Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai Pengaruh Fungsi Pembagian Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Cirebon, yaitu bermula dari hambatan belum tercapainya efektivitas kerja pegawai secara optimal. Hal tersebut diduga dikarenakan masih belum optimalnya dalam pelaksanaan pembagian kerja. Hipotesis yang penulis gunakan yaitu sebagai berikut. terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pembagian kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Cirebon. Hipotesis statistiknya yaitu: Ha= rshitung >rstabel, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel pembagian kerja dengan variabel efektivitas kerja. H0= rshitung < rstabel, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel pembagian kerja dengan variabel efektivitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa dalam Pelaksanaan Pembagian Kerja pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Cirebon masih belum optimal. Sebagaimana terlihat dalam keberhasilan pada pelaksanaan baru mencapai pada tingkatan Cukup Baik yaitu dengan nilai sebesar 873 atau 54,90. Sehingga berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Cirebon masih belum tercapai secara optimal. Pembagian kerja dan efektivitas kerja adanya hubungan yang signifikan atau valid dengan nilai rshitung dari kedua variabel yaitu sebesar 0,729 jika di bandingkan terhadap nilai rstabel untuk responden sebanyak 53 dan di dapat nilai rstabel sebesar 0,266. Sehingga dengan demikian kriteria korelasinya berada pada tingkatan kuat.Kata Kunci: Pembagian Kerja Dan Efektivitas Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research entitled "Employee Performance Analysis Sub. Cleaning Department of Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of Cirebon Regency in the Arrangement of Cleanliness Quality in Cirebon Regency. The problem is motivated by the lack of optimal work from the bureaucracy in the quality management of cleanliness in Cirebon Regency, the problem is allegedly arising due to the lack of optimal performance of employees in improving the quality of cleanliness in Cirebon District, seen in the things that are the work of Sub. The area of cleanliness of the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office of Cirebon Regency is not as expected, namely the clean, comfortable and beautiful environment, as well as the work behavior and personal nature of employees who are less disciplined, lazy and careless in working so that the results are not as expected. Therefore this study is directed to determine the performance of employees in improving the quality of cleanliness in Cirebon Regency.            The method used in this study is a qualitative method through a descriptive approach and the data presented are the results of an assessment and interview with the community as users who feel the quality of cleanliness in Cirebon District (Sumber City) with Sub employees. The cleanliness of the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office in Cirebon Regency, while the key informant in this study was the Head of the Hygiene Section. Data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained in this study from the results of observations and interviews, while secondary data is obtained by looking for data from the literature to support the data that has been obtained.Based on the research conducted, it was obtained the results, that the performance of employees in structuring the quality of cleanliness in Sub. The cleanliness of the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office in Cirebon Regency has not been optimal, seen from the 3 (three) dimensions of work, namely (1) Work results are not optimal seen from the results of work less than expected, namely a clean environment; (2) Work behavior is not optimal seen from employees who are not disciplined and lazy in working; (3) The personal nature that has to do with work is not yet optimal seen from the lack of enthusiasm of employees and carelessness in work. In essence, all employee performance will produce maximum results if in all of the achievement of these goals are maximized. Like in Sub. The area of cleanliness of the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office of Cirebon Regency the performance of employees in cleaning the quality of cleanliness in Cirebon District (the source city) has been good in planning the administration but in achieving that the performance of employees has not been maximally created so that the quality of cleanliness is not yet maximal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis thesis is the result of research conducted by researchers about: "IMPLEMENTATION POLICIES OF THE BAN ON ALCOHOL (CASE STUDY IN SUB Karangampel DISTRICT INDRAMAYU." Based on the study, researchers found some indicators of problem as much going on juvenile delinquency shown lately as fights individually or group, drunk-drunk, extortion, theft, thefts and assault in the District Karangampel Indramayu and juvenile delinquency is the case in the District Indramayu regency Karangampel today is perompokan and fights indicated by alcoholic beverages.The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of policies on the prohibition of alcoholic beverages in an effort to tackle juvenile delinquency by Head in District Karangampel Indramayu district, to determine the factors of policy implementation prohibition of alcohol in the District Karangampel Indramayu district, to identify any obstacles faced by camat in the implementation of policies prohibiting alcoholic beverages in the district of Indramayu district Karangampel.This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, so that the data obtained through library and field study. In a literature study obtained data contained in books, websites etc. While field studies include observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the theory of Sabatier and Mazmanian which suggests three variables that affect the performance of the implementation which includes (1) the characteristics of the issues to be controlled; (2) the characteristics of the policy / legislation; (3) The policy environment variable. Furthermore, juvenile delinquency theories of juvenile delinquency Soetjiningsih that divides into (1) ordinary delinquency; (2) delinquency that leads to the violation; (3) Special delinquency.Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of the policy of prohibition of alcoholic beverages in tackling juvenile delinquency in the district of Indramayu district Karangampel still not optimal. Because there are many sellers or merchants liquor clandestinely sell liquor to the public and are most often purchased to the merchant are teenagers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi tokoh masyarakat terhadap eksistensi lembaga kemasyarakatan desa di Desa Curug Kecamatan Kandanghaur Kabupaten Indramayu. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini karena kurang berfungsinya peran serta fungsi lembaga-lembaga kemasyarakatan yang ada di desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dan diarahkan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi tokoh masyarakat terhadap eksistensi lembaga kemasyarakatan desa dengan melihat sejauh mana dukungan tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat itu sendiri terhadap lembaga kemasyarakatan yang ada, apa saja hal-hal yang mendukung dan menghambat eksistensi dari lembaga kemasyarakatan serta bagaimana upaya-upaya untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dari lembaga kemasyarakatan desa itu sendiri.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif, dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di Desa Curug Kecamatan Kandanghaur Kabupaten Indramayu. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, observasi dan wawancara yang mendalam dengan para informan yaitu perangkat desa, dan tokoh masyarakat sebagai informan kunci, serta masyarakat sebagai informan pendukungnya dengan analisis data melalui tahapan-tahapan reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian dari persepsi tokoh masyarakat terhadap eksistensi lembaga kemasyarakatan desa di Desa Curug Kecamatan Kandanghaur Kabupaten Indramayu menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi lembaga kemasyarakatan desa masih belum sesuai dengan harapan dan tujuan dibentuknya lembaga tersebut karena dukungan dari tokoh masyarakat dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam berorganisasi pada lembaga kemasyarakatan desa masih rendah. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh Faktor-faktor perhatian dari luar yaitu Intensitas perhatian, ukuran organisasi, kontras dengan lingkungan sekitar, pengulangan perhatian, gerakan (moving), baru dan familier. sedangkan untuk faktor-faktor dari dalam (internal set factor) yaitu proses belajar, motivasi, kepribadian (sikap dan perilaku), pengalaman masa lalu, kebutuhan, minat, dan harapan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research that the writer did was the Effect of Motivation by the Head of the Agency on Employee Productivity at the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency. The research method that I do is a quantitative research method, which starts with data collection, data interpretation, until the results of the research use numbers.The problem that the author pointed out is that the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics has not been maximized, it is suspected that the problem is caused by the lack of optimal motivation implementation by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency.The research question that the writer proposes is the influence of motivation by the head of the body on employee work productivity. The hypothesis that the authors propose is as follows: "It is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency."From this hypothesis a statistical hypothesis can be formulated, namely: H0 (Zero Hypothesis): rs count <from rs table, then the formulation of the problem is: "There is no positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on employee work productivity at the Cirebon Regency Statistics Agency. "and Ha (Alternative hypothesis): rs count> rs table, then the formulation of the problem is:" There are a positive influence and significant correlation between motivation by the head of the agency to work productivity of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Cirebon."In the study showed that the results the motivation made by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics was good enough, but it was not optimal as seen from the successful implementation of motivation which reached 60.6% with a total score of 1637, and employee work productivity was good enough but not optimal as reaching 59.5% with a total score of 1740.The implementation of motivation by the head of the agency has a close influence on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency with a value of rs calculated 0.805 and when compared with rs table with a 5% precision of 0.248. Because the RS calculated is greater than rs table, there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency. Thus H0 (Zero Hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The title of the study is: “Controlling Management Waste Industry Natural Stone By Environmental Local Government at Cirebon District (Study Case at Kecamatan Dukupuntang)”. Execution management waste industry natural stone of industry at Cirebon District which not appropriate with regulation Undang-Undang which behavior disturb can cause damage surround, until a necessary and society. Research this reciece koranic verse and answer set of problems about execution controlling Environmental Local Government at Cirebon District abaout management waste, deep matter this waste yield industry natural stone. Factor’s which hamper execution controlling Environmental Local Government at Cirebon District about management waste yield industry natural stone. This research included type research kualitative with interview, direct observation, and study literature. Direct study with interview with official Environmental Local Government at Cirebon District is institiution which have authority deep matter which ink to each other with surround, included only wrong is controlling. Form controlling which behavior is permission procedure for agent business with equip brief team, commit controlling to business with intensity two till three rivers deep years’s. Deep framework handle problem’s, as from intern is limitedness SDM which professional and limitedness means operational field for commit controlling. Factor ekstern is less consiouns ness agent effore to obey. Regulation Undang-Undang which behavior, an expensive cos operational to handle waste and less participation society with handle problem live surround.