Abstract

The Galeri LAM Riau is an effort by the Riau Malay creative and cultural economic center to showcase products typical of the Riau region which include culinary, souvenirs, clothing and handicrafts typical of Riau. The Galeri LAM Riau is fostered by PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan to advance regional MSMEs products and find out what traditions exist in Riau. Seeing the business processes carried out by the Galeri LAM Riau, there are still many buying and selling activities carried out that have not utilized technological developments and the concept of e-commerce. The process of buying and selling transactions in e-commerce is quite important because in the current era of globalization it greatly facilitates many jobs and helps many parties. The flutter e-commerce application of the Galeri LAM Riau can be a solution for producing product output that can help process buying and selling transactions at the Galeri LAM Riau by designing the waterfall method. This waterfall method has a fairly clear work flow, measurable work time and clear documentation. With these advantages, the costs incurred are well detailed and save expenses. The application will also carry out the black box testing to valid stage to ensure smooth transactions before the application is used. The results of this study are 3 types of applications that can be used properly based on their respective authorities according to the features needed. This research is expected the app help facilitate transactions, services, reports and available information at the Galeri LAM Riau.

Abstract

Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) carried out Transformations and Reformations to Indonesian Football with one of them Indonesia was chosen as the Host of the U-20 World Cup in 2023. The transformations and reformations carried out cause people to often provide opinions through social media Twitter. Opinions given by the public can be positive or negative. The research uses Text Mining to classify sentiment in 2 categories with the Bernoulli Naïve Bayes algorithm. This research aims to classify positive and negative sentiments and determine the level of accuracy value of the sentiment classification results of Indonesian Football Transformation and Reformation. The research stages carried out are data collection, text preprocessing, data labeling, TF-IDF weighting, Bernoulli Naïve Bayes classification, and evaluation. Based on the research results from 4907 data there is duplicate data and only uses 2125 data which is divided into 90% training data and 10% testing data, so as to get accuracy with a high category value of 88%. The classification results show that many tweets are positive sentiments.

Abstract

The Kanjuruhan Malang incident occurred on October 1 and resulted in 132 deaths, 96 serious injuries and 484 minor injuries. The cause of the riot occurred due to provocation between Arema Malang supporters and Persebaya Surabaya supporters who mentioned harsh words and other provocative actions that caused anger on both sides. Sentiment analysis of the Kanjuruhan tragedy using the Naive Bayes method was conducted through tweets taken through Twitter to understand the public's perception of the incident. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is performed for the sentiment classification of tweet data which is applied by processing the tweet text and classifying it into positive, negative, and neutral. In this study using data as much as 4843 data and carried out with tweet data that has been crawled resulting in 2,042 data. This research aims to classify sentiment and determine the level of accuracy in the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm in the Kanjuruhan tragedy using a dataset in the form of tweets from twitter social media. The processed tweet data is divided into two types, namely 90% training data and 10% test data.  The results of this classification get a Naïve Bayes accuracy of 75% with a precission of 73%, recall of 75%, and f1-score value of 74%. The results of the tweet data used in this study can be concluded that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a fairly good accuracy value.

Abstract

The quality of an academic institution is influenced by its website. E-learning, as a type of website used for learning, offers flexible learning opportunities. In order to enhance the effectiveness of e-learning services, it is necessary to evaluate and identify areas for improvement. This research aims to evaluate the quality of learning using the webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine gaps and prioritize areas for future improvement. The variables examined in this study include usefulness, information quality, and service interaction quality. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, and data suitability was analysed using the webqual and IPA methods. The research data, consisting of numerical values, was collected through interviews and questionnaires administered to faculty members and students via google form. The evaluation scores for usefulness, information quality, and service interaction quality were found to be 72,9%, 75%, and 74,35%, respectively, indicating good quality. The gap analysis revealed a value of -0,07, suggesting that the e-learning website does not fully meet user expectations. The IPA results showed that quadrants III and IV require improvement due to their low performance, as this can affect the level of importance attributed by users to those attributes.

Abstract

One of the many media utilized on the internet is websites. Inadequate website performance, an abundance of irrelevant material, an unappealing website design, confusing navigation menus, and several other issues that influence website quality are issues that are frequently observed on websites. A non-profit organization called Rumah Tahfizh Donation operates a website with the domain donasirumahtahfizh.com that serves as a source of information for both website visitors and donors. The lack of website visitors is a problem Rumah Tahfizh Donation has to face. The more people who visit the website are needed so that more and more people know about the Rumah Tahfizh Donation, the more people want to donate through the Rumah Tahfizh Donation. You can use the PIECES Framework as a guide when creating the website in order to raise its quality. The PIECES Framework is a framework that has categories for dividing up issues and coming up with solutions. According to order, the classification is broken down into six groups: performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service. Further testing using the GTMetrix tool is required because the PIECES test has a flaw, notably the inability to acquire a load time score. Additionally, GTMetrix offers a grade that includes a score. The grade and score you receive go up the quicker the website loads

