Data collection in this research used secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical method used in this research uses the Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), and Shift Share methods. From the LQ calculation, the agricultural sector is the base sector with an LQ value of 2.48. From the DLQ analysis, the agricultural sector experienced a change in performance to become a non-base sector or cannot be expected to become a basis in the future with a DLQ value of 0.261. The factor that causes changes in the performance of the non-agricultural sector is the economic structure factor with an SSS value greater than the LSS value.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a curriculum that emphasizes that every student must learn according to their talents. Teachers must organize their lessons to accommodate learning according to the diversity of student skills. Many children still have difficulty understanding and mastering fraction material when learning mathematics. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine whether the TaRL method in mathematics learning in class 2-A SDN Dukuh Kupang III, Surabaya City, can improve student learning outcomes. A total of 28 students in the class were the subjects of the study. The instruments used were tests and observations, using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the pre-cycle evaluation showed an average score of 51 with 7 students, or 25% of the total, having completed the lesson. The average score in cycle I was 70 and 19 students, or 68% of the total, had completed the lesson. In cycle II, the average normal score was 82.5 and 24 students, or 86% of the total, had completed the lesson. Based on the fulfillment of learning outcomes of more than 85% with a score of at least 70% according to the success indicators. Therefore, learning mathematics with the Teaching at the Right Level approach can be the right solution and an effective approach to improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

The imbalance in workload highlights that women farmers bear dual responsibilities, which limits the time they can allocate to rice farming activities, thereby affecting farm productivity. This study aims to analyze and describe the allocation of working hours between female and male farmers, the contribution of female farmers to productive and domestic activities, and the factors influencing women's labor time allocation in rice farming. The data were analyzed using descriptive methods and multiple linear regression based on the Cobb-Douglas model. The results show that the labor time contribution of women in rice farming amounts to 14 person-days per season, which is lower than that of men, who contribute 17.3 person-days per season. The proportion of women's labor time dedicated to productive activities is 16.1%, while 83.9% is allocated to domestic tasks. The variables that significantly and positively influence women's labor time in rice farming include household size, women’s wage rates, and land area. Age also significantly affects labor time allocation but has a negative relationship, indicating that older women tend to contribute fewer working hours.