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The title of this research is "Analysis of Coordination by the Head in the Framework of Improving the Effectiveness of Workers' Effectiveness in the Cirebon City Sports and Culture Youth Office".The problem that the authors put forward from the observations that the authors found at the time of the research is that the implementation of employee work is less than optimal in order to achieve the objectives seen from the quality of employee work that is not as expected in achieving the goals, it is seen from the state of facilities and infrastructure in the Sports Culture Youth Service and Cirebon City Tourism is inadequate in terms of the number of employees and each field that is not in accordance with the expertise so that the quantity of employee work is less visible than the less optimal implementation of employee work activities in order to improve performance in the city of Cirebon. The lack of understanding of employees and lack of coordination between leaders and employees is not optimal where it is in accordance with the opinion of Stoner (in Sugandha 2005: 21) argues as follows: "Coordination is the process of integrating targets and activities of units that separate (parts and functional fields) of an organization to achieve organizational goals efficiently".Identification of problems in the research is how coordination is done by the Head of Service in order to improve employee work effectiveness, coordinating support factors by the service head in order to improve employee work effectiveness, and factors inhibiting coordination by the service head in order to improve employee work effectiveness in the Office Cirebon Sports Culture and Tourism Youth.The method used by the author is a qualitative method through a descriptive approach. According to Moleong (2007: 6) suggests qualitative research as follows: "Qualitative research is research intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects, such as behavior, perception, motivation, actions, and others. Holistically and by way of description in the form of words and languages. In a special natural context and by utilizing various scientific methods.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern mendorong perubahan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, meningkatnya jumlah pengguna internet sendiri telah menarik berbagai macam bisnis untuk mempromosikan produknya di internet. Pada dasarnya media sosial telah mengubah cara konsumen berinteraksi dan perusahaan di dalam memasarkan produk. Digital Media adalah media yang tersaji secara online. Pada tahun 2020-2022 terdapat pertambahan jumlah mahasiswa pada Univresitas Gunung Jati, padahal sedang terjadi pandemic dimana calon mahasiswa banyak sulit mendapat akses untuk keluar melakukan aktivitas luar. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah survey. Hasil penelitian media digital sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan promosi dan informasi terutama penggunaan website yang menajdi portal utama dan disebar pada media sosial resmi dari Universitas Gunung Jati.

ABSTRACT Pengelolaan arsip dalam organisasi atau perusahaan sangat penting dalam menunjang kegiatan administrasi demi kelangsungan suatu organisasi, dalam Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomer 43 tahun 2009 tentang kearsipan, dijelaskan bahwa arsip adalah rekaman kegiatan atau peristiwa dalam berbagai bentuk dan media sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dibuat dan diterima oleh lembaga negara, pemerintah daerah,lembaga pendidikan,perusahaan,organisasi,politik,organisasi kemasyarakatan, dan perseorangan dalam melaksanakn kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Pengelolaan kearsipan terbagi menjadi: arsip dinamis, arsip statis, di dalam pengelolaan kearsipan perlu adanya sumber daya manusia dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana, akan tetapi pada kenyataannya masih banyak instansi-instansi atau organisasi yang masih mempunyai permasalah mengenai kearsipan dikarenakan pengelolaan kearsipannya tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang dinilai menghambat pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, skripsi ini diberi judul “Pengelolaan Sistem Kearsipan Pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Cirebon”

Abstract

Social interaction, continue interaction with group friends, have a big influence on the development of thought. One's conversation can compare and knowledge with other people's knowledge. Research Purposes namely; 1). How is the communication that occurs in UGJ and Unisba Students ?; 2). What about the collaboration that happened with UGJ and Unisba Students ?; 3). What is the community like for UGJ and Unisba students ?; 4). How is the creativity that occurs in UGJ and Unisba students? 5). How is the convergence that occurs in UGJ and Unnisba students? This research uses descriptive research, with qualitative research types. The results showed that the communication that occurs in UGJ and Unisba Students 1. They communicate with friends on campus or off campus directly persona, indirect group communication using the media. Hobbies related to the world. Their conversation has the same importance as perception, understanding, and lack of insight. 2. Collaboration conducted by them discussed the work, while the other informants from UGJ students also discussed the polemic on campus, to be conveyed to the invited parties. 3. The community involved in the Student Association organization likes Himakom and is active in managing laboratories, their activities off campus because of the same hobbies and friendships. 4. Creativity that occurs has a wide association, increase knowledge, friendship, get a sense of care also to pay attention to each other. 5. The convergence that occurs adjusts to each other and they prefer the campus to be a comfortable place to support each other, support each other and respect each other.
