Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to discuss the role of competence, work motivation and work discipline in predicting employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Majalengka West Java. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Majalengka. The sampling technique used is saturated sample where all populations i.e. 57 employees in the research object was taken as the sample. The data collection technique in this study is survey method by distributing questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the three predictors of competence, work motivation and work discipline individually have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance. Furthermore, three predictors simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance. This research discusses the implication at the end of this paper.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee PerformanceAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja dalam memprediksi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Majalengka Jawa Barat (Jabar). Populasi penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Majalengka Jabar. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi pada objek penelitian dijadikan sampel, yakni seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 57 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan membagikan lembaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel prediktor di atas yakni kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara individual memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, secara simultan ketiga variabel prediktor tersebut memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan implikasi pada akhir paper ini.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oIeh empIoyee engagement dan komunikasi. SampeI peneIitian ini berjumIah 57 responden. PeneIitian ini menunjukkan bahwa empIoyee engagement berpengaruh positif dan substansiaI terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan niIai thitung sebesar 2,538 dan niIai ttabeI sebesar 1,673, atau thitung ttabeI (2,538 1,673), niIai signifikansi sebesar 0,014 0,05, hasiI peneIitian menunjukkan bahwa empIoyee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Akibatnya, Hipotesis 0 (H0) ditoIak mendukung Hipotesis 1 (Ha), dan disimpuIkan bahwa komunikasi memiIiki pengaruh yang menguntungkan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. HaI ini ditunjukkan dengan niIai thitung sebesar 2,763 ttabeI sebesar 1,673, juga dikenaI dengan thitung ttabeI (2,763 1,673), dan niIai signifikansi 0,008 niIai ambang batas 0,05. SeteIah itu, Ha diberi Iampu hijau, tetapi H0 ditoIak. Karena empIoyee engagement dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan cukup besar terhadap kinerja karyawan, maka Hipotesis (Ha) diterima sedangkan Hipotesis (Ho) ditoIak dengan niIai Fhitung sebesar 12,744 FtabeI sebesar 3,16. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan umum daerah BPR Majalengka harus meningkatkan employee engagement, dan komunikasi organisasi agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan kampung KB DPPKB guna penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk Kota Cirebon. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif dan mendalam tentang kebijakan Kampung KB di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Khususnya di Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk Kota Cirebon. Hasil dari Keberhasilan kebijakan program kampung KB      diantaranya komitmen sumber daya manusia dan pendanaan yang komitmen pada tujuan tercapainya keberhasilan kebijakan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kelengkapan sarana prasarana pun menunjang keberhasilan program ini dan akan terus ditingkatkan oleh DPPKB dalam pencapaian sumber-sumber kebijakan, karakteristik, badan pelaksana dan kondisi ekonomi, sosial masyarakat serta kondisi politik yang ada. Tingkat sosial ekonomi pun mulai terlihat peningkatan dari jumlah konsumsi penduduk yang berkurang dan lebih dialokasikan kepada konsumsi yang lebih berkualitas seperti makan makanan yang bergizi tercukupi dikarenakan kebutuhan rumah tangga lebih ringan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi membawa banyak dampak terhadap bidang – bidang lain, khususnya bidang hukum dan ekonomi, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan pemetaan objek jaminan di masyarakat, salah satu sifat hukum kebendaan yang dapat dijadikan sebuah jaminan adalah mempunyai nilai komersial, apabila dahulu kreditur melihat nilai komersial hanya kepada benda – benda tidak bergerak, dan bergerak yang normative, sekarang muncul benda bergerak baru yang dapat dijadikan objek jaminan, yaitu Hak Cipta. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis yang memberikan gambaran Tinjauan terhadap Hak Cipta sebagai hak kebendaan, menurut Undang-undang nomor 28 tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta, Teknik analisis bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif, teknik interpretatif, teknik evaluatif, teknik sistematif, dan teknik argumentatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan baik secara langsung maupun virtual dengan mempelajari data-data dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang muncul. Hasil penelitian menyimpulan bahwa Hak cipta dapat dijadikan sebagai objek jaminan kebendaan, karena sifat dari Hak cipta sendiri yang merupakan benda bergerak yang tidak berwujud, ditambah lagi seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, akhirnya terdapat payung hukum terbaru melalui Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 24 Tahun 2022, hal ini tentunya semakin mengesahkan keberadaan hak cipta yang diakui sebagai objek jaminan kebendaan di mata hukum.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of competencies and organizational culture on the performance of employees for bpr majalengka jabar. The research method used in this study is the quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. BPR Majalengka Jabar with a sample number of 64 employees. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique that does not give an equal opportunity/opportunity for each element or member of the population to be sampled. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and the results of this study showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as seen from thitung > ttable or 3.623 > 1.670, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as viewed from thitung > ttable or 1.889 > 1.670 and simultaneously competence and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance was shown Fact > Ftable of 27.120 > 3.145. Abstract

