Abstract

Digital news has become an important breakthrough in current information development, replacing printed newspapers which are increasingly less popular in Indonesia. However, the majority of digital news readers, especially on Kompas.id, are elderly, who may face difficulties in using modern technology. This raises the question of whether sophisticated digital news products are enough to address issues of accessibility and convenience for seniors. This research aims to present innovative solutions by utilizing technology Voice User Interface (VUI) to help elderly and young digital news users. MethodHuman-Centered Design (HCD) was used in this study. Result ofUsability Testing (UT) on the prototype shows that users gave a positive assessment with a total score of 91.3, a high level of satisfaction. This became the basis for continuing development of this prototype.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak website yang disajikan dalam bentuk mobile , yang menyediakan berbagai informasi kepada pengguna, termasuk diantaranya website berita mobile . Namun, bagi pengguna yang mengalami rabun dekat kesulitan merasa dalam membaca. Peneliti sudah melakukan wawancara terhadap 3 orang yang mengalami rabun dekat dengan rentang usia 30-60 tahun dengan jarak 25-30 cm, dari hasil wawancara menyatakan bahwa orang yang mengalami rabun dekat kesulitan dalam membaca karena font nya, ukurannya, tidak sesuai sehingga tidak terbaca dengan jelas dan informasi tidak di dapat oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode UCD ( User Centered Design), yang mana metode UCD dapat menempatkan pengguna sebagai pusat pengembangan desain . Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui seperti apa karakter dan kebutuhan dari pengguna. Untuk mengetahaui tingkat usability design yang sudah dibuat, dilakukan pengujian dengan penyebaran kueisioner dalam bentuk google form dengan hasil pengujian yang pertama sebesar 79,81 masuk ke dalam kriteria (B) Baik. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian kedua mendapatkan hasil 85,27 dengan iterasi sebanyak dua kali setelah melalui proses UCD. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, desain website berita mobile bagi penyandang rabun dekat termasuk ke dalam kriteria (SB) Sangat Baik

Abstract

The divine commandments contained in the Muslim holy book, the Qur'an, are not only instructions and guidance, but also contain wisdom and deep meaning for mankind. This study aims to develop the Qur'an Question-Answer (QA) feature in the Flutter-based mobile Qur'an application as an innovative solution to facilitate understanding of the teachings of the Qur'an. By combining the advantages of Flutter technology in the construction of responsive user interfaces, this application is designed to provide natural language questions in understanding the contents of the Qur'an as well as facilitating the dissemination of religious messages in sharing the verses of the Qur'an. Application development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, as well as application testing using the Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) methods and the results obtained that the application is feasible to use.

Abstract

In today's digital world, information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the study and exploration of Hadiths. This research aims to develop a Hadith question answering system that enables users to obtain quick and accurate answers to Hadith-related questions. By utilizing LangChain and Gemini-pro models, and implementing the merger retriever method, this system provides an innovative solution for searching Hadiths from the nine main books (kutubut tis’ah). LangChain and Gemini-pro ensure that the generated answers are not only relevant but also accurate, utilizing Large Language Model (LLM) technology. Additionally, the implementation of the merger retriever enhances the system's performance in finding the most suitable answers from various Hadith sources simultaneously. This research involves a series of stages ranging from collecting Hadith data, system analysis and design, implementation, to system testing. The test results show that the Hadith question answering system can produce relevant and accurate answers, with expert Hadith respondents evaluating the quality of answers averaging 88.5% satisfaction with the "Strongly Agree" rating interval, and LangChain evaluator scoring averaging 91% within the "Strongly Agree" category interval. This emphasizes the significant potential of applying information technology in the study of Hadiths, and opens opportunities for further development in this field. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the ease of access to accurate and fast Hadith information for the Muslim community.

