Abstract

Gender inequality and injustice in an organization or company, educational institutions included, can still be found. The cause of these differences often occurs due to the influence of gender bias which is still commonly found in reference books, where women are positioned as "second class" society assuming that women's abilities only in domestic affairs and only men who can only play roles as leaders in public affairs. The purpose of this study was to examine and provide an overview of women's leadership in a gender perspective at universities in Lampung Province. This study utilizes qualitative research methods with in-depth interview and documentation as data collection techniques. This study involves the Rector, Vice Rector, Dean and Dean Deputy of various universities in Lampung Province as the subject of the research. The data collection was performed on each different set of times since the depth comprehension through interview is required in this study. The results indicated that female leaders in universities in Lampung Province have a tendency to adopt a feminine-transformational leadership style. It can be seen that up to now, female leaders in universities in Lampung Province have succeeded in improving the performance, morality and performance of the ranks, staff and subordinates which have resulted in brilliant achievements and well-run work programs that have been planned. For further research, it is to be expected that future study could involve more variables and expand the scope of research for the betterness.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020 has had a significant impact on various sectors of life, including education. Since the pandemic emergency, the government has launched online learning to reduce virus transmission. However, the implementation of online learning has encountered various obstacles such as uneven internet access, varying parental abilities in supporting learning, and student boredom. In the 2022/2023 academic year, the government will begin to return to face-to-face learning (PTM) while still implementing strict health protocols. However, there are concerns regarding the phenomenon of learning loss, namely the decline in students' knowledge and skills due to prolonged online learning. This phenomenon is very important to study, especially in higher education, considering its impact on students' readiness to face the world of work and the next level of education. Abstract

This study analyzes the frequency and intensity levels of sound waves produced by musical instruments in the Bedana traditional dance of Lampung. An ethnoscience approach is employed, integrating cultural and scientific perspectives to examine sound phenomena in the local context. Data were gathered through sound frequency and intensity measurements using advanced audio analysis software, complemented by qualitative cultural observations. The results reveal distinct frequency variations among instruments, contributing to the dance’s harmonic expression. Notably, statistical tests indicate significance, reinforcing the hypothesis regarding the unique acoustic properties of each instrument. This research underscores the importance of ethnoscience in cultural conservation and traditional arts education, offering insights for future ethnomusicological studies and cultural preservation initiatives.

Abstract

Kemampun motorik halus adalah kemampuan yang melibatkan penggunaan tangan dan jari secara tepat seperti dalam kegiatan menulis dan menggambar. Gerakan motorik halus  merupakan gerak yang hanya melibatkan bagian-bagian tubuh tertentu saja dan dilakukan oleh otot-otot kecil, seperti keterampilan menggunakan jari jemari tangan dan gerakan pergelangan tangan yang tepat. Gerakan ini tidak terlalu membutuhkan tenaga, namun gerakan ini membutuhkan koordinasi mata dan tangan yang cermat. Hal ini membantu perkembangan motorik, latihan keterampilan, sikap, dan apresiatifbagi anak. Jenis penelitian kualitatif,Subjek penelitian yang saya gunakan adalah anak didik sejumlah 15 anak di TK DW Agung Batin. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini Mengembangkan semua aspek-aspek perkembangan anak termasuk perkembangan motorik halus anak. Hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan yaitu mengetahui konsep perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

