Abstract

AbstrakTujuan pembuatan karya akhir ini adalah (1) memperkenalkan objek wisata alam Kecamatan Lintau Buo dalam karya tekstil dengan Teknik Latch Hook dan Chain Stitch kepada wisatawan, (2) memvisualisasikan keindahan alam Lintau Buo melalui karya tekstil dengan teknik latch hook dan chain stitch, dan (3)Menampilkan karya tekstil dengan teknik Latch Hook dan Chain Stitch dengan dalam ungkap objek wisata kecamatan Lintau Buo dalam Teknik Latch Hook dan Chain Stitch. Bentuk gambaran keindahan objek wisata alam ini dikemas dalam karya akhir dengan judul : 1) Batang Aia Sinama Buo,2) Ngalau Indah Pangian,3) Talago Anguih,4) Air Terjun Tanjung Bonai,5) Panorama Pamasian,6) Panorama Tigo Tumpuak,7) Panorama Puncak Pato. Selanjutnya dalam karya akhir ini, penulis lebih mengutamakan objek wisata alam yang ada di Lintau Buo untuk diperkenalkan, penulis lebih menonjolkan keindahan objek wisata alam di Lintau .AbstractThe purposes of creating this final project are 1) to introduce the natural tourism objects in Lintau Buo District in textile products by using latch hook and chain stitch techniques to tourists, 2) to visualize the Lintau Buo’s natural beauty through textile products by using latch hook and chain stitch techniques, and 3) to exihibit the textile products in showing Lintau Buo tourism objects by using latch hook and chain stitch techniques. These views of natural tourism object are covered in the final project entitled: 1) Batang Aia Sinama Buo, 2) Ngalau Indah Pangian, 3) Talago Anguih, 4) Air Terjun Tanjung Bonai, 5) Panorama Pamasian, 6) Panorama Tigo Tumpuak,7) Panorama Puncak Pato. Then, in this final project, the writer emphasizes on natural tourism objects exist in Lintau Buo to be introduced to the tourists.

Abstract

Abstract Problems are often found in education, especially embroidery is poor learning outcomes and student work. The purpose of this study to determine how learning strategies embroidery class XI in SMK N 8 Padang. The theory used in this study is consistent with theories delivery of content strategy, organization and management of learning. This research is a qualitative research method description. Data obtained on delivery strategy learning materials, learning organization, learning and management in the data exposure was done by teachers and students. Based on data analysis, and data validity checker, strategy presentation, organizing strategies and learning management strategies have been implemented by the teacher,  but not maximized so that the learning outcomes and student work was not optimal Keywords: strategy, learning, embroidery.

Abstract

This thesis aims to inform teenage gangs conditions to public education in the media, especially the world of comics. Embodiments of the comics media because they are freer to imagine and fantasize. Methods and steps in the process begins with the preparation, elaboration, synthesis, the realization of the concept will be presented to the public through exhibitions. This work provides information to the public about juvenile gangs standpoint, the problems disclosed in the comics discusses the condition of juvenile gangs and how to react to it.Kata Kunci: Geng Remaja, Komik, Edukasi

Abstract

The purpose of the creation of the final work is to visualize and express the admiration, interest, and aesthetic experience of the author on the beauty /aesthetics of orchids through tapestry techniques. The method of creating artworks uses five stages: preparation stage, elaboration stage, synthesis stage, concept realization stage, and completion stage and the last one is exhibition of tapestry. Tapestry works using techniques (Flat, Klim, Soumak, and Giordes) with embroidery techniques. In this work is a picture of anxiety writers against orchid flowers that have been on the verge of extinction. Behind the beauty of orchids has so many benefits in human life.Keywords: Orchid Flower, Tapestry, and Embroidery

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII.9 SMP Negeri 5 Padang dengan metode inkuiri pada materi pelajaran Seni Rupa. Sumber data penelitian adalah siswa yang dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, pemberian tes hasil belajar dan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah format observasi, tes hasil belajar, catatan lapangan, dan diskusi teman sejawat. Temuan penelitian ini adalah peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa setiap siklus adalah, siklus I rata-rata aktivitasnya 32,83 dan pada siklus II mencapai 81,83. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar diiringi dengan peningkatan hasil belajar pada setiap siklus. Rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I 72,2 dan pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar 84,3. Perolehan hasil belajar ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan sebagai hasil dari tindakan yang sudah dilakukan, pada siklus II hasil belajar sudah berada di atas KKM.AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes VII.9 grade SMP Negeri 5 Padang by the method of inquiry on the subject matter Arts. Sources of research data is sampled students. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews, achievement test administration and data collection tool used in this study was the observation format, achievement test, field notes, and peer discussion. The findings of this study is to increase students' learning activities each cycle is the first cycle an average of 32.83 and activities on the second cycle reaches 81.83. Increased learning activities coupled with improved learning outcomes in each cycle. Average learning outcomes in the first cycle 72.2 and the second cycle earned on average learning outcomes 84.3. Obtaining the results of this study show a significant increase as a result of the actions that have been carried out, on the second cycle of learning outcomes was on the KKM.

