Abstract

Rumah Makan Ayam Jingkrak merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang kuliner, keragaman budaya daerah menghadirkan berbagai macam jenis kuliner yang mempunyai cita rasa berbeda, lezat dan unik. Tujuan berdirinya usaha ini untuk membuka peluang usaha baru, walaupun usaha kecil atau menengah tetapi memiliki omzet hingga puluhan juta rupiah dan bersifat agresif, kreatif, penuh perhitungan serta berorientasi pasar. Tahapan pertama dalam analisis kelayakan pada usaha rumah makan ini adalah dengan cara melakukan analisis finansial melalui perbandingan antara Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) dan Profitability Ratio (PR) yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis SWOT dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Selanjutnya dicari faktor-faktor pendukung yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan usaha ini. Hasil analisis selama periode 2014-2015 diperoleh dari analisis finansial NPV sebesar Rp.8.208.815,76, IRR sebesar 14,96, B/C Ratio sebesar 1,068 dan PR sebesar 2,409. Hasil analisis SWOT dalam usaha ini setelah dilakukan kuesioner, rata-rata jawaban dari responden sebesar 55,23 dan menempatkan usaha ini berada pada kuadran I (progresif). Pada Matrik internal dan Eksternal berada di antara kolom I dan II (bertumbuh). Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil pada analisis finansial NPV (Rp.8.208.815,76), IRR (14,96), B/C Ratio (1,068) dan PR (2,409). Adapun faktor pendukung usaha ini yaitu kekuatan dan peluang dari faktor internal dan eksternal usaha ini yang mempunyai menu unggulan. Sedangkan dari analisis SWOT menempatkan usaha ini pada kuadran I yang menunjukan bahwa usaha ini kuat dan berpeluang mengembangkan bisnisnya.

Abstract

Perusahaan pada dasarnya dituntut untuk mampu bersaing dalam merebut pasar, sebagai suatu usaha untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, yaitu dengan melakukan perencanaan yang baik untuk mengetahui efisiensi lintasan produksi. Jika perencanaan yang dilakukan kurang tepat maka akan dapat mengakibatkan stasiun kerja dalam lintasan produksi mempunyai kecepatan produksi yang berbeda. Hal ini mengakibatkan lintasan produksi menjadi tidak efisien karena terjadi penumpukan material di antara stasiun kerja yang tidak berimbang kecepatan produksinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa keseimbangan lintasan produksi, bedasarkan waktu standar dengan menggunakan Metode Rangked Position Weight (RPW), sehingga dapat mengetahui efisiensi lintasan produksi pada Divisi Pabrik Batang Kawat PT. Krakatau Steel Cilegon. Penggunaan Metode Rangked Position Weight (RPW) dalam menganalisa lintasan produksi pada Divisi Pabrik Batang Kawat PT. Krakatau Steel dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Metode Rangked Position Weight (RPW) diperoleh urutan elemen kerja yang teratur dari Furnace ke Forklift, dengan demikian diperoleh keseimbangan lintasan produksi, dengan efisiensi lintasan produksi sebesar 93,40%, dengan demikian, maka keseimbangan lintasan produksi dapat diperoleh dengan baik dan sesuai dengan target produksi yang dinginkan, karena telah melewati ketetapan efisiensi lintasan produksi sebesar 85%.Kata Kunci : keseimbangan lintasan produksi, metode rangked position weight ABSTRACT: Line Of Balancing Analysis Using Rangked Personal Weight (RPW) Method On Wire Rod Mill Division Of PT. Krakatau Steel Cilegon. A company is basically required to be able to compete in capturing the market, as an attempt to maintain the viability of the company, by doing a good planning to determine the efficiency line of balancing. If the planning is not well done it will affect the work station in line of balancing has a different production rate. It makes line of balancing becomes inefficient due to the accumulation of material between work stations which have unequal production speed. The objective is balancing the production, based on the standard time by using Ranked Position Weight (RPW) method, so can find out the efficiency of the line production. The use of Ranked Position Weight (RPW) method in line of balancing can be concluded that by using the Ranked Position Weight (RPW) method, it obtains a regular sequence of work elements from Furnace into Forklift, therefore it obtain equilibrium line of balancing 93.40%, therefore, the line of balancing can be well obtained with good production according to the production target 85%.Keywords : line of balancing, ranked position weight method

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Lampung merupakan perusahaan yang mengolah bahan olahan karet menjadi karet jenis SIR 20. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada jenis produk ini adalah adanya potensi kerusakan yang menyebabkan bahan baku tidak sesuai standar kualitas yang telah ditentukan, diantaranya kadar kotoran, kadar abu, kadar VM, kadar PO, PRI dan kadar nitrogen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengendalian kualitas karet SIR 20 dengan menggunakan peta kendali p dan memberikan usulan perbaikannya sesuai diagram fishbone. Hasil analisis peta kendali p menunjukkan bahwa produk SIR 20 berada di luar batas, sehingga perlu dilakukan revisi perhitungan. Dari hasil analisis revisi perhitungan, didapatkan bahwa untuk menghasilkan karet SIR 20 yang berkualitas tidak ada toleransi kerusakan yang terjadi.   Kata Kunci: kualitas, peta kendali p, SIR 20 ABSTRACT Quality Control Analysis Of SIR 20 Rubber Products Using P Control Chart. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Lampung is a company that processes rubber processed material into SIR 20 type rubber. The problem that occurs in this type of product is the potential for damage that causes the raw material to not conform to specified quality standards, including impurities, ash content, VM content, PO levels, PRI and nitrogen levels. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality control of the SIR 20 rubbers by using the p control chart and propose improvements according to the fishbone diagram. The results of the control chart analysis p show that the SIR 20 products is out of bounds, so it is necessary to revise the calculation. From the revised analysis of calculations, it was found that to produce quality SIR 20 rubbers there was no damage tolerance. Keywords: p control chart, quality, SIR 20

Abstract

As a researcher on the work readiness of students after graduating from school, the researcher tried to carry out research in the city of Surakarta at 9 vocational schools with various available competencies. This research uses primary data obtained from field observation data, and data obtained from questionnaires as well as documentation data from the questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression in this research which has more than 1 independent variable and one dependent variable. With a multiple linear regression equation in the following form: Y= b1X1 + b2X2+ b2X3+ e1. Work practices, skills and motivation programs have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of class XII State Vocational School students in the city of Surakarta. The higher the skills possessed by Surakarta City State Vocational School students.

Abstract

The development of the business world is currently increasing very rapidly. One of them is in the culinary business sector. Competition is one thing that cannot be separated from business life. Currently, business competition is getting tougher and tougher, as is happening in Indonesia. Business competition in Indonesia has created many changes for business people. Many things influence the occurrence of competition, some of which are achievement targets, innovations in human life, the level of human creativity that continues to develop, the demands of life that continue to increase, and human lifestyles that continue to change in every era. The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) Innovation has a significant effect on WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. (2) Prices significantly affect WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. (3) Innovation and Price simultaneously significantly affect WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers of wakeup coffee. Respondents in this study were 40 people using the total sampling method. And analyzed by Multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Version 29 application. The conclusion of this study Innovation has a significant effect on WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. (2) Prices have a significant effect on WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. (3) Innovation and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction.
