Abstract

Family Gold Delivery is an online business that sells various brands of precious metals and also sells frame designs for precious metals that can be customized with greeting words according to the customer's wishes. In running its business, Family Gold Delivery only utilizes Instagram, Whatsapp and Marketplace media to sell its products. However, due to the high percentage of additional costs and insurance charged by the marketplace, it affects product prices, which must adjust to these costs, making buyers not want to transact through the marketplace. In the absence of a system to support the sales process, buyers still have to contact the seller directly via chat. Based on the existing problems, the solution provided is to apply the e-commerce model to the Family Gold Delivery business which aims to facilitate business processes, especially product sales activities. By using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method to develop new business ideas to develop business strategies quickly and Fishbone Diagrams to analyze problems. Then the Wordpress Content Management System (CMS) as a tool for building websites so that the website can be implemented immediately and can meet all business needs. Accompanied by the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing strategies to expand marketing so as to produce an e-commerce website prototype that can support the sales process on Family Gold Delivery from sales to product marketing. The conclusion from the implementation of this e-commerce model can overcome the main problems faced by Family Gold Delivery namely, buyers will not be charged additional fees if transacting through e-commerce websites, and the sales process no longer needs to be done via chat.

Abstract

Technological developments are now very rapid, one of which is the internet. The internet is the main topic in today's society, with the internet people are able to carry out various activities such as buying and selling goods online. Nowadays buying and selling are very easy with a viral business model, namely e-commerce, so customers don't have to come to the store to make a purchase transaction. Wahib Collection store is a store engaged in the sale of clothing. Products sold are various kinds of clothing such as negligees, women's clothing, t-shirts, pants, and jackets. The Wahib Collection store was founded in 2000 and is a family-owned business that has been passed down to their children. The Wahib Collection store has a problem, namely the Wahib Collection store markets its products only by opening store stalls in the market with marketing coverage only around the store, recording at the store is still done manually so the recording is not appropriate, there has been a decline in sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic implementing social distancing and people must comply with health protocols and avoid crowds so that the market is quiet. This is the background for utilizing e-commerce as a platform for selling and buying online. The purpose of this research is to make marketing reach wider, data recording will be stored correctly on the website, and sales can be made online. The methodology used is interviews, document analysis, and literature studies with the development of the system using Rapid Application Development (RAD). so that a sales information system is formed using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The Business Model Canvas (BMC) determines the proposed business model based on the current business model. The results of this study, customers can make purchases online using the website, they don't have to come to the store and the store records are computerized.

Abstract

Customer support and satisfaction are very important in running a Coffee shop business. Thani Coffee as a place to relax and enjoy Coffee if there is work or college assignments. Thani Coffee has issues, particularly the offerings in keeping relationships with clients, consisting of useless providers for customers when placing orders, in addition to facts about drink promos that are less powerful so that occasionally Thani Coffee workers neglect to provide statistics about drinks that may be on promo to customers, and a less powerful complaint and tips submission center so that Thani Coffee is difficult to improve services. Based on the current problems, this research uses a buyer relationship control (CRM) method approach where there is 1 CRM stage, namely Enhance. The method in this observation uses direct observation, interviews and also conducts documentation. The e-CRM device created using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language and MySQL as its database. This system was created with the aim of providing service and pleasure to Thani Coffee customers, which has a variety of features for customers, drink promo features, ordering, reduction, complaints and instructions, drink reviews. The features that can be used by Thani Coffee are menu input, cut price, order data, customer data, sales report generation, user reports, criticism and review reports as well as providing facilities to change banners to assist beverage promo activities. The research conclusion is to facilitate the sale and recapitulation of Thani Coffee sales and also to compete with other Coffee Shops.

Abstract

Belig Coffee is a culinary business that sells a variety of coffee drinks and snacks. Belig Coffee wants to establish a good relationship with its customers but there are still problems that exist, namely that currently the cafe does not have an online table booking system for customers to book tables and then in recording menu order transactions, customers still use paper to view the menu and order menus. With these problems, the solution presented is to create a CRM website using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, codeigniter 3 framework, and using the MySql database. There are online table booking features, dine in reservations and online payment features that can facilitate customers in making order transactions and then with the menus displayed through the website so that customers can easily see the available menus and promos provided. With this CRM website, it is hoped that the cafe can improve good relations and improve service quality to customers.

