Abstract

This research attempts to prove the truth of the Quran with scientific facts based on the meaning of "dabbah" in Surah Ash-Shura 29, placing it within the scientific dialog of astrobiology. This is done by understanding the meaning of the interpretation and then linking it to exoplanet aspects and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) phenomena. This research employs analytical interpretation methodology to examine the literal meaning, as well as the scientific interpretation approach to explore the relevance of the verses to contemporary knowledge. It contributes to scientific interpretation as an epistemological bridge between revelation and science, and offers a relevant interpretation framework for the development of contemporary Islamic studies. The study results indicate that classical commentators interpreted "dabbah" as a creature that moves on the surface of the earth, but modern science has expanded the horizons of interpretation thru the discovery of exoplanets in habitable zones and scientific studies of unexplained atmospheric phenomena. The integration of the two shows that the term "dabbah" does not only have a biological-literal meaning, but can also be read as a reflection of the cosmos on the possibility of extraterrestrial life.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of village business actors in the agribusiness sector through the transfer of knowledge and skills in the cultivation of sustainable and high economic value grapefruit seeds. The approach used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which focuses on local potential and assets. These steps include: local potential, determination of goals and expectations, program design, determination of direction and indicators of success, and implementation and sustainability. This activity involved the village community and the owner of PT. Rumawan Pusaka Negeri as a partner. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of residents in the seeding and grafting techniques of grapefruit seedlings, the formation of a new farmer group "Tani Bibit Lawu", and the emergence of residents' initiatives to develop a nursery business independently. The usefulness of this program is not only reflected in the economic aspect in the form of potential income increases, but also in the social aspect, namely the formation of a cooperation network, the spirit of cooperation, and the strengthening of the village's identity as a center for horticultural seeds. This activity proves that participatory local asset-based interventions can encourage sustainable village social and economic transformation.

Abstract

The choice of the theme of facade or in Indonesian means damage in this study departs from the reality that there has been a lot of damage in the environment around us in particular, and in all parts of the world in general. Both in the form of physical and non-physical damage. And the majority of scholars' refer to Q.S ar-Rum (30) verse 41 in the discussion of damage, because the text regarding the spread of damage on earth is summarized in Q.S ar-Rum (30) paragraph 41. Then to assist the research process this writer uses a type of literary research with tahlili approach or analysis that refers to the interpretation in the book of tafsir al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab. This study seeks to review the meaning of lafadz fasa as a whole and comprehensively, also accompanied by an explanation of the division of fasaad, namely in the form of hissi facade or physical and meaningful or non- physical in nature, supplemented by examples. Then examine the contents of Q.S ar-Rum (30) verse 41 by grouping them into four sections which are considered to have a unified discussion and then summarized in one scheme. This research can at least provide some findings, including: 1) the meaning of lafadz fasaad and its examples, 2) offering a solution, namely al-islah which can be an endeavor to improve the world, 3) there is an impact or retribution as a result of acts of damage and accompanied by with some examples, 5) wisdom behind God's vengeance to the perpetrators of damage.

Abstract

The low level of Qur’anic literacy at the elementary education level remains a fundamental problem hindering the internalization of religious values among the younger generation. In rural areas, this phenomenon is escalated by a shortage of competent educators and the dominance of monotonous, conventional pedagogical methods. Such conditions lead to stagnation in learning outcomes, necessitating strategic intervention through community empowerment programs. This research aims to revitalize the Qur’anic Education Center (TPQ) in Juwet Village to ensure a more effective, adaptive, and sustainable religious knowledge transmission process. Methodologically, this study adopts a qualitative approach within a Participatory Action Research (PAR) framework. The researchers were actively involved in instructional dynamics to empirically identify barriers. Grounded in transformative education theory, strengthening teacher capacity is positioned as the primary instrument of change. Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and periodic evaluations of students’ tajwid competence and reading fluency to establish a continuous improvement cycle. The findings indicate that intensive mentoring interventions significantly enhance student learning motivation and accelerate material comprehension. Furthermore, the program successfully optimized the standardization of teachers’ recitation quality through the implementation of systematic and measurable instructional methods. The implications of this study emphasize that a sustainable mentoring model is a key determinant in transforming the quality of religious education in rural regions. The success in this research site serves as a potential prototype for similar institutions in efforts to eradicate Qur'anic illiteracy and comprehensively improve Islamic literacy
