Abstract

AbstrakQalby Laundry adalah salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang ini dan sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2018 dalam melayani pelanggannya. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, pencatatan administrasi menjadi hal yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional oleh Qalby Laundry. Hal ini menjadi kendala karena memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan pencatatan atau perhitungan transaksi di Qalby Laundry. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah mekanisme sederhana yang dapat membantu proses pencatatan administrasi oleh karyawan laundry tersebut. Solusi yang diberikan adalah pelatihan penggunaan kolaborasi Google Sheet untuk pencatatan administrasi di Qalby Laundry. Dalam kegiatan ini terdapat tahapan-tahapan, antara lain pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penjelasan teori dan praktek langsung kepada karyawan laundry. Tujuan pelatihan ini agar pencatatan administrasi transaksi dapat dilakukan lebih cepat, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan dan perhitungan, serta dapat dilakukannya kolaborasi antara karyawan dalam menjalani proses bisnis laundry ini. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah dapat dilakukannya pencatatan administrasi yang baik dari transaksi yang terjadi, serta pemilik laundry dapat lebih mudah dan lebih cepat dalam mendapatkan informasi laporan rekapitulasi sederhana yang juga tidak banyak mengeluarkan biaya dalam pemanfaatan konsep kolaborasi dengan Google Sheet ini. Kata kunci: pelatihan; laundry; spreadsheet; google sheet AbstractQalby Laundry is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the laundry service sector, established in 2018 to serve its customers. In its daily operations, administrative record-keeping at Qalby Laundry is still conducted manually. This poses challenges, as it increases the likelihood of recording or calculation errors in transaction data. Therefore, a simple mechanism is needed to support the administrative recording process carried out by the laundry staff. The proposed solution is a training program on the use of  Google Sheets collaboration for administrative record-keeping at Qalby Laundry. The activities in this program include several stages such as direct observation, interviews, and literature review. The method used combines theoretical explanation with hands-on practice provided to the laundry staff. The goal of this training is to enable faster transaction record-keeping, reduce errors in data entry and calculations, and facilitate collaboration among employees involved in the laundry business process. As a result of this training, Qalby Laundry can implement proper and accurate administrative records of transactions. Additionally, the laundry owner can access summarized reports more easily and quickly, with minimal costs involved through the use of Google Sheets' collaborative features. Keywords: training; laundry; spreadsheet; google sheet

Abstract

AbstrakProgram kegiatan ini menyelenggarakan sesi pelatihan tentang cara membuat blog untuk mempelajari kewirausahaan online, yaitu pelatihan pembuatan email dan pembuatan blog gratis di Blogspot.com bagi masyarakat di wilayah seputar Yayasan Kreasi Insan Nusantara di Kelurahan Sudimara Timur, Ciledug, Tangerang Banten. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar warga setempat dapat mempelajari berbagai keterampilan dan berbagai  pendidikan di luar sekolah melalui kewirausahaan, mengatasi tantangan masa depan, dan menunjukkan daya saing di era globalisasi. Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan antara lain penjelasan teori dan praktek langsung kepada warga. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah warga dapat mengetahui langkah-langkah membuat dan mengelola blog untuk berjualan (wirausaha) online . Pemanfaatan blog ini, kiranya dapat membantu warga  agar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan pendapatan warga. Kata kunci: pelatihan; blog; wirausaha online AbstractThis activity program organizes training sessions on how to create a blog to learn online entrepreneurship, namely training on creating emails and creating free blogs on Blogspot.com for the community in the area around the Yayasan Kreasi Insan Nusantara in Sudimara Timur Village, Ciledug, Tangerang Banten. This training aims to enable local residents to learn various skills and various education outside of school through entrepreneurship, overcome future challenges, and demonstrate competitiveness in the era of globalization. In this activity, several stages were carried out, namely direct observation, interviews, and literature studies. The methods used include explanations of theory and direct practice to residents. The results of this training are that residents can learn the steps to create and manage a blog for selling (entrepreneurship) online. Abstract

In the continuously evolving digital era, organizations are required to optimize information technology to improve service quality and strengthen customer relationships. The Business Center Division faces various challenges, such as delays in handling complaints, suboptimal recording of customer interactions, and conventional service processes, which lead to decreased service effectiveness and customer satisfaction levels. Therefore, a solution is needed in the form of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system capable of integrating customer data management, improving communication quality, and supporting fast, accurate decision-making. This study aims to design and implement a CRM system within the Business Center Division to enhance customer satisfaction and organizational operational efficiency. The research methodology includes system requirements analysis, system design, application development, implementation, and performance evaluation post-deployment. The developed CRM system is designed to support the recording of service activities, centralized customer data management, systematic monitoring and handling of complaints, and the provision of relevant reports and information for management. The results indicate that the implementation of the CRM system improves service quality through more structured and well-documented work processes, accelerates response times to customer needs and complaints, facilitates information access, and enhances inter-departmental coordination. The application of CRM also has a positive impact on employee efficiency and helps the organization build better long-term relationships with customers. Thus, the implementation of a CRM system in the Business Center Division is proven to be an effective solution for increasing customer satisfaction, improving business processes, and supporting organizational competitiveness amidst an increasingly competitive and service-oriented business environment.