Abstract

In April 2020, Shopee launched a delivery service known as ShopeeFood. This service has grown into a large service platform that is in demand by various age groups. Regarding the ShopeeFood phenomenon, the public provides feedback in the form of ratings and opinions on various social media, one of which is Twitter media. The steps taken to understand the perceptions or sentiments of the ShopeeFood community, data are collected through social media and analyzed using the Naive Bayes Classifier method with the Chi feature. Rectangle. Tweet data is retrieved via the Twitter API using key terms related to ShopeeFood. The dataset contains 1050 data divided into three sentiment classes: positive, negative and neutral. The test results use Chi Square on the Naive Bayes Classifier method with a test ratio of 90:10% and produces an accuracy value of 65.71%, a precision value of 95,00 %, and the recall value is 90,00% and the test results use TF-IDF with a test ratio of 90:10% and produce an accuracy value of 79.05%, a precision value of 95,00%, and a 90,00% recall value. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the TF-IDF feature gets higher accuracy than the Chi Square feature in the Naive Bayes Classifier method and is successful in classifying tweets with positive, negative, and neutral sentiments.

Abstract

Fotografi sebagai bagian dari industri kreatif Indonesia merupakan sebuah industri yang mendorong penggunaan kreativitas individu. Fotografi juga berkembang seiring dengan bertambahnya manfaat fotografi di dalam kehidupan manusia. Pada dasarnya, fotografi dapat berhubungan dengan semua aspek industri karena kebutuhan foto dapat dijadikan sebagai dokumen penting. Perkembangan digital membuat pencarian barang dan jasa secara online sering ditemukan. Namun, pencarian jasa fotografer masih kurang maksimal karena belum adanya aplikasi khusus yang digunakan oleh fotografer dan pencari jasa fotografer. Pencarian fotografer yang dilakukan saat ini menggunakan metode konvensional, yaitu dengan mencari fotografer melalui rekomendasi teman ataupun keluarga serta melalui sosial media yang tidak diperuntukkan khusus pencarian jasa fotografer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang desain prototipe aplikasi pencarian jasa fotografer berdasarkan aspek user interface (UI) dan user experience (UX). Penelitian menggunakan metode Lean UX yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu, Declare Assumptions, Create an Minimum Viable Product, Run an Experiment dan Feedback and Research yang menghasilkan asumsi permasalahan, rancangan prototipe, eksperimen internal dan pengujian usability. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah prototipe yang dibangun menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Prototipe telah diuji kepada 25 responden menggunakan pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) yang menghasilkan nilai 82.

Abstract

To facilitate the assessment and application of Curriculum 2013 (K13) for schools, students and teachers need an application system that can be accessed via the web and mobile. This study builds applications with K13 standards in education units. This application can be accessed through web and mobile applications with centralized data based on the Application Programming Interface (API). This application was built with the interaction between teachers, students, parents with the method of system design, implementation and testing. The application is equipped with Telegram API-based notifications to inform parents and students of grades. This application runs well on web and mobile-based with a response of 84.7% of users stating that they strongly agree with the application's features.

Abstract

UIN Suska Riau campus led to an escalation amount of data and information that must be maintained, such as academic information. UIN Suska Riau is responsible for managing and providing academic information to students and other academic communities. We can ask the Customer Care Center (C3) in Academic System or come directly to the PTIPD UIN Suska Riau office for academic questions. There still has limitations to serving existing questions submitted through C3 because officers can only serve during working hours both online and offline. Chatbots can be used to support the work of C3 officers in serving the questions asked. This system is built based on Named Entity Recognition (NER) using Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML). We perform NER analysis using HMM. This study uses the contents of the academic manual as a base knowledge with 150 categories of questions and 30 answers that produce an accuracy of 55%.

Abstract

Pencemaran udara adalah salah satu permasalahan yang selalu mengganggu kesehatan lingkungan, seperti kabut asap yang belakangan ini terjadi setiap tahunnya di wilayah Kota Pekanbaru yang mengganggu kesehatan manusia bahkan sampai menelan korban jiwa. Untuk itu diterapkan ilmu dari data mining dengan metode K-means clustering yang dapat mengelompokkan polutan pencemar udara. Pengelompokan cluster dilakukan dengan beberapa kali pengujian dengan jumlah cluster berbeda dan juga dengan pengolahan data yang berbeda sebagai perbandingan untuk mencari hasil yang optimal. Setelah kelompok polutan dari 5 cluster di urutkan berdasarkan kadar polutan yang terkandung dapat disimpulkan bahwa polutan mengalami kenaikan antara bulan Juni dan Juli kemudian turun kembali pada bulan Oktober dan November sehingga diharapkan masyarakat lebih waspada pada rentang bulan-bulan tersebut untuk mencegah efek negatif dari polutan udara seperti ispa dan gangguan pernapasan lainnya bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian.Kata kunci – Clustering, Data mining, K-means, Polutan udara
