<![CDATA[Batik Kuantan dan Batik Nagori merupakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah yang terletak di Desa Gunung Toar Kecamatan Gunung Toar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Berdiri pada tahun 2019 dan 2017 dan memiliki sekitar 16 karyawan di UMKM Batik Kuantan dan 12 karyawan Batik Nagori, dalam memasarkan penjualan UMKM Batik Kuantan dan Batik Nagori masih memasarkan hasil produknya melalui mulut ke-mulut, jejaring sosial serta memasarkan melaluai tempat UMKM itu sendiri sehingga dalam proses transaksi penjualan dirasa kurang efektif, selain itu proses pembuatan laporan penjualan kurang optimal, batik-batik yang dibuat kurang dikenal oleh kalangan masyarakat baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini memodelkan sistem informasi penjualan batik Kuansing, memudahkan proses transaksi penjualan serta dalam pembuatan laporan penjualan, dan dapat sebagai media pemasaran penjualan batik Kuansing.]]>

<![CDATA[Infrastruktur langit yang sedang dikembangkan saat ini belum merata hingga ke daerah terpencil dan belum tersedianya internet service provider dan jaringan internet. Selain itu tingkat daya beli masyarakat dalam membeli paket internet disuatu daerah terpencil sangat sulit tersebut membuat masyarakat tidak menggunakan akses internet. Dengan adanya pembangunan jaringan internet dengan konsep RTRW.NET adalah solusi untuk memberikan layanan jaringan internet dengan biaya yang murah sehingga masyarakat tersebut lebih mudah dan cepat mengakses informasi melalui internet, masyarakat desa tersebut dapat melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam aktifitasnya. Perancangan Infrastruktur Jaringan RTRW.NET Desa Geringging Baru Dengan Central Server Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi (UNIKS) dibutuhkan perangkat jaringan koneksi nirkabel, UNIKS sebagai penyedia layanan internet didesa Geringging Baru yang nantinya dipusatkan di balai desa. Dalam perancangan meliputi perangkat yang digunakan dalam membangun jaringan RTRW.NET mulai dari hardware, software dan instalasi alat serta perancangan topology yang akan digunakan dalam perancangan.]]>

Almost certainly this time, colleges that do not have a touch of information technology slowly but surely will be abandoned by prospective students. In this research methods in research reports that is data collection and direct observation on the processing of student registration information system as well as interviews with the administration that is still manual in processing student data. Therefore created a new information system using Visual Basic Program, This aims to address the problem of processing student registration information system at High School especially in the administration section, to obtain an advantage in providing information quickly and precisely in processing student data.]]>

Dosen merupakan tenaga pengajar yang diangkat oleh pemerintah maupun oleh yayasan di mana dosen itu mengabdi. <![CDATA[Kuantan Singingi Islamic University Is a combination of three high schools in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province, has 4 Faculties with 13 Study Programs and 97 permanent lecturers and 3 non-permanent lecturers, whose main tasks are: transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology. , and arts through education, research, and community service. Application of the Forward Chaining Method in which the inferencing engine uses user-defined information to move to AND and OR logic until an object is determined. All rules must be met so that one object will be achieved. This method is used for the process of evaluating the performance of lecturers in learning at the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University. This system will later be created using the web-based programming languages PHP and MySQL and converted into android which will be used by students in assessing lecturers who have carried out learning each semester. This system also makes it easier for LPMP to make decisions about the learning process that has been carried out by the lecturers.]]>

<![CDATA[Kuantan Singingi Islamic University is a private university located in Riau Province with a population of 345,850 people. Kuantan Singingi Islamic University has 12 Study Programs with 1700 active students, from 2013-2021 the number of new students at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University there was an increase and decrease in new students, a significant decrease in the number of new students occurred in 2019 and 2020, The decrease in the number of new students makes several study programs have a ratio of lecturers to students that is not comparable and can harm the institution, by clustering new students in choosing the desired study program. the goal is as a material consideration for leaders to determine strategies in increasing the number of students in the future. The K-Means algorithm is one of the algorithms in data mining that can be used to cluster data, by grouping the data, it can be seen that the number of students in each study program increases or decreases, from these results can be used as evaluation material by the leadership for an increase in new students in each study program so that study programs that have a disproportionate ratio of lecturers to students are in line with what is expected, the ideal ratio of lecturers and students according to the 2012 higher education law is 1:20 for exact sciences and 1 :30 for Social Science.]]>

<![CDATA[Kuantan Singingi Islamic University in determining Lecturer candidates as work unit head office holders is carried out by means of Lecturers submitting proposals as self-submission candidates as work unit head candidates. So that from the proposals for submitting these candidates, it is considered by the leadership of the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University for each candidate, which candidate is suitable for the position by carrying out various considerations so that later it will produce which of the candidates will occupy the position of head of the unit. So in this way it will require quite a long process and also in determining the criteria for each candidate is done manually so that the reports generated are not very accurate. With the application of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the weight, criteria and ranking values of each Lecturer who are candidates for Head of Work Units are obtained. So that by calculating the Decision Support System to Determine Lecturer Candidates for the Head of Work Unit Positions at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi By Applying the Simple Additve Weighting (SAW) Method, it can help users determine Lecturer candidates for the position of head of work units at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University.]]>

<![CDATA[The magic values is closely related to the level of society understanding with their religion. The aim of this research to find out the magic values in pacu jalur tradition and to find out the perception of society toward magic values of pacu jalur tradition. This research used qualitative method. The result concluded that many processes of making the jalur, there are the magic values in it. In every process, the magic values includes the tool, the mantra, the ritual, and the shaman. The perception of society towards magic values is various. It can be showed that there are some of society is believe towards magic values of pacu jalur, due to the mantra from dukun jalur or the shaman still mention the name of Allah and its not contrary with Islamic teachings, but they didn’t agree that magic as determiner of the race. Some society believe and agree that magic is important in pacu jalur tradition. But some of society is not believe towards magic values because its contrary with Islamic teaching and it includes polytheism. It can be shown by the shaman when he said the mantra in processing pacu jalur makings. The shaman ask mambang (kind of the spirit) in helping pacu jalur makings until finish and participate in event of pacu jalur. The deeds is opposite with Islamic teaching, and it will be syirik because believe another beside believe in Allah. Another perception of society towards magic values is neutral, because they have sense of indifference.]]>
