Abstract

Arak diperoleh dari penyulingan tuak (nira) dari pohon rontal, enau atau kelapa  yang mempunyai sifat mudah  terbakar  (flameable).  Arak    adalah  etanol,  jika  proses  penyulingan  dengan  temperatur  78,1 o C menghasilkan arak (etanol) dengan kadar lebih tinggi yang sering disebut arak api di Bali. Secara teoritis proses penyulingan  akan  menghasilkan  arak  dengan  kadar  maksimum  95,5%  yang  sering  disebut  etanol  azeotrop. Langkah  pertama  yang  dilakukan  dalam  pengujian  arak  bali  sebagai  bahan  bakar  adalah  pengujian  terhadap kadar air. Pengujian kadar air  arak bali hasil Laboratorium Kimia adalah 70% atau etanol 30%. Selanjutnya dilakukan  distilasi  lanjutan  untuk  mengurangi  kadar  air  sampai  komposisi  azeotrope.    Pengujian    kecepatan pembakaran    arak  bali  dilakukan  dalam  ruang  bakar  cylinder  show  shell.  Proses  pembakaran    direkam menggunakan  kamera  kecepan  420  fps.  Hasilnya  menunjukkan  bahwa  kecepatan  pembakaran  arak  bali komposisi azotrope lebih tinggi dari etanol  99% pada campuran stoichiometri dan kaya.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research at Ramayana Bakery. This research has three main objectives. First, it aims to know the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured with the traditional system is used by the company. Second,  to know the calculation of cost of goods manufactured with activity based costing method. Third, to know comparison the calculation of cost of goods manufactured by using traditional system and activity based costing method at company. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews, documentation and observation. Objects in this research are costs incurred in baking bread at Ramayana Bakery such as raw material cost, direct labor cost, and factory overhead cost. Cost of goods manufactured with traditional system for roti sisir Rp 2.298,67, roti moka Rp 2.200,29, roti bluder Rp 631,65, roti tawar Rp 4.637,40, roti creamball Rp 2.188,10, roti isian coklat Rp 1.106,94 dan roti isian strawberry Rp 1.106,94. Cost of goods manufactured by activity based costing method for roti sisir Rp 2.062,67, roti moka Rp 2.098,96, roti bluder Rp 700,86, roti tawar Rp 4.283,03, roti creamball Rp 2.065,77, roti isian coklat Rp 1.176,25 and roti isian strawberry Rp 1.176,25 . There is a difference in the results of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured between traditional systems and activity based costing. This is due to the activity that is chosen as a cost driver in the traditional system is much more used for roti sisir, roti moka, roti tawar, and roti creamball than to roti bluder, roti isian coklat and roti isian strawberry. Roti bluder, roti isian coklat and roti isian strawberry use other activities more dominantly and the activity is not used as a basis in traditional systems. In the end, the cost of goods manufactured for roti sisir, roti moka, roti tawar, and roti creamball become overcost and roti bluder, roti isian coklat and roti isian strawberry also becomes undercost.

Abstract

National education has a strong determination to build a smart and democratic Indonesian man. Intelligence is meant not merely intellectual intelligence but also emotional intelligence, ethics, and aesthetics. Creating a man with a balanced intelligence between intellectual, moral, ethics and aesthetics is required to integrate character-based education with artistic culture. Cultural arts in character education can take the form of a constructive foundation that is able to bring the learning process towards the goal, understanding, and respecting the art of culture loaded with the values ??of human life, in order to develop the character / personality of noble and ethical learners. Character education based on the art of culture can be integrated in every level of education. Material subjects related to norms or values ??need to be developed, excerpted, and integrated with the context of cultural art that becomes the identity of a society. One of the manifestations of cultural art that can be used as a medium of cultivation of student character is traditional literature. Character education based on traditional literary art really contains a lot of exemplary and wisdom of life. Traditional literature can be used as habituation media about good things so learners are cognitive about what is right and wrong, able to feel (affective) good values ??and usually do it (psychomotor).