This researcher aims to test Work Motivation and Work Discipline against the Work Productivity of PD Sri Tanjung Indramayu. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study was PD Sri Tanjung Indramayu employees totaling 67 employees. This research sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The data withdrawal technique uses questionnaires and the data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the researchers showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of Work Motivation on Work Productivity in terms of the -tcount of the < -ttable, namely 13,014 < 1,997 with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study also show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity as seen from the –t count of the < -t table, namely 11,014 < 1,997 with a sig value of 0.005 < 0.5 by means of simultaneous variables Work Motivation and Work Discipline have an effect and significant effect on work productivity shown by F calculate > F table, which is 94.615.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance. The study was conducted at PDAM Tirta Griya Nata Cirebon with a total sample of 66 respondents. The determination of respondents selected through the Probability Sampling technique with the type of sample is Random Sampling. Probability sampling is a technique that provides an equal opportunity for each element (member) of a population to be selected as a member of the sample. The data analysis method uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression analysis, as well as t-tests and F- tests processed through the IBM SPSS 23 (Special Package For Statistical Science) application. The results of the study partially showed that there was a significant positive influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance, simultaneously there was a significant positive influence of 27.5% between the variables of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance, and the rest was influenced by 72.5% by other factors. For PDAM Tirta Griya Nata Cirebon, it is important to pay attention to the leadership style given to employees and improve employee work discipline in order to create high employee performance and have a good impact on PDAM Tirta Griya Nata Cirebon

Abstract

The application of digitalization skills to social media can affect the impact of business on MSME performance. The purpose of this study is to test and find out digital technology in the application of digitalization skills can mediate the impact of business on MSME performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with the design of questionnaire methods and explanatory research, with purposive sampling on the types of products marketed, MSMEs that make sales using social media and e-commerce, and MSMEs that have conducted entrepreneurship training, a sample of 268 MSMEs with a response rate of 50 MSMEs. The analysis used is SmartPLS. The results of the analysis show that the application of digitalization skills partially mediates the impact of business on MSME performance. Digital technology is an intermediary variable that is able to compete in the global market, because MSME players can do online marketing so that product sales can increase and digital technology is able to process products more efficiently by utilizing technology, and can distribute products more effectively. Business impact using the strategies applied, namely communication with media selection, competitive advantage refers to business competition, and innovation for product development. Financial performance has increased sales, non-financial performance has experienced accuracy in sales targets and develops business through the potential of human resources owned.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Intellectual Motivation on Innovative Work Behavior through Creative Self-Efficacy mediation in rattan craftsmen in Tegalwangi Village. In this study using a type of quantitative research method. This study examines and analyzes the role of creative self-efficacy as an intervening variable in intrinsic motivation and its effect on innovative work behavior. With a total sample of 103 rattan craftsmen in Tegalwangi Village. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The measurement scale used in this study is using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with categories strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree. The analysis technique in this study is SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling) with PLS (Partial Least Square) Program version 4. The results showed a significant influence of intrinsic motivation on creative self-efficacy, creative self-efficacy on innovative work behavior, intrinsic motivation on innovative work behavior, and creative self-efficacy partially mediated between intrinsic motivation and innovative work behavior in rattan craftsmen in Tegalwangi Village.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical determinant of organizational success, particularly in competitive industries such as marine product processing. However, many companies face challenges related to low employee productivity due to insufficient career development, ineffective compensation, and unsupportive work environments. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Cirebon. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via questionnaires from 142 employees and analyzed through multiple linear regression to evaluate the effects of independent variables on employee performance. The findings indicate that career development and work environment have significant positive effects on employee performance, while compensation shows a positive but not statistically significant influence. These results suggest that opportunities for growth and a supportive workplace play vital roles in enhancing employee productivity, whereas compensation alone may not be sufficient to drive performance improvements. The study implies that organizations should prioritize career development initiatives and foster conducive work environments to sustain employee engagement and effectiveness. Additionally, policymakers and HR practitioners should consider holistic strategies addressing multiple motivational factors to improve labor productivity. Future research should explore additional variables such as leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture to deepen understanding of employee performance drivers across different sectors.
