Abstract

Abstract: Low critical thinking of learners because learners tend to record and memorize.One model of learning that can be applied is the learning model of Auditory Intellectually Repetiton (AIR). This study aims to look at the critical thinking skills of learners.The type of research that has been done in this research is quasy experiment with non equivalent control group design. The population in the study amounted to 315 students class IX SMP. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling technique. To measure the learning outcomes of learners conducted a test with the problem esay amounted to 20 questions with magnetism material.The result showed that, after analyzed by using t-test obtained t count more than ttable (0,05) that is with value 4,4603 more than 2,011. This suggests that the AIR (Auditory Intellectually Repetition) learning strategy influences the learners' learning outcomes.  Abstrak: Rendahnya berpikir kritis peserta didik disebabkan peserta didik cenderung mencatat dan menghafal.Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan yaitu model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetiton (AIR).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.Jenis penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan desain non equivalent control group.Populasi pada penelitian berjumlah 315 peserta didik kelas IX SMP.Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling.Untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik dilakukan tes dengan soal esay berjumlah 20 soal dengan materi kemagnetan.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t didapat thitun lebih dari ttabel(0,05) yaitu dengan nilai 4.4603 lebih dari 2.011. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran AIR (Auditory Intellectually Repetition) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out is there a significant difference between the results of science process skills of students using project based learning with the results of science process skills of students using conventional learning. The research method used was Quasi Experiment. The instrument in this study used a science process skill test, in the form of observation sheets and multiple choice tests. Based on the results of research on the experimental class posttest data showing the results of the average percentage of science process skills, the experimental class received a percentage of 69.84% while the control class received an average value of 39.64%. Then the t-test calculated from the posttest value shows that tcount = 10.17 is greater t table (0.05) = 2, so that tcount more than  ttable. So it can be concluded that H0 is accepted, meaning that there are influences of science process skills of students using a project-based learning model. And based on the average value of science process skills measured by observation sheet is 79.37% with good categories, and the highest indicator in the experimental class is observing 85.41% and the lowest science process skills are hypotheses which is 75%. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil keterampilan proses sains peserta didik menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) dengan hasil keterampilan proses sains peserta didik menggunakan pembelajaraan konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes keterampilan proses sains, berupa lembar observasi dan tes berupa pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data postest kelas eksperimen menunjukkan hasil nilai rata-rata persentasi keterampilan proses sains, kelas eksperimen mendapat persentasi sebesar 69,84% sedangkan kelas kontrol mendapat nilai rata-rata persentasi 39,64%. Kemudian dihitung uji-t dari nilai postest  menunjukkan bahwa thitung = 10,17 lebih besar ttabel(0,05) = 2, sehingga thitung lebih dari  ttabel . Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh keterampilan proses sains peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Dan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata keterampilan proses sains yang diukur dengan lembar obsevasi sebesar 79,37% dengan kategori baik, serta indikator tertinggi pada kelas eksperimen yaitu mengamati sebesar 85,41% dan keterampilan proses sains yang terendah adalah hipotesis yaitu sebesar 75%.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to look at the critical thinking skills of learners. One way to improve learning outcomes is to use learning strategies Jigsaw. Jigsaw learning strategy designed to enhance the sense of responsibility of students towards their own learning and the learning of others.This type of research has been done in this study is quasy experiment with non equivalent control group design. The population numbered 97 students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Penengahan. With a sample class D as an experimental class IX and IX B as the control class. The sampling technique is done with randoom sampling technique. To measure students' critical thinking skills bepeserta conducted tests with essay questions about the material amounted to 10 static electricity.The results showed that, when analyzed using t-test obtained thitung more than t table (0.05) with a value 5.593 more than 2.011. This shows that learning strategies Jigsaw affect the critical thinking skills of learners.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Strategi pembelajaran Jigsaw dirancang untuk meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab peserta didik terhadap pembelajarannya sendiri dan pembelajaran orang lain.Jenis penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan desain non equivalent control group.Populasi pada penelitian berjumlah 97 peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Penengahan.Dengan sempel kelas IXD sebagai kelas eksperimen dan IXB sebagai kelas kontrol.Teknik pengambilan sempel dilakukan dengan teknik randoom sampling.Untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis bepeserta didik dilakukan tes dengan soal esayberjumlah 10 soal dengan materi listrik statis.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t didapat thitunglebih dari ttabel(0,05) yaitu dengan nilai 5,593 lebih dari 2,011. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran Jigsaw berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to compare the Mind Mapping and ARIAS learning models (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) to the understanding of physics concepts in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bukit Kemuning. This study is a Quasi Experiment Design with research villages using the Pretest-Posttest Design Control Group. The selection of samples using Purposive Sampling techniques. The research samples were experimental class I (VIII 4) which applied the Mind Mapping learning model and experimental class II (VIII 6) which applied the ARIAS learning model (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction). Data collection instruments used were test instruments for understanding concepts (pretest and posttest) with essay questions. Based on the research results that have been calculated by the t-test with a significant level of α = 0.05 (5%) that tcount = 1.725 and ttable = 1.708 which indicates that tcountmore than  ttable, to obtain conclusions Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which means there is a comparison of models Mind Mapping and ARIAS on understanding the concepts of physics of students in SMP Negeri 1 Bukit KemuningAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dan ARIAS(Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika pada peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Bukit Kemuning. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dihitung dengan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 (5%) bahwa thitung = 1,725 dan ttabel = 1,708 yang menunjukkan bahwa thitunglebih dari  ttabel , sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya terdapat perbandingan model Mind Mapping dan ARIAS terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Bukit Kemuning

