Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To be able to find out how the condition of the kahung tourism object during the pandemic and new normal era., (2) To be able to formulate the right development strategy to be carried out by the manager of the kahung tourism object in the new normal era.This study uses a descriptive method and also a swot analysis using as many as 6 respondents can be considered to have an influence and play an important role in kahung tourism objects.The results of the study show the condition of the kahung tourism object during the new normal era pandemic, the resulting development strategies are (1) increasing internet network access to make it easier for tourists to use social media directly to introduce interesting kahung tourism objects. (2) Improving the performance of electricity to make it easier for tourists to use electricityand can unite and appeal to tourists directly through digital media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of digital technology in supporting businesses run by traders and analyze strategies that can be developed to increase the competitiveness of Wholesale Market traders in Banjarmasin City. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a survey approach ie do field research ( field research ) on wholesale market traders in the city of Banjarmasin. Informants selected in this study were the Head of the Department of Trade and Industry of the City of Banjarmasin, traders and business people at the Banjarmasin Wholesale Market. Research results explain part Most traders in the Sudimampir market have implemented digital business. Apart from that there is Online business can attract more consumers not only within the city but also outside the region as well promote online with flexible time and profitable for traders. Furthermore The use of social media as a means of promotion by merchants cannot be separated from the marketing strategy, namely advertising, marketing through e-commerce, and promotions price . Abstract

Background: World Health Organization (2020) states that the number of smokers aged 15 years and over in the world is 991 million people. The highest number of smokers in ASEAN is in Indonesia (46.16%). Riskesdas South Kalimantan (2018) states that the prevalence of smokers in South Kalimantan is 24.42%. The highest prevalence of smoking in South Kalimantan Province in 2018 with a frequency of every day was in Kotabaru Regency at 27.37%, Hulu Sungai Tengah at 22.03%, and Banjar Regency at 20.88%. Aims: Explain and analyze the effect of pictorial health warnings on cigarette packaging on fear and intensity of smoking cessation in Kotabaru, Hulu Sungai Tengah, and Banjar districts. Method: The study used a cross-sectional design. Accidental sampling was used with a sample of 164 Kotabaru districts, 112 Hulu Sungai Tengah samples, and 224 Banjar samples. The research instrument was a modified questionnaire from WHO STEPwise and previous research which were then tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate analysis using linear regression analysis. Results: There was a relationship between pictorial health warnings on cigarette packaging with fear (p-value = 0.0001, r = 0.731) and smoking cessation intensity (p-value = 0.0001, r = 0.771). There is a positive influence between pictorial health warnings on cigarette packaging on fear by 53.4% and smoking cessation intensity by 59.4%. Conclusion: There is an influence between pictorial health warnings on cigarette packaging on fear and smoking cessation intensity in Kotabaru, Hulu Sungai Tengah, and Banjar districts.

Abstract

This study expects to investigate the effect of ZIS reserves and expansion on monetary development in South Kalimantan from 2011 to 2020. The strategies utilized in this examination incorporate quantitative techniques, and the method used differs from direct relapse. The information used in this study is optional information taken by the dissemination of ZIS assets as indicated by BAZNAZ of South Kalimantan Province (Badan Amil Zakat of South Kalimantan Province) and expansion rates taken by BPS Kalsel (Central Bureau of Statistics) in South Kalimantan 2011-2020 which incorporates information South Kalimantan's yearly expansion. The outcomes as per the review got a result which showed that the ZIS reserve circulation variable (X1) altogether affected financial development in South Kalimantan, and the expansion variable (X2) showed that it affected monetary development in South Kalimantan Province and the variable dissemination of assets. ZIS and expansion simultaneously fundamentally affected economic growth in South Kalimantan from 2011 to 2020.

Abstract

The Mini Sharia Bank Laboratory is a facility designed to provide students with practical experience in the field of sharia banking. The mini bank laboratory focuses on developing banking operational practicum activities within the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya and UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The use of mini sharia banking laboratories by the two universities is intended to support lecture activities. The success of the Bank Mini Syariah laboratory cannot be separated from a well-running operational management system. This research aims to set up a management laboratory for Bank Mini Syariah UIN Antasari Banjarmasin to improve quality with a comparative study of Bank Mini Syariah UIN Sunan Ampel. This research uses a field approach with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentary studies. The data analysis technique used is to explain patterns or categories, looking for relationships between various concepts. The results of the research found that there are several factors that influence the operational management of the mini sharia bank laboratory at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin and UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, namely internal factors, human resources, infrastructure, facilities and managerial, while external factors are security and comfort and cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of tourists and the tendency of spending on Gendambaan Kotabaru beach tourists. This research is quantitative by using primary data obtained through direct interviews with tourists visiting Gedambaan Kotabaru Beach. This study used purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the characteristics of tourists visiting Gedambaan Beach mostly come from outside Kotabaru. The average expenditure of tourists from outside the region is much more than tourists from the Kotabaru area. Kotabaru's local tourist expenditure amounted to 155,023 with a proportion of 17225. Meanwhile, tourist expenditure outside Kotabaru amounted to 287,950 with a proportion of 14398.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of house prices, per capita income, and interest rates simultaneously and partially that affect the demand for subsidized housing in Banjarbaru City. This research uses multiple linear regression research methods with quantitative secondary data with a time series of 2010-2022. The results stated that simultaneously, all independent variables had a significant effect on the demand for subsidized houses in Banjarbaru City. Partially, price has a positive and significant effect, while interest rates have a negative and significant effect on the demand for subsidized houses in Banjarbaru city. While per capita income is negative and has no significant effect on the demand for subsidized housing in Banjarbaru city.

Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the Sasirangan MSMEs Business development strategy in Banjarmasin City by utilizing digital platforms during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in the form of responses from sources and participants through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is the SWOT analysis technique. The result of this Study indicates that the condition of the survival of the Sasirangan MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic caused a drastic decrease in sales levels. However, market growth slowly began to increase from early 2020 to 2021. Next, the use of digital platforms by Sasirangan SMEs in Banjarmasin City is still not optimal, so a re-analysis is needed to apply digital-based sales. Based on calculations through the IFAS and IFAS matrices, it shows that the Sasirangan MSMEs are in quadrant I, so an SO strategy can be applied that can take advantage of the strength of the business to get the available opportunities by adding product variations with adjustment to consumer tastes and expanding the marketing network by digital-based media.
