The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the demand andsupply of rice in Riau Province. The data used is the panel data ..time series from2006 until 2010 and cross section from each district/city except Pekanbaru andKepulauan Meranti. The data analyzed used simultaneous equation 2SLS method.The research result showed that all structural equation models have signs in2accordance economic criteria. Determinant coefficient (R ) from 0.33 until 0.99 andF value from 5.38 until 3,320.10. The rice supply affacted by year end stock ofBulog, import and rice production. While the results of the structural equation are (1)The planted area affected by grain price, palm oil price and lagged of planted area,(2) The harvest area affected by planted area, intensification area, and laggedharvest area, (3) The grain price affected by rice marketing margin, the governmentprice purchase and price of rice retail, (4) Productivity affected by fertilizerapplication, grain price and lagged productivity, (5) Fertilzer application affected byintensification area, (6) Bulog procurement affected number of population andlagged Bulog procurement (7) Seller procurement affected by number of populationand rice demand (8) .. affected by price of rice retail and Bulog procurement (9)Price of rice retail affected by world price, grain price and lagged of price of riceretail (10) Rice demand affected by price of rice retail and number of population.Keywords : Rice, simultaneous, 2SLS

The research is aimed to determine (1) the production and marketing process ofsumedang raw tofu and sumedang fried tofu Mr. Osmandri agroindustry, (2) the totalproduction costs and income of sumedang raw tofu and sumedang fried tofu Mr.Osmandri agroindustry, (3) efficiency and the value added of sumedang raw tofuand sumedang fried tofu Mr. Osmandri agroindustry. The research result shows that(1) the profit of this agroindustry is Rp.27.317.339 in a month, (2) R/C Ratio value ofsumedang raw tofu is 1.46 and sumedang fried tofu is 1.29, the Break Event Pointvalue is obtained when producing 50.439 pcs sumedang raw tofu and selled 13.123pcs sumedang fried tofu, (3) The value added of sumedang raw tofu is Rp.7765/kgwith value added ratio 33,4% and the value added sumedang fried tofu isRp.115,67/pcs with value added ratio 17,4%.

A province of Indonesia which makes the production centers program in maintaining national food availability is Riau Province, it’s because from 2008 - 2012 Riau Province that rice deficit with average almost 248 315 tons annually. So that, to have the needs of regional rice, Riau province is very dependent supply of rice from outside of Riau like West Sumatra. In order to reduce dependence on rice supplies from outside of the region in 2013, so that in 2009 Riau government make a Operation Food Riau Makmur (OPRM) program. The purpose of this research were is to analyze the factors that affect rice production and the level of technical efficiency and farming allocate in Rokan Hulu. The analytical method used is the analysis of qualitative (descriptive) to answer the first goal, the analysis of the Cobb-Douglas production function to answer the second goal and frontier production function and cost dual function of border with DEAP approach to answer the third goal. The results showed that the area of land, urea fertilizer, SP36, manure, labourer, farming experience and education to significantly affect production. Generally the farmers as participants OPRM program and non-participants OPRM program have been technically efficient but not efficient as the manner allocate and economically.