Abstract

In the rapidly advancing digital era, the implementation of information technology has become a key element in enhancing business competitiveness, including in the vape industry. This research focuses on the development and implementation of an e-commerce website based on a Content Management System (CMS) for Vape.Bill Store, with the aim of improving operational efficiency, stock management, and consumer accessibility. The main issues faced by Vape.Bill Store include limited promotion, inefficient stock management, and difficulty in reaching customers outside its local area. The methodology used in this study involves system analysis using Fishbone Diagram and Business Model Canvas (BMC) to identify the root causes of the problems, as well as the development and design of a CMS-based system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach for functional modeling. The results of the research show that the implementation of CMS allows for easier management of products, promotions, and transactions, while also expanding market reach and increasing sales. CMS has proven to be an effective solution for small and medium-sized businesses to build e-commerce platforms that are adaptive to technological developments and business needs

Abstract

AbstrakProgram kegiatan ini menyelenggarakan sesi pelatihan tentang cara membuat blog untuk mempelajari kewirausahaan online, yaitu pelatihan pembuatan email dan pembuatan blog gratis di Blogspot.com bagi masyarakat di wilayah seputar Yayasan Kreasi Insan Nusantara di Kelurahan Sudimara Timur, Ciledug, Tangerang Banten. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar warga setempat dapat mempelajari berbagai keterampilan dan berbagai  pendidikan di luar sekolah melalui kewirausahaan, mengatasi tantangan masa depan, dan menunjukkan daya saing di era globalisasi. Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan antara lain penjelasan teori dan praktek langsung kepada warga. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah warga dapat mengetahui langkah-langkah membuat dan mengelola blog untuk berjualan (wirausaha) online . The results of this training are that residents can learn the steps to create and manage a blog for selling (entrepreneurship) online. Abstract

AbstrakQalby Laundry adalah salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang ini dan sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2018 dalam melayani pelanggannya. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, pencatatan administrasi menjadi hal yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional oleh Qalby Laundry. Hal ini menjadi kendala karena memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan pencatatan atau perhitungan transaksi di Qalby Laundry. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah mekanisme sederhana yang dapat membantu proses pencatatan administrasi oleh karyawan laundry tersebut. Solusi yang diberikan adalah pelatihan penggunaan kolaborasi Google Sheet untuk pencatatan administrasi di Qalby Laundry. Dalam kegiatan ini terdapat tahapan-tahapan, antara lain pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penjelasan teori dan praktek langsung kepada karyawan laundry. Tujuan pelatihan ini agar pencatatan administrasi transaksi dapat dilakukan lebih cepat, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan dan perhitungan, serta dapat dilakukannya kolaborasi antara karyawan dalam menjalani proses bisnis laundry ini. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah dapat dilakukannya pencatatan administrasi yang baik dari transaksi yang terjadi, serta pemilik laundry dapat lebih mudah dan lebih cepat dalam mendapatkan informasi laporan rekapitulasi sederhana yang juga tidak banyak mengeluarkan biaya dalam pemanfaatan konsep kolaborasi dengan Google Sheet ini. Kata kunci: pelatihan; laundry; spreadsheet; google sheet AbstractQalby Laundry is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the laundry service sector, established in 2018 to serve its customers. In its daily operations, administrative record-keeping at Qalby Laundry is still conducted manually. This poses challenges, as it increases the likelihood of recording or calculation errors in transaction data. Therefore, a simple mechanism is needed to support the administrative recording process carried out by the laundry staff. The proposed solution is a training program on the use of  Google Sheets collaboration for administrative record-keeping at Qalby Laundry. The activities in this program include several stages such as direct observation, interviews, and literature review. The method used combines theoretical explanation with hands-on practice provided to the laundry staff. The goal of this training is to enable faster transaction record-keeping, reduce errors in data entry and calculations, and facilitate collaboration among employees involved in the laundry business process. As a result of this training, Qalby Laundry can implement proper and accurate administrative records of transactions. Additionally, the laundry owner can access summarized reports more easily and quickly, with minimal costs involved through the use of Google Sheets' collaborative features. Keywords: training; laundry; spreadsheet; google sheet