Kematangan karier siswa yang sangat rendah menjadi masalah di dunia pendidikan dilihat dari siswa yang masih ragu tentang karier di masa depan dalam menentukan masa depan yang sesuai dengan mereka. masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah "apakah upaya bimbingan karir dalam meningkatkan kematangan karir Madrasah Kelas X Aliyah Qudsiyah Kotabumi Siswa Madrasah dapat ditingkatkan setelah konseling kelompok". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kematangan karier yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok untuk Siswa Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Kotabumi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Design One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa dari Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Qudsiyah Kotabumi Lmpung Utara, hasil skor tertinggi kematangan karier kuesioner adalah 25 item. Angket digunakan sebagai Pretest dan Posttest. Nilai rata-rata Karir Jatuh Tempo sebelum bergabung adalah 47,2 dan setelah mengikuti konseling, skor itu meningkat menjadi 73,3. dari hasil uji t dengan (df) = 9 taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 2,262. Karena nilai thitung ≥tabel (4,063 ≥ 2.262), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti ada pengaruh layanan informasi karier dalam meningkatkan kematangan karier secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier pada siswa di Madrasah aliyah qudsiyah Kotabumi , Lampung Utara. saran yang diajukan oleh peneliti adalah agar guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan memasukkan layanan informasi kepada siswa. dari hasil uji t dengan (df) = 9 taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 2,262. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether group counseling with self-management techniques can improve the confidence of students SMPN 1 Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara. This research uses experimental method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample of research as many as 10 students taken by using technique of Purposive Sampling. Data collection was done by using questionnaire technique in the form of scale of learning concentration and observation. The results showed that the hypothesis Ha accepted while the hypothesis Ho rejected. This is proven by data analysis result using pretest and posttest test obtained 49 and posttest 77,3. The results of this study concluded that group counseling with self-management techniques can improve the learning concentration of students SMPN 1 Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara.

Abstract

Perceptions of students SMA Negeri Pesisir Tengah generally do not have an understanding of Integral Counseling Guidance. There are three groups of opinions in perceiving counseling guidance (BK), First, students who perceive that counseling guidance (BK) as a disciplinary supervisor of students against school rules besides other problems. Secondly, counseling guidance (BK) as an effort to assist students in handling problems, especially the problem of discipline of students to the discipline of school, and Third, students who understand the BK as a guiding student guide and guide students, to help students understand themselves and help solve problems faced by students to better, Including discipline. In general, students' understanding of Counseling Guidance is as a student security handling body. As for the principles that exist in the Counseling Guidance in the process of activity is not yet understood. Thus, in the student's program, the target of counseling service in the activity process has not been fulfilled. Thus in the student's understanding, the target of counseling services or students relating to Counseling and Guidance are students who have school problems.

Abstract

Self-confidence is the positive attitude of an individual that enables him to develop positive judgments both for himself and for his environment / situation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether group counseling services with assertive assistive techniques were effective in improving students' self-esteem. The method used in this research is True Experimental Design Design type pretest-posttest control group design. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, questionnaire method, interviews, and supporting technique documentation. The results of the data analysis show that there is an increase in the learner in the school before the service is given and after the service is provided. to confidence This is directed from the results of hypothesis testing by using t test (t-test), from the pretest and posttest results obtained in the experimental group t arithmetic = 36.701> t table 0.05 = 2.228, df = n-1 = 10 with p value <t table (0.000 <0.0005), then Ho "Assertive Counseling Assertive Training Group (assertive training) is not effective to increase self-confidence in rejected learners and Ha" Assertive Training Group Assertive Training is effective to improve the taste self-confident to learners accepted

Abstract

The phenomenon of disciplinary problems of the student  is still happen. Discipline behavior is a behavior that demonstrates obedience and compliance which requires students to comply with established regulations. One of the most frequent disciplinary violations is leaving school without permission. Several factors that influence students to break discipline are environmental factors. Therefore, it needs proper handling in overcoming discipline problems of students. one technique that can be used in overcoming disciplinary problems, namely self-management. In the use of self management techniques to overcome undisciplined behavior students are directed to modify environmental aspects that can influence the emergence of undisciplined behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in improving student discipline at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of REBT implementation in the educational context. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews with guidance and counseling teachers, as well as three 10th-grade students who frequently committed disciplinary violations. Data collection methods included structured interviews, direct observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and narratively with the aid of NVivo 12 software to facilitate data organization and the identification of key themes. The findings indicate that the application of REBT techniques through individual counseling effectively transformed students’ behavior towards greater discipline. Through systematic stages such as problem identification, goal clarification, and reinforcement of rational thinking, students exhibited significant changes in their attitudes and actions towards school rules. These findings contribute significantly to the development of more effective counseling methods for enhancing discipline in educational settings.