Abstract

Abstract: Research and development is aimed at developing a sensor lights props, knowing validator response, educators and learners to props light-based sensor arduino uno on energy materials. This study is R and D with ADDIE models which include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. This research resulted in the product in the form of props light-based sensor arduino uno in energy materials, response results validator terhdap props include: validator religion of 80% with very good criteria, the validator media 81% with very good criteria, validator material 75% by category well. For educators get a positive response at 85%. For learners, among others, the small group trial 81% and 82% field trials. Development props light-based sensor arduino uno on energy materials has been very good and getting a positive response.Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat peraga lampu sensor, mengetahui respon validator, pendidik dan peserta didik terhadap alat peraga lampu sensor berbasis arduino uno pada materi energi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R and D dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa alat peraga lampu sensor berbasis arduino uno pada materi energi, hasil respon validator terhadap alat peraga tersebut antara lain: validator agama 80% dengan kriteria sangat baik, validator media 81% dengan kriteria sangat baik, validator materi 75% dengan kategori baik. Untuk pendidik  mendapatkan respon positif yaitu 85%. Untuk peserta didik antara lain uji coba kelompok kecil 81% dan uji coba lapangan 82%. Pengembangan alat peraga lampu sensor berbasis arduino uno pada materi energi sudah sangat baik dan mendapatkan respon positif.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Durian Village, Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency. The focus of the study was to identify the factors contributing to juvenile delinquency. Juvenile delinquency refers to the violation of rules or laws by teenagers. The behavior exhibited can range from minor offenses like skipping school or breaking school rules, to more serious offenses such as vandalism, gang fights, and drug use. The author utilized the Qualitative Descriptive method, which involves describing the phenomena observed in the field based on the actual conditions and using problem-solving procedures that are appropriate for these conditions. The Accidental Sampling technique was used to select samples based on certain considerations that were expected to provide the most comprehensive data. The findings of this study revealed that the predominant type of juvenile delinquency in Durian Village was the use of cannabis-type drugs. The lack of parental supervision and attention, as well as the absence of religious and moral values in the children's environment, were identified as the primary causes of juvenile delinquency. Teenagers resort to drug use due to the influence of their environment and peers who engage in deviant behavior, while having limited understanding of the dangers associated with drugs. The families of adolescent drug users in Durian Village were found to be unable to provide the necessary attention, affection, and care to their children, leading the adolescents to behave as they pleased without anyone taking an interest in their actions.

Abstract

This study explores the role of microbial enzymes in the bioconversion of organic waste into renewable energy sources such as bioethanol, biogas, and biohydrogen. Employing a qualitative literature review, this research applies a systematic thematic synthesis to 28 scientific sources, including journal articles, policy reports, and textbooks published between 2018 and 2024. The findings indicate that enzymes such as cellulase, amylase, and lipase play a dominant role in the hydrolysis of organic substrates, breaking down complex biomolecules into glucose, amino acids, and fatty acids. These hydrolysis products are then fermented anaerobically by microbes like Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Clostridium spp. to generate various bioenergy outputs. In addition, the study highlights the importance of biochemical characteristics such as enzyme kinetics, stability, and substrate specificity, which are critical for improving energy conversion efficiency. Operational challenges include high production costs and suboptimal enzyme performance under non-laboratory conditions. However, promising innovations have emerged, including enzyme immobilization techniques, co-fermentation strategies, and the use of genetically engineered microorganisms. Case studies from India, Germany, and Indonesia demonstrate the practical potential of microbial enzyme-based bioconversion systems in transforming agricultural and household waste into valuable energy products. The integration of microbial enzymes into waste management not only reduces environmental pollution but also supports clean energy transition efforts. This research implies the need for policy alignment and educational curriculum integration in environmental science to accelerate public adoption and awareness. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the search for effective, safe, and sustainable antiviral agents. One promising approach is the utilization of natural chemical compounds derived from plants, microorganisms, and marine organisms. These compounds, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, and polyphenols, have long been known for their broad biological activities, including antiviral properties. This article aims to explore the potential of natural chemical compounds as new post-pandemic antiviral candidates through a systematic literature review of 28 scientific articles published between 2019 and 2024 from major databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink. The findings indicate that 24 out of 28 reviewed compounds demonstrated significant antiviral activity, with 15 flavonoids targeting viral protease or spike protein through mechanisms like Mpro inhibition, ACE2 interaction, or cytokine modulation. Key challenges include low bioavailability, complexity in compound isolation, and lack of pharmaceutical standardization. However, advanced technological approaches such as nanoformulation, semi-synthetic analogue development, and the use of bio-refinery systems offer potential solutions to enhance the stability and effectiveness of these compounds. This article also highlights the importance of policy support and interdisciplinary collaboration in accelerating the translation of natural compounds from laboratory research to clinical application. The review offers practical implications for pharmaceutical innovation, particularly in biodiversity-rich countries such as Indonesia.

Abstract

Recent developments in biotechnology and bioinformatics have opened new possibilities for designing enzymes for the halal food sector. This study employs an integrated framework combining in silico modelling and in vivo validation to create synthetic enzymes that are both effective and compliant with halal standards. Computational analyses were conducted to predict enzyme–substrate interactions and evaluate structural stability, while experimental validation confirmed enzymatic activity, thermal stability, and safety profiles. The results demonstrate that this dual approach improves design efficiency, enhances catalytic performance, and ensures enzymes originate from halal-certified sources, addressing a notable gap in current research where optimization and religious compliance are often addressed separately. This methodology bridges molecular biochemistry with Islamic jurisprudence, providing a scientifically grounded approach for producing bioenzymes suitable for industrial applications. By showing that halal verification can be integrated without compromising enzyme functionality, the study provides a model for ethical and religiously responsible food production. The findings have broad implications for the halal food industry, supporting scalable enzyme manufacturing and laying the groundwork for future research in synthetic biology, regulatory compliance, and the development of innovative functional foods.
