Abstract

PT GMF Aero Asia, Tbk, has an application that integrates all needs in terms of maintenance and management, especially in component status, using SAP Swift tools. However, SAP Swift has several areas for improvement, namely repeated findings due to limitations on component data repair in SAP SWIFT, preparation for each status done manually, and inability to quickly address customer needs for increased audit needs. Therefore, we need a website-based application that can display status automatically, has capabilities in data processing, displays notifications of differences between previous and new data, and can receive data sent from SAP Swift. The Front-End design of this application uses the vue.js framework, and the Back-End design uses Nest.js, which is integrated with PostgreSQL as a DBMS. In the final stage, before users use this application, a REST API test is carried out using POSTMAN with excellent test results according to user scenarios.

Abstract

PT XYZ, which is implementing ERP for the POS and Inventory modules, made a request to modify the ERP system, especially the inventory module to reduce the Bullwhip Effect (BE), where when this system was implemented it did not yet have this feature, but PT XYZ's request needed to be analyzed further. so that the developed features do not waste resources, budget and time from the project. To validate the request for modification of PT XYZ, it is necessary to analyze the identification of non-conformities first by conducting in-depth interviews with the top management of PT XYZ who were selected based on purposive sampling with the criteria of 1 decade of work and the party responsible for supervising all divisions at PT XYZ , the top management statement is supported by the calculation of the value of the bullwhip effect and data visualization. After it was proven that there was a bullwhip effect at PT XYZ and supported by the results of the BE calculation for 5 outlets, all of which exceeded the BE parameter, and found the cause of BE through data visualization in which PT XYZ forecast demand. Based on the data and facts that have been collected, prototype features are designed that can reduce BE as stated in the Product Requirement Document where product requests, delivery and receipts are included in the prototype features and the type of prototype used is an evolutionary prototype. The prototype was tested for 1 month and according to the Management Representative's and BE calculation results after the implementation of the feature showed a reduction in the Bullwhip effect on PT XYZ Keywords : Bullwhip Effec, ERP Modification, Product Requirement Document, Prototype, Supply Chain

Abstract

Implementing the COVID-19 vaccination queue system by the 052/Wijayakrama Military Resort Command in Tangerang is a form of community service carried out by Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN). This system was created to simplify the vaccination process and reduce the waiting time for vaccination participants. This website-based queuing system is designed with the Laravel framework using the rapid application development model and functionality testing using black box testing. The results of functionality testing of this queuing system indicate that the system can function properly and meet the needs to simplify the vaccination process. More than 1,000 people have used this queuing system, making it easy for the public to get the COVID-19 vaccination. Applying the COVID-19 vaccination queue system by the 052/Wijayakrama Military Resort Command in Tangerang is an example of a technology application to support government programs tackling the COVID-19 pandemic. This system has made it easy for people to get vaccinated and has helped the government to organize and manage the vaccination process better.

Abstract

Efficiency and effectiveness are crucial in the food & beverage industry. Conventional methods employed by companies often lead to discrepancies between actual stock and the stock available for sale, resulting in significant losses. To address this issue, a point-of-sales-based system has been implemented, enabling companies to monitor transaction activities seamlessly. The research utilized the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method to develop a concise and fast software application. Furthermore, hashing and encryption methods have been incorporated to enhance database security, utilizing the SHA-512 algorithm for hashing and data encryption. This research has yielded a point-of-sales website-based application that supports various business processes. The website has been tailored to meet the specific requirements outlined by the company owner. The UAT test results have demonstrated that the application encompasses

Abstract

Digital technology can be used to solve problems that arise from business activity. One company that has not optimally used digital technology is PT Tiga Tapak Mutiara, which is engaged in manufacturing shoe labels. In its business process, each related division collects data, and the data collection results will be reported to the manager to unify work activities. The production data collection process has not been carried out optimally by the relevant divisions because the conventional recording is still carried out using a spreadsheet application which can slow down the reporting process to be monitored by the leadership. As a result, a slow process can impact not completing production on time. In addition to the problem of data collection, another problem is that the completion of orders received earlier is not compared to the orders received last. The aim and contribution of this research are to integrate business processes to overcome these problems in data collection, monitoring, and order completion activities. It is necessary to design a web-based monitoring information system with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the application of the First In, First Out (FIFO) method so that the ordering process can run according to the time of order. The result of this research is a web-based information system that is useful for integrating business processes to monitor and optimize production activities to be completed on time. This web-based information system has also passed the functionality test using black box testing and is following the company's needs.

Abstract

Public services are things that the government must provide to its citizens. The availability of technological devices that support village services is available. It can be used, but in realizing its activities so far, many villages still need to be more optimal in providing services because they still need to use conventional methods. This research was conducted in Cihuni Village, located in Banten Province, with an area of ± 571.20ha. As of 2020, Cihuni Village is known to have a population of 7,111 people. With such a large population, conventional service methods cannot run optimally. Therefore, an information system is needed to assist village officials in managing the administration of their residents. The Village Administration Information System was designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. The process carried out in this study begins with the Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cut Over stages according to the RAD model. At the design stage, the Bootstrap Framework is used as the front end, and the Laravel Framework is used as the back end for the web-based Village Administration Information System. The results of testing with test cases using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method obtained results that were following the needs of Cihuni village.

Abstract

Employee performance is essential in determining the company's sustainability, so company leaders must pay attention to employee performance. Many subjective factors determine employee performance, so performance evaluations are sometimes unfair. One of the companies developing in Indonesia is a smartphone sales company, CV Jala Kencana. As the company develops and the number of employees increases, problems arise in assessing employee performance that have yet to be measurable. So that employee performance assessments can be more objective, a decision support system application is needed that can help assess employee performance. The Agile SDLC method is used in designing website-based employee performance assessment applications. Then, for the employee performance assessment feature, the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method is used, and SHA512 encryption is applied to the employee performance assessment database, which cannot be manipulated. This research produces a web-based employee performance assessment application with features to assess employee performance objectively based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Public administration services are important for urban and rural communities. With a large population, it is difficult for administrative service processes using conventional methods to run optimally, so they need to be transformed into digital form. Current technology should support optimizing administrative services from village officers to the community. However, limitations related to the use of technology still need to be solved by village officers. Therefore, training is needed for village officers in using administrative service features via the Cihuni village website resulting from previous research. This training activity was carried out in Cihuni Village, a village supported by Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN). The training process involved the UMN Lecturer Team as community outreach members and Cihuni Village officers. This community outreach activity increases the understanding of village officials regarding using the Cihuni village website, which has various features for public administration services.
