Abstract

This study aims determine and analyse the impact of Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, and Return On Assets on the profit changes of BEI-listed tobacco companies from 2018 to 2022. Multiple linear regression analysis, the normality test, the autocorrelation test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, the coefficient test, and the t test are employed as analytic instruments.According to research, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant impact on the Changes in Profits of Cigarette Companies on the IDX in 2018-2021, while Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) do not. Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant impact on changes in profit; when NPM is high, a company is able to generate high profits from each transaction and/or reduce costs, ensuring that profit growth will continue to increase. Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) have no significant effect on changes in company profits because the increase in Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) is not only caused by increased profits generated by the company, but can also be caused by a decrease in the total assets or equity of the company even though the profits generated tend to remain in the same period, so that under these conditions the ratio of profits to total assets and equities tends to remain constant.

Abstract

Abstract

Online transportation is a menas of transportation that uses technological advances based on applications and allows orders and payments to be made by the application at the same time. The transportation industry looks profitable, examples of companies in the transportation industry that are developing rapidly are Gojek, Grab and Maxim. However, the most dominant rivalry in the transportation industry is between Gojek and Grab. This research purpose to compare the level of customer satisfaction between Gojek and Grab users. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data source collect through distributing questionnaires to Gojek and Grab users in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The results of the research after conducting and distributing the questionnaire that was created, we concluded that the comparison between Gojek and Grab doesn’t have a significant difference, because both applications have almost the same features and the average user only uses one of the two applications.

Abstract

Time series analysis in financial sector has grown in popularity since the last few decades, theories about capital markets are increasingly studied since Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) and Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT) are often compared and paired with one another. The development of APT is widespread by involving many macroeconomic variables. Unfortunately there is no consensus until now. This paper aims to examine the relevance of APT in the case of Indonesia during the period 2009-2017 with standard multiple regression equations. From three independent variables, only exchange rates have a significant influence on the composite stock price (IHSG) in Indonesia, while inflation and GDP have no significant effect on stock prices. 99.8% variation in stock price formation can be explained by independent variables where there is a positive relationship between exchange rate and stock price indicates a mechanism of stock price formation through strong domestic demand before fourth quarter 2016 and trade effect (export-import) after fourth quarter 2016 .

Abstract

The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the existence of working capital, receivables that are focused on the results of financial performance produced based on financial ratios as a calculation tool in cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover which determines how much affects the results of financial performance to obtain company profitability so that the company has the finances to obtain company assets with Asset turnover (ROA). This journal research method is carried out using quantitative methods using descriptive research. The population in this analysis is a financial statement to determine the feasibility of financial performance in a company. The research sample is the entire population or what is often referred to as a saturated sample. The method used in collecting this data is to use literature study research and related research results. The results of previous research show that capital and receivables have a significant effect on the financial performance of how a company can manage capital and receivables as a source of company income in carrying out company activities, and financial statements are carried out using financial ratio calculation tools as a form of improvement and if the output in the financial statements can meet the company's obligations to pay the passiva of the company's assets that determine the size and The company's small profitability so that it can be a transparent decision making on the feasibility of financial performance in a company.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan UMKM dicapai dengan pengembangan sinergi dalam pemetaan potensi kewirausahaan, pembinaan lingkungan kewirausahaan, pembinaan kewirausahaan dan inkubasi kewirausahaan, serta pemberian dukungan finansial. Istilah entrepreneur pertama kali muncul pada abad ke-18, seperti yang kita ketahui bersama. Diawali dengan inovasi-inovasi baru seperti mesin uap dan mesin pintal, dimana pada awal sejarahnya kewirausahaan menjadi mesin pertumbuhan dan perluasan usaha melalui inovasi dan kreativitas. Transformasi jiwa kewirausahaan dalam ekonomi kerakyatan, khususnya Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), memiliki peran penting dalam menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional pasca pandemi Covid-19 yang telah terbukti tangguh menghadapi Covid-19- guncangan terkait. Pada masa pra-pandemi, kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDB Indonesia meningkat hingga hampir 60 persen. Pengembangan kewirausahaan UMKM berbasis ekonomi kerakyatan harus menjadi solusi untuk mencegah ledakan pengangguran dan menjaga daya beli masyarakat di tengah wabah COVID-19 yang sedang berlangsung, yang tanggal berakhirnya tidak pasti.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan kestabilan ekonomi kelompok tani Madu Kelulut maka perlu dilakukan pendekatan pemasaran produk terkait brand indentity Madu Kelulut. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena permintaan produk madu Kelulut cukup tinggi dan konsumen perlu mengenal Madu Kelulut yang merupakan hasil budidaya Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut Sungai Siring. Tujuan dilakukannya pendampingan penerapan brand indentity ini adalah dari hasil pre test yang dilakukan tim kepada para anggota Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut tentang kebutuhan pendampingan yang diperlukan untuk kepentingan kemajuan penjualan Madu Kelulu. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah tersosialisasinya penerapan brand identity daro Madu Kelulut yang merupakan hasil produksi Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut Sungai Siring.