Abstract

Keamanan jaringan menjadi prioritas penting dalam era digital. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem Intrusion Detection System (IDS) berbasis Snort yang terintegrasi dengan bot Telegram untuk notifikasi real-time dan menggunakan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk mendeteksi serta mengelompokkan jenis serangan Syn Flood dan Ping of Death. Snort dikonfigurasi dengan aturan khusus untuk mendeteksi kedua jenis serangan ini. Bot Telegram digunakan untuk mengirimkan notifikasi langsung kepada administrator jaringan saat serangan terdeteksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mendeteksi serangan dengan cepat, memberikan notifikasi real-time, dan mengelompokkan jenis serangan dengan akurasi tinggi. Integrasi ini meningkatkan efektivitas deteksi dan respons terhadap serangan jaringan, menawarkan solusi yang lebih aman dan efisien bagi organisasi.

Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan smartphone di Indonesia mencapai 358,8 juta perangkat pada tahun 2023 telah mengubah cara masyarakat dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas, termasuk transaksi keuangan seperti e-banking, e-commerce, dan e-learning. Meskipun kemudahan ini membawa banyak manfaat, tantangan baru juga muncul, salah satunya adalah perilaku konsumtif yang semakin meningkat, yang diperparah oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan di Indonesia, yang hanya mencapai 38,08% menurut Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan (SNLIK) pada tahun 2019. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang desain aplikasi manajemen keuangan yang dapat mendorong pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah User Centered Design (UCD), yang berfokus pada kebutuhan dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam proses perancangan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengujian desain UI/UX aplikasi menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor sebesar 86, yang mengindikasikan penerimaan yang sangat baik dari pengguna. Temuan ini menyatakan bahwa penerapan metode UCD dalam merancang aplikasi manajemen keuangan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan pengalaman pengguna, serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi.

Abstract

Zaafer is a company specializing in slim-fit men’s Muslim attire, operating an official e-commerce site at www.zaaferindonesia.id. After interviewing ten users who had previously shopped on the Zaafer website, we found that they did not receive real-time notifications and felt more comfortable shopping via an Android app rather than through the website. This insight motivated the design of a mobile-based Zaafer application to enhance the user experience. The relationship between user interface interactions and UX is a critical factor in application design. This study aims to design the UI/UX of the Zaafer mobile application using the Design Thinking methodology, which comprises five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Prototype testing of the Zaafer mobile app using the Single Ease Question method yielded a score of 6.33 out of 7, indicating a good rating. Based on these results, we conclude that the UI/UX design of the Zaafer mobile application is well accepted by users.

Abstract

Ancaman terhadap pencurian data otentikasi sebuah akun merupakan ancaman yang berkelanjutan. Faktor penyebab utama seringkali datang dari faktor manusia sebagai pengguna sistem tersebut. Sehingga dengan memanfaatkan kekurangan pengetahuan tentang teknologi, pelaku memperdaya pengguna lain untuk memberikan data otentikasinya tanpa mereka sadari. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan data pribadi seperti tanggal lahir sebagai password atau PIN kartu ATM mereka yang memudahkan orang lain untuk menebak. Banyak penelitian yang membahas dari segi keamanan sistem otentikasinya menggunakan hardware based authentication. Disamping cara ini sangat efektif, namun membutuhkan biaya dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini memberikan pengenalan tentang mekanisme non-hardware based authentication yang sama efektifnya dengan biaya yang sangat murah.

Abstract

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Large Language Models (LLM), presents new opportunities in transforming educational assessment systems. This study aims to implement the LangChain framework integrated with LLM for an Automatic Question Generation (AQG) system within a Computer Assisted Test (CAT) platform, using eleventh-grade Biology subject matter as a case study. The methodology includes data collection from PDF-based instructional materials, text embedding using Facebook AI Similarity Search (FAISS) as the knowledge base, and automatic question generation through the GPT-4o model. The system is developed using a microservices architecture comprising frontend and backend services built with the Next.js, FastAPI, and Express.js frameworks. System evaluation was conducted using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and the DeepEval framework. The evaluation results show a teacher satisfaction rate of 92.7% and a positive response from students at 67.5%. Meanwhile, the DeepEval assessment reported average scores of 3,69% for hallucination, 97,44% for contextual precision, 83,30% for contextual relevancy, 70,63% for answer relevancy, and 92,47% for prompt alignment. These findings indicate that the integration of LangChain and LLM is effective in generating contextually accurate and relevant questions, although improvements are still needed in answer relevancy. This study is expected to provide an efficient solution for digital-based educational assessment and contribute to future developments in educational AI.
