Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teacher's understanding of authentic assessment, analyze the process of applying authentic assessment, identify teacher problems in applying authentic assessments and the efforts of teachers and principals to address teacher problems in applying authentic judgments. The type of research is qualitative research and phenomenological research design. The subject from this study were grade IV teachers and the elementary school principals in Serang Subdistrict. Data collection techniques used are structured interview methods, observation, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses source and method triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques carried out during the study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the teacher  understanding of authentic assessment was good but not maximal, the teacher used the assessment instrument in accordance with the guidelines in Curriculum 2013, the application of authentic Public Elementary School in Serang Subdistrict had gone well, but some things were still constrained, teacher problems in applying authentic assessment, teacher efforts are questioned and answer with colleagues, seeking information from other sources, following the data update  and workshops, training and training using computer. The principal's efforts are as follows: understanding the difficulties of the teacher, finding examples of appraisal applications, finding friends to explain, giving the assessment manual giving supervision to the teacher and giving evaluations to the teacher.

Abstract

Teacher performance will be optimal, if it id supported by school culture, prosperity and teacher job satisfaction. The low productivity of teachers is suspected by the monotonous school culture, lack of prosperity resulting in teacher dissatisfaction. This research was conducted to determine the influence of school culture and prosperity on job satisfaction and the influence of school culture, prosperity and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This study uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The sample in the study consists of 62 respondents. The data obtained is processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis show that the direct influence of prosperity on performance is 0.044. The indirect influence of prosperity variables on performance through job satisfaction was obtained 0.233. Direct influence on performance is -0,356. The indirect influence of school culture on performance (0.136) is greater than the direct influence of school culture on performance (-0.356). It means that job satisfaction mediates the influence of school culture on work performance and satisfaction mediating prosperity towards performance. It shows that the need for an increase in school culture, prosperity and job satisfaction significantly influences teacher performance, both individually and collectively. It shows that to improve teacher performance there needs to be a school culture, prosperity and job satisfaction.

Abstract

In vocational education, cooperation with the business world and industrial world (DU/DI) is very important, and its implementation must be adapted to the needs of the current era. Therefore, Vocational High Schools (SMK) must be able to combine the curriculum and equate perceptions with DU/DI in order to produce quality graduates and have skills that are in line with market needs. This study aimed to describe the relationship of cooperation in the form of partnerships based on link and match in SMK Negeri 6 Semarang, especially in developing competencies in the field of fashion. To be able to achieve the research objectives, a qualitative approach with the case study method was used. The results showed that SMK 6 Semarang had implemented link and match based partnership management in various forms, including: 1). The planning stage begins with synchronizing the curriculum between the school and DU/DI, 2). At the implementation stage, a link and match based partnership program has been implemented in the form of learning and training through holding industrial classes with by-order products that have a sale value, and 3). At the supervision stage, it has collaborated with the Professional Certification Institute (LSP), so as to increase the resources of productive teachers and students in the fashion sector.

Abstract

Optimal supply of raw materials is an important factor in the fluency of the production process in a company. Reviews These raw materials can be controlled by using eertain methods, one of that is a Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method roomates has a better level of calculation accuracy than conventional methods. This study is quantitative research, the which has a goal to examine more deeply about the use of methods quantiy Economic Order (EOQ) in the cantrol af raw materials companies Brownies Burn Lyn's. The result Showed the optimal inventory of raw materials flour using EOQ method is 2445kg with a frequency of purchase as 5 times, safety stock is 248kg and ROP done at the time the raw material warehouse at 338kg and TIC Rp 2.945.963.00 optimal supplies of sugar with EOG method is 2998 kg, with a frequency of purchive as 6 uimes safety stock is 330 kg and ROP should be done at the time the raw 450kg while the TKR Rp3,46l 934,00.The quantity of supplies raw material warehouse material with EOG method is more efficient than the company conventional method inventary optimal inventory and total cost savings can be Obtained by the method of EOO so the company can gain the maximum profit. For the furture Similar themes of research on the subject of using optimal inventory in micro and medium enterprises is expected to compare with methods of optimal order invetory in order to Obtain more effective and efficient result.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the auxiliary raw material inventory control by Serabine and compare the method using Economic Order Quantity . The type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The object this study is the amount of inventory raw materials, the number of purchases and the usage of raw materials. This study calculates the optimal inventory raw of coconut, rice flour and sugar using the EOQ method with calculation quantity of raw material purchase, frequency of purchase, safety stock, reorder point, and total inventory cost (TIC).This study shows that the use of the EOQ method is more optimal than using conventional methods. The use EOQ method can minimize the cost to ordering of raw materials and optimize carring costs. Total inventory cost of raw materials using EOQ method more efficient than using conventional methods it is shown by the company can save of the TIC for raw material Rp. 2,356,546.56, for coconut, Rp. 1,729,516.03 for rice flour, and Rp. 766,376.84. for sugar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa SMK Islamiyah Adiwerna Kabupaten Tegal Jawa Tengah yang prakerin di bengkel resmi dan bengkel perorangan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII jurusan teknik sepeda motor dengan populasi 169 dengan sampel responden 123 siswa dengan pembagian 49 siswa yang prakerin dibengkel resmi dan 74 siswa  yang prakerin dibengkel perorangan. Pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan Uji T. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh siswa yang prakerin dibengkel resmi lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang prakerin dibengkel perorangan, dimana siswa yang prakerin dibengkel resmi nilainya sebesar 110,90 sedangkan siswa yang prakerin dibengkel perorangan sebesar 105.00, hasil uji T 2 pihak menunjukan Sign. (2-tailed) didapatkan 0.00 yang artinya ada perbedaan kompetensi kewirausahaan antara siswa yang praktik kerja industri di bengkel resmi dan bengkel perorangan. This research was aimed to describe the students’ enterpreneurship competence of SMK Islamiyah Adiwerna Kabupaten Tegal Jawa Tengah who did prakerin in the legal garage and individual garage. The research was a survey research which used quantitative approach. The population was all students at XII of Motorcycle Technique Department consisted of 169 students and the respondent samples were 123 students. The 49 students did prakerin in the legal garage, and the 74 students were in the individual garage. Furthermore, the researcher used questionnaire to collect the data, and he also used quantitaive descriptive and t test. Based on the result of this research, it could be concluded that the students’ enterpreneurship competence who did prakerin in the legal garage was higher than the students who were in the individual garage. Furthermore, the score of students who did prakerin in the legal garage was 110,90, and the score of students who did prakerin in the indiviual garage was 105,00. The result of destination T 2 point of sign (2-taied) is received 0.00 its meaning there is different enterpreneurshipcompetence between student who company work practice in legal workshop and personal workshop.

