Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of the rights of women workers at the Department of Transmigration and Manpower. The rights of women workers are the focus of the research, because the rights of women workers should be fulfilled by the government to provide protection for women workers. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to answer the research problem. Research analysis techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation, triangulation and combinations. as well as regulations governing the protection of the rights of women workers. The conclusions obtained based on the research conducted in the research have applied regulations related to the protection of women's workers' rights to employees of the Transmigration and Manpower Office. In this case, the employee has received special rights for female employees as regulated in the labor law.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the effectiveness of human resource development, training effectiveness, training benefits, inhibiting factors, supporting factors, and the effectiveness of post-training human resource scientific utilization at the office of Transmigration and Labor (DISTRANAKER), especially in the Technical Implementation Unit, Work Training Center area. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the techniques of data collection were documentation, observation, and interviews. This study concluded that the implementation of human resource development activities is carried out based on the effectiveness of the use of scientific human resources as well as the need for abilities and skills that are job requirements owned by each individual in accordance with their respective vocational fields. The benefits of training and development have a very good impact on human resources or training participants who want to sharpen their abilities. Training and development activities aim to increase the potential of the trainees while participating in training and development activities at the Job Training Center. The participants get an opportunity to open a personal business or get a good job at an existing agency or company in the future and must also be in accordance with with skills that have been sharpened during the training activities. The inhibiting factors obtained are the lack of attention from the office of Transmigration and Labor in the existing facilities in several vocational fields in training and also the lack of proper use of time from instructors in certain vocational fields.

Abstract

Pengegolaan keuangan dalam pengunaan dana otonomi khusus di Kabupaten Aceh Barat untuk mengoptimalkan pembagunan dalam pembagunan infrstruktur di Kabupaten Aceh Barat yang mengunakan dana otonomi khusus yang diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah ke kabupaten/kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan dalam pengalokasian dana otsus untuk mengoptimalkan pembagunan infrastruktur di kabupaten aceh barat. Penelitiaan ini mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi serta mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Kabupaten Aceh Barat dalam pengelolaan dana otonomi khusus lebih kepada pengoptimalkan pembagunan pada pembagunan jembatan penghubung antar desa- desa terpencil dan pembagunan jalan akses desa yang berada di pendalaman atau terpincil di Kabupaten Aceh Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of Posyandu cadres in Gunong Kleng Village in inputting dvia a computer. One form of participation in the health sector is the integrated service post (posyandu), which manages the posyandu are cadres. Posyandu cadres have a very important role because it is a health service. The duties of cadres in posyandu activities are registering, weighing every child or mother who comes at the posyandu, maternal and child services in the MCH book are given to health workers. Integrated service posts (posyandu) also provide convenience to the community in the field of basic health services to ease the decline in maternal and child mortality. In this study, qualitative research methods were used which were carried out while at the Keuchik Office of Gunong Kleng Village, precisely at the time of posyandu activities. Among the informants taken were all posyandu cadres in Gunong Kleng Village. Research data collection techniques taken are observation, interviews, and documentation. Due to the educational history of junior high school and high school cadres, the average cadre cannot operate a computer to input data. They still use how to input data manually and after being inputted manually they take it to a typing service to type it in.

Abstract

Peranan pegawai muda dalam menyikapi berbagai macam proses kerja dalam Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Perindustrian Dan Tenaga Kerja (DPMPTSPPTK) Kota Bukittinggi menjadi dasar estafet kepemiminan muda. Pegawai muda dengan banyak peluang pengembangan skill dalam dunia kerja meningkatkan potensi diri yang dimiliki. Terlebih di era society 5.0 teknologi akan berdampingan dengan kebutuhan manusia,termasuk layanan publik menjadi faktor pendukung utama era society 5.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peranan pegawai muda DPMPTSPPTK dalam menyikapi permasalahan kondisi ketenagakerjaan serta layanan yang tidak berjalan sesuai keinginan . Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui wawancara serta mengamati fenomena yang dialami oleh objek penelitian dengan 10 partisipan/narasumber.Teknis analisis data penelitian menggunakan triangulasi metode yang terdiri dari redusi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Peran pegawai muda sebagai penyedia layanan publik telah terbilang cukup baik setelah terlaksananya evaluasi kerja namun ada beberapa layanan yang menjadi tantangan pegawai muda untuk meyediakan layanan berbasis online.

Abstract

Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa merupakan salah satu dinas pemerintahan yang menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik, yaitu dengan melaksanakan penyusunan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan kepala dinas, undang-undang dan qanun yang berlaku. Karyawan merupakan sumber daya manusia yang memegang peranan penting dan merupakan faktor pendorong yang akan menentukan keberhasilan suatu instansi. Motivasi merupakan suatu dorongan yang menimbulkan karyawan lebih mau bekerja sama untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dan dapat memuaskan kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Simeulue. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan menggunakan jenis data primer. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa aginices perlu menerapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan

Abstract

Indonesia's maritime economic potential is now starting to be managed in an innovative and good manner, so that it can become one of the targets of development and can provide optimal benefits for the state and people of Indonesia. This very supportive maritime natural condition can certainly be developed into other potentials, one of which is tourism. This potential certainly should not be missed. Simeulue Island has many beautiful tourist spots that need to be developed. However, the beautiful natural charm is not offset by optimal management. waste management is still bad, there is an assumption that development on the beach will only provide one-sided benefits and a lack of community enthusiasm for the development of beach tourism, and the problem of minimal human resources in managing marine tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of sustainable marine tourism through the Pentahelix concept in Simeulue Regency. The method used is a qualitative method using observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of the study show that there are 5 roles studied, namely the government, which is carried out by the Disparbud and Bappeda collaborating and coordinating with each other on issues related to tourism development planning which are in the process of being prepared and further sustainable development is needed. While academics play a role in efforts to study the development of tourism and community empowerment in the field of tourism. The media play a role in helping promotions to increase tourist attractiveness, social groups through tourism awareness groups that need to be optimized again and business people who provide tourism support facilities in Simeulue Regency such as lodging, culinary, entertainment and transportation
