Abstract

Education is one aspect of human development index (HDI) developed by the United Nations Development Programs (UNDP). For the entire educational potential should be aimed at achieving the level of progress the development of a solid education, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Education, becomes the standard is used in the printing of human resources (HR) will be superior and competitive by building a professional teacher. Teachers who understand all the meaningfulness known as humanist professional teachers.Humanists professional teachers have a social responsibility, and a sense of togetherness with learners. Humanist professionalism of teachers show the students that the teacher is able to recognize that learners have special missions to develop their potential. Humanists professionalism of teachers provide opportunities for learners in building a profitable learning in order to create learning that reaches the point of togetherness. It is together in achieving the core activities and to examine the material together.Humanists professional teachers state that the learning approach is seen as a private act to fulfill the potential of learners. Through the professional teachers can succeed in the success of the national curriculum. Teacher is the operator of the educational curriculum. The national curriculum being part made in achieving the national curriculum itself through curriculum-based development, and curriculum specificities/conditions in their respective educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dan pendidik humanis menangkal isu-isu keislaman pada generasi millennial muslim di Tapanuli bagian Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian  terdiri dari sumber data primer adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang aktif T.A 2018/2019 di Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Tapanuli bagian Selatan berjumlah 10 orang per perguruan tinggi. Sumber data skunder adalah Ketua Program Studi.   Pendidikan Agama Islam dan tenaga pendidik yang mengajar di prodi PAI. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah: observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Adapun analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian  data dan kesimpulan. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data peneliti melakukan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam merupakan media dalam mengatasi setiap tantangan dan hambatan. Pendidik humanis dibekali dengan profesionalisme, kemanusiaan dan persaudaraan. Generasi millennial muslim menjadi patron mengatasi dan menangkal isu-isu keislaman, sebagai manusia yang mempunyai landasan pikir.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has shifted the learning process, which was originally running in real terms, now to the virtual world. All hopes that the Covid 19 pandemic period is used to create added value in seeing humans based on moral values (ethics) of religious humanism (religious humanism). Likewise, emulating humanist educator figures during the Covid 19 pandemic. Humanist educators guide students to think positively. Learning that is faced with many applications, via Facebook, Youtube, IG, WA, Line, Zoom, Microsoft Team, Google Classroom, or communication via teleconference seems to give rise to creativity. Humanist educators present their respective roles well so that learning becomes fun and still results in progress. Â