Abstract

One way to improve student achievement in creative learning activities art is the use of experimental methods. This study aims to determine the extent to which improving student achievement in the creative arts after using experimentalmethods in learning activities. The subjects were students of class VII A SMP Negeri 24 Kabupaten Tebo in Academic Year 2012/2013. This research is a class action research (CAR), and performed in 2 cycles. The results showed an increase in student achievement. Improved achievement is evident from the increased experimental methods learning activity such as following the process, his own experience, experimenting, observing the process and results, gain the experienceto experiment, carry out the work according to the procedures and collect assignments on time. Improved achievement can be seen from the mastery of achievement increased from an average of 55% in cycle 1 increased to 100% in cycle 2. This increase can not be separated from the students' understanding of learning materials and implement the learning process with the experimental method. It can be concluded that the experimental method of learning canimprove student learning activities and thus can improve student achievement. Key words : Achievement, Experimental Method.

Abstract

This research was intended to describe the trend of Japanese cartoon toward the students’ tendency in drawing comic at SMAN 1 Painan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. This research applied qualitative method and descriptive approach. The subject of the research was the students at SMAN 1 Painan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan and Cultural Art teachers. The sources of the data were in the forms of written note, recording, photograph, video and the cartoon strips made by the students, and the students’ attendance list. The result of the research indicated that the students were more creative to make Japanese and Indonesian comic pictures. This could be seen from the characters of the cartoon which were in the form of strips. To draw comic strips, some students imitated pictures and some others did not. Then to draw pictures, the students did not copy the models, but when they did, they make them more exciting and funnier.Key Terms: The tendency of the students at SMAN 1 Painan in drawing comic

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aiims to determine the effect of the STAD type cooperativelearning model on student learning outcomes in subject shape subjects at SMK 8 Padang. With steps 1) improving student learning outcomes, 2) motivating students, 3) forming groups of 4-5 group members, 4) giving assignments in groups, 5) giving quizzes individually, 6) giving evaluations. The research is an experimental research that will examine two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, the control class selected using purposive sampling technique. Where this research uses pretest and posttest. Then after the research is completed the data is processed using the SPSS program. Fromthe results of the study obtained an average value of experimental class pre-test of 69.50 and the average post-test value of the experimental class was 81.96. The results show that the t-test carried out in the experimental class and the control class produced a t-test of 2.633 and a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.011, while a t-table of 1.669. From the sig value there is a value smaller than the sig-alpha value (0.011 < 0.05) and the tcount is greater than the table (2.633 > 1.669), so the result H0 is rejected. From the description ofthe data it can be concl,uded with the influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model that can influence student learning outcomes in the subject of shape drawing in SMK 8 Padang.Kata Kunci: Penelitian Kuantitatif, Model Pembelajaran, Kooperatif, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know if there any relationship between students „creativity to students‟ achievement in Visual Communication Design program and to know the significance of its relationship. This is correlation research. The prior data was got from questionnaire that had been indicated students‟ creativity. The secondary data was got from the students‟ achievement in sample group. The data was analyzed by using SPSS version 18. The finding shown that there is significance relationship in the number of 0,466 and the students‟ creativity gave positive contribution in the number of 20,3% to students‟ achievement in grade XI of Visual Communication Design program. Kata kunci: Kreativitas, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this final project is to explore the face expression and visualize some kind those ekspression in the sureal way. Face expression is the way to express the feeling, everything that you felt in your heart will be reflect automatically in your face. The view of face exploratian will be shown in the painting with the title : 1), “Eksplorasi” 2), “Bomb Waktu” 3), “Meleleh” 4), “Clown” 5), “Ganti topeng” 6),  “Histeris” 7),  “Bosan” 8),  “Uuugghhh…” 9),  “Terbuai Dalam Hijau” dan   10), “Solusi”. Further more, the writter will give priority to snapshot about face expression of human such as, anger, smile, cry, affraid, pain, and camouflage the feeling and it will show in sureal painting with confront the expression way and explore the possibility of thing without remove the real characteristic of face expression.