Abstract

Menjaga hubungan baik dengan wali murid merupakan hal yang penting untuk pihak sekolah. SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru sebagai sekolah negeri yang memerlukan kontribusi wali murid dalam menunjang proses administrasi sekolah. dalam hal ini SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru mempunyai permasalahan dalam menjaga hubungan dengan wali murid, seperti belum adanya layanan informasi yang dapat diakses langsung oleh wali murid sehingga sering terjadi misscomunication dengan pihak sekolah. Selain itu belum adanya informasi perkembangan siswa dalam akademik maupun non-akademik, serta belum adanya fasilitas untuk menyampaikan kritik dan saran terhadap sekolah sehingga sekolah sulit meningkatkan pelayanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, penelitian ini menggunakan strategi pendekatan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang memuat satu tahapan CRM, yaitu Enhance dengan menerapkan framework dynamic CRM yang memuat serangkaian tahapan dalam penerapan suatu CRM. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dengan observasi langsung, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem e-CRM yang dapat meningkatkan pelayanan informasi yang dibangun dengan menggunakan pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan database MySQL sebagai databasenya. Hasil produk akhir sistem ini adalah pelayanan informasi terhadap wali murid SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru yang mencakup fitur pengumuman, surat edaran, informasi akademik, daftar nilai, pembuatan laporan nilai, laporan informasi, laporan kritik dan saran, serta kebutuhan lain yang membantu kelancaran proses bisnis dan komunikasi bagi kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

Family Gold Delivery merupakan salah satu bisnis online yang menjual berbagai merk logam mulia dan juga menjual desain bingkai untuk logam mulia yang dapat dikustom dengan kata-kata ucapan sesuai keinginan customer. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, Family Gold Delivery hanya memanfaatkan media Instagram, Whatsapp, dan Marketplace untuk  menjual produknya. Namun dikarenakan mahalnya presentase biaya tambahan dan asuransi yang dikenakan pihak marketplace sehingga mempengaruhi harga produk yang harus menyesuaikan biaya tersebut membuat pembeli tidak ingin bertransaksi melalui marketplace. Dengan belum adanya sistem untuk mendukung proses penjualan membuat pembeli masih harus menghubungi penjual secara langsung melalui chat. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka solusi yang diberikan yaitu menerapkan model e-commerce pada bisnis Family Gold Delivery yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam menjalankan proses bisnis terutama aktivitas penjualan produk. Dengan menggunakan metode Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk mengembangkan ide bisnis yang baru untuk menyusun strategi bisnis dengan cepat dan Fishbone Diagram untuk menganalisa permasalahan. Lalu Content Management System (CMS) Wordpress sebagai alat untuk membangun website agar website dapat segera terimplementasi dan dapat memenuhi segala kebutuhan bisnis. Disertai dengan penerapan Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dan strategi marketing untuk memperluas pemasaran sehingga dapat menghasilkan sebuah prototipe website e-commerce yang dapat mendukung proses penjualan pada Family Gold Delivery dari sisi penjualan hingga pemasaran produk. Adapun kesimpulan dari implementasi model e-commerce ini dapat mengatasi permasalah utama yang dihadapi Family Gold Delivery yaitu, pembeli tidak akan dikenakan biaya tambahan lagi jika bertransaksi melalui website e-commerce, dan proses penjualan tidak perlu lagi dilakukan melalui chat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sekarang sangatlah pesat, salah satunya adalah internet. Internet menjadi topik utama dikalangan masyarakat sekarang, dengan adanya internet orangorang mampu melakukan berbagai aktivitas seperti jual beli barang secara online. Jaman sekarang jual beli sangat mudah dengan adanya model bisnis yang sangat popular yakni ecommerce jadi pelanggan tidak harus datang ke toko untuk transaksi pembelian. Toko Wahib Collection merupakan toko yang bergerak dibidang penjualan pakaian. Produk yang dijual berbagai macam pakaian seperti daster, pakaian wanita, kaos,celana, jaket. Toko Wahib Collection berdiri sejak tahun 2000 usaha milik keluarga dan diturunkan pada anak-anaknya. TokoWahib Collection terdapat permasalahan yakni toko Wahib Collection memasarkan produknya hanya membuka lapak tokodi pasar saja dengan jangkauan pemasaran hanya di sekitar toko, pencatatan pada toko masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pencatatan tidak sesuai, terjadi penurunan penjualan dikarenakan pandemi Covid-19 menerapkan social distancing dan orang-orang harus menaati protokol kesehatan dan menghindari kerumunan sehingga pasar menjadi sepi. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang untuk memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai platform penjualan dan pembelian secara online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar jangkauan pemasaran semakin luas, pencatatan data akan tersimpan dengan baik pada website, dan penjualan dapat dilakukan secara online. Adapun metodologi yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, Analisis dokumen dan studi literatur dengan pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD). sehingga terbentuknya suatu sistem informasi penjualan menggunakan Content Management System (CMS) Wordpress. Business Model Canvas (BMC) digunakan untuk menentukan model bisnis yang diusulkan berdasarkanmodel bisnis yang sedang berjalan. Hasil penelitian ini pelanggan dapat melakukan pembelian secara online dengan menggunakan website tidak harus datang ke toko dan pencatatan pada toko sudah terkomputerisasi