Abstract

The aim of study was to examine the perceptions of higher vocational educators about the importance level of employability skills attributes that needed by higher vocational education graduates in entering the workforce in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The study was conducted by survey method, using a questionnaire. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling from state and public polytechnic vocational accounting educators. The research instruments were arranged based on a hypothetical model of employability skills which included generic skills and personal attributes. The generic skills group consists of 45 items and personal attributes consists of 20 items. The research instrument was arranged in the form of closed questions using five point Likert scale, ranging from not important to very important. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, namely mean scores, standard deviations, and graphics. The average score is sorted from high to low, indicating the importance level of employability skills according to higher vocational educator perceptions. Communication skills, self-management skills, teamwork skills, and learning skills are generic skills groups with a high importance level perceived by higher vocational educators. Educators also place honesty, integrity, work ethics, accuracy, and have good personalities as personal attributes with a high importance level that must be possessed by higher vocational graduates. The implication of this finding is the need to revitalize higher vocational education curriculum, which are not solely focused on mastering the knowledge and technical skills in specific field, but also able to develop the attributes of employability skill students.

Abstract

BUM Desa Mertha Buana is a microfinance institution owned by the village government located on Jalan Nusantara Kayubihi, Bangli District, Bangli Regency. In its activities of producing accounting information, BUM Desa Mertha Buana uses a general journal and produces a statement of financial position and a profit and loss statement. The use of general journals to record repetitive transactions will cause the time spent doing clerical activities to be longer. The purpose of this community service is to help BUM Desa produce accounting information that is timely and in accordance with local government regulations using a worksheet-based cash receipts and disbursement special journal. The method used is science and technology substitution, accompanied by training for BUM Desa. After using the worksheet-based special cash receipts and disbursement journal, BUM Desa is able to produce financial reports as required by the Regional Government of Bangli Regency in a timely manner.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh model struktural pengembangan employability skills mahasiswa. Penelitian bersifat ex-post facto, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah lulusan Politeknik Negeri Bali tahun 2009 dan mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun akademik 2009/2010 yang sedang melakukan praktik kerja lapangan di industri. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 244, dipilih secara proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima tingkat. Analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Model struktural pengembangan employability skills mahasiswa ditunjukkan oleh adanya pengaruh tidak langsung sistem pembelajaran dan lingkungan belajar, dengan koefisien pengaruh tidak langsung masing-masing 0,16 dan 0,14. Pengembangan employability skillsmahasiswa tidak dapat dipandang sebagai pengaruh langsung dari sistem pembelajaran dan lingkungan belajar, tetapi harus dilihat sebagai pengaruh secara bersama-sama melalui pengembangan konsep diri mahasiswa.Kata kunci: sistem pembelajaran, lingkungan belajar, konsep diri, employability skills_____________________________________________________________   A RELATION OF THE LEARNING SYSTEM, ENVIRONMENTAL LEARNING, SELF-CONCEPT AND DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS' EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS AbstractThis study aims to a obtain structural model for the development of students' employability skills. It was an ex post facto study using the non-experimental quantitative approach. The population comprised year 2009 graduates of Bali State Polytechnic and final-year students in the academic year of 2009/2010 who were doing field work practicums in the industry. The sample consisted of 244 students selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected using a five-scale Likert questionnaire. The data were analyzed structural equation models. The structural model of the development of students' employability skills was indicated by the indirect effect of the learning system and learning environment, with indirect effect coefficients of 0.16 and 0.14. The development of students' employability skills cannot be considered as a direct influence of the learning system and learning environment, but should be viewed as simultaneous effects through students' self-concept.Keywords: learning system, learning environment, self-concept, employability skills.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan perangkat penilaian guna mengevaluasi capaian employability skills yang diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran aplikasi basis data. Model penilaian yang dikembangkan merupakan kombinasi dari penilaian diri sendiri dan penilaian otentik, diusulkan dengan sebutan model authentic self-assessment. Langkah-langkah pengembangan model authentic self-assessment meliputi penentuan standar, penentuan tugas otentik, pembuatan kriteria, dan pembuatan rubrik. Hasil pengembangan perangkat penilaian terdiri atas: (1) model penilaian kemampuan pemecahan masalah; (2) model penilaian kemampuan mengelola diri sendiri; dan (3) model penilaian capaian pembelajaran aplikasi basis data. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk menilai aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Hasil uji coba meng-indikasikan capaian kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan mengelola diri termasuk kategori baik, serta kompetensi merancang aplikasi basis data secara konseptual dan logikal termasuk kategori tinggi. Model ini juga telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip dasar penilaian, yakni prinsip validitas, prinsip reliabilitas, terfokus pada kompetensi, komprehensif, prinsip objektivitas, dan prinsip mendidik.Kata kunci: penilaian otentik, penilaian diri, keterampilan pemecahan masalah, keterampilan mengelola diri, pendidikan vokasi______________________________________________________________AUTHENTIC SELF-ASSESSMENT MODEL FOR DEVELOPING EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS STUDENT IN HIGHER VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAbstract The purpose of this research is to develop assessment tools to evaluate achievement of employability skills which are integrated in the learning database applications. The assessment model developed is a combination of self-assessment and authentic assessment, proposed as models of authentic self-assessment. The steps of developing authentic self-assessment models include: identifying the standards, selecting an authentic task, identifying the criteria for the task, and creating the rubric. The results of development assessment tools include: (1) problem solving skills assessment model, (2) self-management skills assessment model, and (3) competence database applications assessment model. This model can be used to assess the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor achievement. The results indicate: achievement of problem solving and self-management ability was in good category, and competencies in designing conceptual and logical database was in high category. This model also has met the basic principles of assessment, i.e.: validity, reliability, focused on competencies, comprehen-sive, objectivity, and the principle of educating.Keywords: authentic assessment, self-assessment, problem solving skills, self-management skills, vocational education

