Abstract

Tobacco production in East Java Province experienced various problems that caused the export performance of East Java Province tobacco to fluctuate in the international market. This study aims to analyze the comparative and competitive competitiveness of East Java Province tobacco exports in the international market from 2007 to 2021. The analytical method used in this study is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) to analyze comparative competitiveness and the Trade Specialization Index (TSI) or Trade Specialty Index (ISP) to analyze competitive advantage. Based on the results of the RCA analysis, it shows that East Java Province's tobacco exports in the international market have strong comparative competitiveness because the RCA value is greater than 1, with an average value of 16.31. ISP analysis results are less than 0 to 1 or negative, with an average value of -0.26. The ISP value of East Java tobacco exports indicates that East Java Province tends to be an importer rather than an exporter and is in the import substitution stage. The need for large consumption should be met by domestic production to reduce tobacco imports due to the high comparative competitiveness of East Java tobacco in the international market.

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the main commodities of the plantation sector which is superior in Indonesia. Palm oil which is processed into Crude Palm Oil has an important role as the largest contributor to foreign exchange in the national economy, namely as a mainstay commodity for non-oil and gas exports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian CPO in the main destination countries and to analyze Indonesia's ability to seize the CPO export market. The method used in this study is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and AR (Acceleration Ratio), using time series data from 1992 to 2021. The results of the study show that Indonesian CPO is highly competitive in India, the Netherlands, China. Indonesia's Crude Palm Oil has a large share of the export market and has a strong position in seizing the export market as indicated by the average value of 1.00

Abstract

This study aims to determine the rental service system, analyze the impact of PT. Adi Sarana Armada TBK's quality of logistics services on PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK's loyalty, as well as the impact of PT. Adi Sarana Armada TBK on PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK's satisfaction and loyalty. Descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis are the data analysis techniques employed in this study. According to the study's insights, pre-rental and post-rental services are just the beginning of the logistics rental service system of PT. Adi Sarana Armada TBK conducted at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK. Additionally, according to the outcomes of statistical computations, the path coefficient value for the relationship between the Service Quality variabel (X) and Customer Loyalty (Y) is 0.387. With a path coefficient of 0.328, Service Quality (X) has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty (Y2) via Customer Satisfaction (Y1).INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sistem pelayanan sewa, menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan logistik PT. Adi Sarana Armada TBK terhadap loyalitas PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK, serta menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan logistik PT. Adi Sarana Armada TBK terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwasanya sistem pelayanan sewa logistik PT. Adi Sarana Armada TBK yang dilakukan pada PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK memiliki faktor penting dalam pelayanan sewa yang dilakukan mulai dari pra sewa dan pasca sewa. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan stastistik, variabel Kualitas Layanan (X) memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) dengan nilai koefisien jalur ialah sebesar 0,387. Sementara itu, Kualitas Layanan (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y2) melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y1) dengan koefisien jalur ialah sebesar 0,328.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the pattern of partnership between the dairy farming community and KPSP Setia Kawan and the level of income of the dairy farming community with the partnership, as well as describe the strategy for developing the dairy farming community with KPSP Setia Kawan. Methods of data analysis in the form of descriptive analysis, income analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the partnership pattern that exists between dairy farmers and KPSP Setia Kawan is an Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA) pattern approach. The average total revenue is IDR 14,256,800/month. The total cost incurred is Rp. 10,771,442,-. So that the total income earned by KPSP Setia Kawan breeders is Rp. 3,485,358,-/month. Alternative strategies that can be used are: Developing cow's milk derivative products, and Diversifying businesses by adding new business partners who can open a variety of businesses at KPSP Setia Kawan.INTISARI Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pola kemitraan masyarakat peternak sapi perah dengan KPSP Setia Kawan dan tingkat pendapatan masyarakat peternak sapi perah dengan adanya kemitraan, serta mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan masyarakat peternak sapi perah dengan KPSP Setia Kawan. Metode analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif, analisis pendapatan dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan yang terjalin diantara peternak sapi perah dengan KPSP Setia Kawan adalah pendekatan pola Kerjasama Operasional Agribisnis (KOA), Mekanisme pola kemitraan yang terjalin secara alami dengan sistem kepercayaan tanpa harus ada aturan atau surat perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan. Total rata-rata penerimaan Rp 14.256.800,-/bulan. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 10.771.442,-. Sehingga total pendapatan yang diperoleh anggota peternak KPSP Setia Kawan sebesar Rp. 3.485.358,-/bulan. Alternatif strategi yang dapat digunakan yaitu : Mengembangkan produk turunan susu sapi, dan Menganekaragamkan usaha dengan menambah mitra usaha baru yang dapat membuka ragam usaha di KPSP Setia Kawan.