Abstract

Unemployment of graduates of Automotive Engineering expertise program of Vocational High School (SMK) can be overcome with entrepreneurship. The obstacle is that students are not ready to become entrepreneurs. Learning process at school needs to be analyzed to find new learning models that enhance students' entrepreneurship skills which is in accordance with the expertise program. This study aims to analyze the factual conditions of productive learning of motorcycle tune-up competence and entrepreneurial learning in SMK, to analyze conceptual models developed, to determine hypothetical models, to analyze student learning outcomes using hypothetical models, and to determine the final model of learning. The method used in this research is research and development, carried out by conducting preliminary studies, model development, product testing, and final model determination. The result shows that factually productive learning of motorcycle tune-up competence with entrepreneurship lesson are separated. The conceptual model designed using the syntax of project-based learning model has entrepreneurship approach in productive learning, but still requires improvement. After the improvement, there comes a hypothetical model with the principle of integrating productive learning with entrepreneurial activity, and the learning is oriented towards a modified project-based learning model. The model is well implemented because the experimental class’ learning result is better than the control class’ learnng result. The value of technical skill and entrepreneur skills of experimental class students increased significantly, thus the final model of learning used hypothetical model with the learning model name is PjBL In Entre (Project-Based Learning Integrated with Entrepreneurship).

Abstract

Abstrak. Kualitas tenaga pendidik sebagai agen pembelajaran di satuan pendidikan, guru yang profesional diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia secara berkelanjutan. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan merupakan suatu proses yang terintegrasi dengan proses peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia itu sendiri. Dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas SDM peran guru sebagai tenaga pendidik dituntut menjadi tenaga profesional. Pentingnya peran guru sangat menentukan berhasilnya usaha peningkatan mutu pendidikan, terutama pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Peran guru secara konkrit dijelaskan, bahwa guru lebih tepat memiliki falsafah dan tujuan pendidikan, kriteria keberhasilan pendidikan, ilmu dan teori pendidikan yang relevan, struktur pendidikan, kurikulum, organisasi dan kepemimpinan pendidikan maupun pembiayaan pendidikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui pembuatan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas dan guru menjadi terbiasa melakukan karya pengembangan profesi melalui budaya meneliti dengn permasalahan di kelas yang dialami dan menulis di journal. Dalam upaya meningkatan profesionalisme dan meningkatkan budaya akademik, yang merupakan nilai-nilai budaya mutu. Hasil akhir adanya workshop dan pendampingan ini adalah guru dapat membuat penelitian tindakan kelas secara berkelanjutan dan dapat menulis karya pengembangan profesi untuk pengembangan diri tidak hanya PTK saja; Guru menguasai dan dapat memilih model-model pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan dan harapan antara masyarakat sasaran yaitu para guru SMA Kota Semarang dengan pengabdi yang dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam karya pengembangan profesi melalui workshop dan pendampingan pembuatan karya ilmiah pengembangan profesi dan pengembangan diri dari tim pengabdi merupakan hasil nyata oleh para guru yang mengikuti workshop dan pendampingan PKB.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh store layout, harga, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Rocket Chicken Purbalingga. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sejumlah 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan metode studi kepustakaan dan metode kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Hasil uji secara parsial diperoleh t hitung untuk variabel kualitas store layout 5,866 dengan signifikansi 0,000, untuk variabel harga diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,750 dengan signifikansi 0,000 untuk variabel lokasi diperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,175 dengan signifikansi 0,032 dan untuk variabel promosi diperoleh t hitung sebesar 1,669 dengan signifikansi 0,098. Simpulannya secara simultan store layout, harga, lokasi, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara parsial store layout, harga, dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sementara variabel promosi berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Mengingat store layout, harga, lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Rocket Chicken Purbalingga, sebaiknya manajemen perusahaan memperhatikan variabel tersebut guna mempertahankan konsumen.
