Abstract

This research study the compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) of OPC and OPC rice husk ash (RHA) concrete. Test will be measured after 28 days immersed in peat water. Specimens will be immersed in peat water after 28 days cured in normal water. Compressive strength of OPC concrete showed biggest value than OPC with admixture RHA 5% and 10% which is increasing amount of RHA for subsitute cement will decreasing compressive strength. Test UPV of the specimen showed OPC RHA 5% being best quality than other.Keywords: Durabilty, OPC, RHA, peat environment.

Abstract

Earthquake-resistant reinforced concrete structures must pay attention to the beam-column connection area because beam-column connection is a critical area that needs to be designed really accurately so that it can reduce the energy caused during an earthquake. The beam-column connection is designed to be able to deform during earthquake shocks so as to minimize damage, especially in inelastic areas. This study aims to analyze the design of beam-column connections in irregular structures that refer to SNI 2847 2013 and SNI 2847 2019. In the analysis carried out, designed structure by method SNI 2847 2013 by using earthquake map 2010 and method SNI 2847 2019 by using earthquake map 2017. From the design carried out using of SAP2000 It is known that the size of the columns and beams is sufficient to support the shear forces that occur. There are differences in the results of the review between the planning methods SNI 2847 2013 and SNI 2847 2019. The review carried out on the shear force found that the shear force using the 2013 SNI 2847 regulation with the 2010 earthquake map was 1.149% greater than using the 2017 SNI 2847 regulation with the 2017 earthquake map. The review carried out on the shear stress found that the shear stress using the 2013 SNI 2847 regulation with the 2010 earthquake map was 1.149% greater than using the 2017 SNI 2847 regulation with the 2017 earthquake map. The review of the length of reinforcement distribution at the joint found 640 mm with transverse reinforcement used a diameter of 13 mm and a distance between reinforcement of 150 mm for both regulations, but the SNI 2847 2019 regulation requires standard hooks to be placed in the core restrained column.

Abstract

Mapping village potential is an important aspect of sustainable rural development. It allows village governments and communities to optimize resource management and improve community welfare. In general, community service activities are designed into three stages, namely preparation, activity implementation, and evaluation and aim to conduct comprehensive village potential mapping. The community service activities involve active participation of the community and village officials in Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to identify, document, and map all aspects of village potential. This method aims to empower village communities in regional development by producing comprehensive data on existing village potential. The resulting village potential map becomes an invaluable tool for village governments in sustainable development planning and village asset management. Through this village potential mapping, Aur Sati Village is expected to optimize its opportunities to improve community welfare and develop its regional characteristics, including tourism, agriculture, and fisheries potential.

Abstract

Higher education institutions are mandated to provide education, research, and community service in Indonesia. This activity needs cooperation with a lot of people, such as an institute and the public community. Therefore, the university needs to provide adequate public service buildings. Universitas Riau already had a facility for this program. However, the old building's interior not being relevant to recent activity, and because of that, in busy times the situation is not conducive. Under these circumstances, the role of the current study is to emphasize interior design for service buildings based on revitalization method. The final goal is to create interior design for research and community service building at Universitas Riau.

Abstract

Fakultas Teknik Universitas Riau sebagai pusat pendidikan tentunya telah menyediakan fasilitas parkir untuk para civitas akademika. FT-UNRI mengalami peningkatan jumlah civitas akademika yang dimulai sejak adanya penambahan jurusan dan prodi baru. Peningkatan jumlah tersebut menyebabkan fasilitas parkir yang ada tidak memadai, hal ini dibuktikan dengan terdapat masalah pada fasilitas parkir yang tersedia seperti kendaraan yang parkir di luar petak parkir yang tersedia dan kendaraan yang parkir tidak tertata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat karakteristik lahan parkir yang tersedia untuk nantinya dapat dilakukan upaya optimasi serta mendapatkan pemodelan untuk menghitung kebutuhan parkir sepeda motor dan kendaraan roda empat di FT-UNRI. Hasil analisis karakteristik parkir mobil terdapat indeks parkir sebesar 130,59% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan parkir melebihi kapasitas normal, untuk sepeda motor indeks parkir maksimum sebesar 78,94% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas parkir memadai, namun kenyataan dilapangan masih terdapatnya kendaraan yang parkir di luar tempat yang disediakan. Model kebutuhan parkir sepeda motor adalah Y1 = -29,730 + 0,593 X1 + 6,129 X8 dan untuk parkir mobil adalah Y2 = -9,128 + 0,068 X4 + 0,422 X8. Kebutuhan parkir tahun 2022 untuk sepeda motor sebanyak 2441 SRP (Satuan Ruang Parkir) dan untuk mobil adalah sebanyak 128 SRP.