Abstract

The development of white oyster mushroom cultivation in Indonesia is quite prospective. This is supported by the high level of public consumption of horticultural products. However, farmers still experience several obstacles, namely the lack of capital, narrow land, limited human resources, and unsupportive technology. This study aims to analyze farm income, analyze internal factors and external factors, and formulate appropriate alternative strategies. Research data analysis method using income analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of research on income analysis are profitable with an average income of IDR 25,571,801.36 one time season for 4 month. The results of the SWOT analysis shows that the strategy lies in quadrant I, namely supporting an aggressive growth strategy (SO Strategy), This strategy is that good quality production results will produce other products that have high selling values, strategic locations and affordable selling prices will attract customers, and skilled workers will be younger in using technology and information to develop businesses. Keywords: Oyster mushroom farming, strategy, income analysis, SWOT INTISARIPengembangan budidaya jamur tiram putih di Indonesia cukup prospektif. Hal ini didukung oleh tingginya tingkat konsumsi masyarakat terhadap produk hortikultura. Tetapi petani masih mengalami beberapa kendala, yaitu minimnya modal, lahan yang sempit, terbatasnya sumber daya manusia, dan teknologi yang kurang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pendapatan usaha tani, menganalisis faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, dan merumuskan strategi alternatif yang tepat. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis pendapatan, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian pada analisis pendapatan adalah menguntungkan dengan rata-rata pendapatan sebesar        Rp  25.571.801,36 per musim selama 4 bulan. Hasil penelitian pada analisis SWOT menunjukan bahwa strategi terletak pada kuadran I yaitu mendukung strategi pertumbuhan agresif (Strategi SO), hasil produksi yang berkualitas baik menghasilkan produk lain yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi, lokasi yang strategis dan harga jual yang terjangkau akan menarik pelanggan, dan tenaga kerja yang terampil akan lebih muda dalam menggunakan teknologi dan informasi untuk mengembangkan usaha.Kata Kunci: Usaha tani jamur tiram, Strategi, Analisis pendapatan, SWOT

Abstract

Households are the smallest unit of community life. Sidoarjo Regency has a unique group of goat farmers called Kampung Kambing, which is located in Darmasi Village, Buduran Subdistrict. The sampling method used Saturated Sampling which amounted to 32 farmers. The research objectives were first, to describe the characteristics of goat farmer households. Second, to analyze the income and expenditure patterns of goat farmer households. Data analysis methods of the first and second objectives using descriptive statistics. The results of this study are the characteristics of farmer households including productive age and household expenditure of goat farmers dominated by non-food consumption expenditure of 51.48% while food consumption amounted to 48.52%. The largest household income is non-livestock farming income of 47.9% and livestock farming income of 28.92%.   Keyword: household, income, consumption INTISARIRumah tangga adalah unit terkecil dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki kelompok peternak kambing yang terbilang unik yaitu Kampung Kambing, yang berlokasi di Desa Darmasi, Kecamatan Buduran. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan Sampling Jenuh yaitu sejumlah 32 peternak. Tujuan penelitian adalah Pertama, Mendeskripsikan karakteristik rumah tangga peternak kambing. Kedua, Menganalisis pola pendapatan dan pengeluaran rumah tangga peternak kambing. Metode analisis data tujuan pertama dan kedua menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah karakteristik rumah tangga peternak termasuk usia produktif dan pengeluaran rumah tangga peternak kambing didominasi oleh pengeluaran konsumsi non pangan sebesar 51,48% sedangkan konsumsi pangan sebesar 48,52%. Pendapatan rumah tangga yang terbesar adalah pendapatan usahatani non ternak sebesar 47,9% dan pendapatan usahatani ternak sebesar 28,92%. Kata Kunci: rumah tangga, pendapatan, konsumsi