Abstract

Penyediaan jaringan dan sumber energi listrik merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam mendukung peningkatan kegiatan sosial di Sabha Yadnya Stana, Banjar Jeroan Patemon Singaraja. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan infrastruktur jaringan dan energi listrik yang memadai guna mendukung kegiatan sosial di masyarakat setempat.Dalam kegiatan ini terdapat beberapa hal yang harus dilakukan seperti survei lapangan dan analisis kebutuhan energi listrik dan infrastruktur jaringan yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat maka dapat di tetapkan langkah-langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan penyediaan jaringan dan sumber energi listrik. Langkah-langkah ini meliputi pengembangan infrastruktur jaringan yang lebih luas, maupun kemungkinan penerapan teknologi energi terbarukan, dan pengelolaan sumber daya energi secara efisien. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan ketersediaan energi listrik, serta memperkuat kegiatan sosial di Sabha Yadnya Stana, Banjar Jeroan Patemon Singaraja.

Abstract

The balanced scorecard is a tool for measuring company performance from financial and non-financial aspects through four perspectives including the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach carried out at the Tanjung Bungkak Traditional Village LPD located in Denpasar with the aim of knowing the performance of the Tanjung Bungkak Traditional Village LPD seen from the four perspectives in the balanced scorecard. Data collection techniques used include documentation, observation, interviews and surveys. The results of the analysis show that the performance of the Tanjung Bungkak Traditional Village LPD, when viewed from a financial perspective, is not good with the calculation of Cash Ratio (CR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) categorized as quite good, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) categorized as good, but Operations Cost to Operating Income (BOPO), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) are categorized as poor. From a customer perspective, LPD's performance is assessed as good from the results of customer retention and customer satisfaction calculations with a percentage of positive statements reaching 93%. From an internal business process perspective, LPD performance is in fairly good criteria from the results of calculations of the innovation process and operational processes using service cycle effectiveness. The learning and growth perspective shows good LPD performance from calculating employee retention, employee productivity and employee satisfaction with the percentage of positive statements reaching 83%.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan mikro dan kecil sangat membutuhkan dukungan TIK untuk menghasilkan informasi secara tepat waktu, akurat, dan dapat dipercaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukap hubungan antara partisipasi dan kemampuan pengguna sistem dengan kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi pada LPD di Kecamatan Mengwi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan pada 115 karyawan LPD di Kecamatan Mengwi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa partisipasi dan kemampuan pengguna, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi pada LPD di Kecamatan Mengwi. Hasil penelitian ini perlu dimaknai bahwa penting untuk meningkatkan partisipasi pengguna dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi akuntansi yang akan diterapkan di perusahaan. Selain itu, kemampuan pengguna atau keterampilan karyawan agar selalu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang digunakan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar dilakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor lain yang belum tecakup dalam penelitian ini, serta apabila memungkinkan dilakukan subyek yang lebih luas.
