administrasi dan meningkatkan akuntabilitas keuangan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Sistem Pembayaran, web  ABSTRACT The SPP (Education Development Contribution) payment system is one of the important aspects of financial administration activities in schools. However, at SDIT Usman Bin Ali Medan, the SPP payment process is still carried out manually which causes several obstacles, such as late payments, recording errors, and lack of transparency. This research aims to design and implement a web-based tuition payment information system at SDIT Usman Bin Ali Medan, to improve efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in the tuition payment process. This system allows parents/guardians of students to make tuition payments online, facilitates the school in managing payment data, and provides more transparent and accurate financial reports. The research method used is system development with a waterfall model approach. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and implemented on a web-based platform that can be accessed via computer and smartphone devices. The results showed that the information system developed can increase effectiveness and efficiency in the tuition payment process, as well as provide convenience for parents/guardians in making online transactions. In addition, this system is also able to reduce the potential for administrative errors and increase school financial accountability. Keywords: Information System, Payment System, web

Abstract

 Penggunaan Microsoft Excel sebagai alat bantu perhitungan dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Weighted Product (WP) semakin umum digunakan. Namun, perhitungan manual di Excel rentan terhadap kesalahan input, ketidaktepatan formula, dan inkonsistensi normalisasi bobot yang dapat menyebabkan hasil perankingan tidak valid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan audit sistem informasi terhadap file Excel yang digunakan dalam perhitungan metode WP guna memastikan integritas, akurasi, dan reliabilitas hasil.Audit dilakukan pada tiga komponen utama, yaitu input data, proses perhitungan (normalisasi bobot serta perhitungan nilai S dan V), dan output perankingan. Proses audit meliputi verifikasi kesesuaian rumus WP dengan teori, pengecekan konsistensi formula Excel, serta analisis kebenaran hasil perhitungan menggunakan data smartphone Xiaomi sebagai studi kasus.Hasil audit menunjukkan bahwa Excel dapat digunakan sebagai alat SPK sederhana apabila formula diterapkan secara benar dan konsisten sesuai aturan WP. Beberapa area kritis yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi penggunaan referensi absolut dan konsistensi formula antar baris. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa audit sistem informasi berperan penting dalam menjaga integritas, akurasi, dan reliabilitas perhitungan WP di Excel serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meminimalkan risiko kesalahan perhitungan. Kata Kunci: Audit Sistem Informasi, Weighted Product, Microsoft Excel, Verifikasi Formula, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTThe use of Microsoft Excel as a computational support tool in Decision Support Systems (DSS) applying the Weighted Product (WP) method has become increasingly common. However, manual calculations in Excel are prone to input errors, formula inaccuracies, and inconsistencies in weight normalization that may lead to invalid ranking results. This study aims to conduct an information system audit of an Excel file used to calculate the WP method to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the calculations. The audit focuses on three main components: data input, calculation processes (weight normalization and S and V calculations), and ranking output. The audit includes verification of WP formulas against theoretical principles, consistency checks of Excel formulas, and validation of calculation results using Xiaomi smartphone data as a case study. The results show that Excel can function as a simple DSS tool if formulas are correctly and consistently applied according to WP rules. Critical issues identified include the use of absolute cell references and consistency of formulas across rows. This study demonstrates the role of information system audits in ensuring reliable WP calculations in Excel and provides recommendations to minimize calculation errors.Keywords: Information System Audit, Weighted Product, Microsoft Excel, Formula Verification, Decision Support System.