Abstract

Sukoharjo Regency is one of the districts in Central Java Province that has the highest rice UD. Pure Coffee HS Benowo Surabaya anticipates the sustainability of the business wheel so that it does not suffer losses or business inefficiencies to keep going by conducting a feasibility analysis of the coffee business at UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya in order to maintain the business that has been running. Quantitative research methods with income analysis methods and business feasibility analysis. The results showed that the coffee business at UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya was feasible to run and develop with high income based on the Rp income calcul. 366,702,400, - with B/C and R/C values obtained 2.93 and 3.93. Key-words: Business feasibility, Coffee, IncomeINTISARIUD. Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya mengantisipasi dalam keberlangsungan roda usaha agar tidak mengalami kerugian atau tidak efisien usaha untuk terus dijalankan dengan melakukan analisis kelayakan usaha kopi di UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya guna mempertahankan usaha yang sudah dijalankan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis pendapatan dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha kopi UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan dengan prolehan pendapatan yang tinggi berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan pendapatan sebesar Rp 366.702.400,- dengan nilai B/C dan R/C  yang diperoleh 2,93 dan 3,93.  Kata kunci: Efisiensi, OPIP, Usaha tani

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer preferences for Mafia Gedang's attributes in Mafia Gedang and to find out consumer considerations when buying Mafia Gedang. Data analysis methods include Importance and Performance (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that consumers' preferences for the attributes of processed chocolate bananas were the affordable price of processed bananas, the flavors provided varied with the addition of various toppings, attractive packaging according to product size, the service provided by employees was friendly and polite, and the presentation products that are quickly served and keep warm. Consumer satisfaction with processed banana products at Mafia Gedang is 69.07% which is categorized as high or said to be satisfied. The consumer's CSI value for the Gedang Mafia attributes is included in the satisfied category, meaning that the consumer is satisfied with the performance of the Gedang Mafia attributes. Key-words: Banana, Performance, Preference                INTISARI                  Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut-atribut Mafia Gedang di Mafia Gedang dan mengetahui pertimbangan konsumen saat membeli Mafia Gedang. Metode analisis data berupa Importance and Performance (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut-atribut olahan pisang cokelat adalah harga olahan pisang yang terjangkau, rasa yang diberikan bervariasi dengan tambahan topping yang beraneka ragam, kemasan yang menarik sesuai dengan ukuran produk, pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pegawai memiliki keramahan dan kesopanan, serta penyajian produk yang cepat disajikan dan tahan hangat. Kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk olahan pisang di Mafia Gedang sebesar 69,07% yang dikategorikan tinggi atau dikatakan puas. Nilai CSI konsumen terhada atribut Mafia Gedang termasuk kedalam kategori puas, artinya konsumen sudah merasa puas dengan kinerja atribut-atribut Mafia Gedang. Kata kunci: Kinerja, Pisang, Preferensi

Abstract

There are two types of cooking oil circulating in the community, namely bulk and packaged cooking oil. PT Jawa Agri Sukses Makmur is a branded cooking oil packaging company with the trademarks Sayana, Master Chef and Minyakita. The strategy to be able to compete with other similar companies is to provide a good image through packaging. The aim of this research was to analyze the feasibility of a cooking oil packaging business. The method used is R/C ratio analysis. The research results show that the business is feasible to run as a business seen from the ratio value of 1.05 which indicates the business is feasible and profitable. The company received revenue of IDR 16,508,585,000 and revenue of IDR 1,602,241,754 in one period (one month).

Abstract

The research titled "The Role of Community Watch in Resolving Social Conflicts Through Collaborative Governance" aims to understand the manifestation of collaborative governance to examine the correlation relationship between the Village Head, Jagabaya, Babinkamtibmas, Babinsa, Omah Jaga Warga Management, Jaga Warga Management, and the community in synergizing to resolve issues and provide social assistance in the Lumbungrejo Village area. This study employs a qualitative research type with a descriptive method. The research location is in Lumbungrejo Village, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study is seven people. In the process of social assistance through Jaga Warga, various parties are involved to help resolve issues. The manifestation of collaborative governance in social assistance through Jaga Warga in the Lumbungrejo area, based on data findings, fulfills all aspects, including active participation, transparency, coordination, trust, benefit-sharing, policies and procedures, as well as technology and information. This study concludes that when experiencing a conflict and needing assistance, the community usually reports it to a Jaga Warga member, who then follows up by the Jaga Warga management. As a facilitator, Jaga Warga will bring together the conflicting parties for deliberation and seek a fair agreement. The solutions provided by Jaga Warga are, of course, the best solutions. However, it is unfortunate that there is no written SOP regarding the implementation of Jaga Warga. Therefore, it is advisable that Jaga Warga in Lumbungrejo has an SOP or standard operating procedure that is socialized to the community and written down so that the community knows what to do first when facing problems they cannot solve on their own.
