Abstract

Online transportation is a menas of transportation that uses technological advances based on applications and allows orders and payments to be made by the application at the same time. The transportation industry looks profitable, examples of companies in the transportation industry that are developing rapidly are Gojek, Grab and Maxim. However, the most dominant rivalry in the transportation industry is between Gojek and Grab. This research purpose to compare the level of customer satisfaction between Gojek and Grab users. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data source collect through distributing questionnaires to Gojek and Grab users in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The results of the research after conducting and distributing the questionnaire that was created, we concluded that the comparison between Gojek and Grab doesn’t have a significant difference, because both applications have almost the same features and the average user only uses one of the two applications.

Abstract

Time series analysis in financial sector has grown in popularity since the last few decades, theories about capital markets are increasingly studied since Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) and Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT) are often compared and paired with one another. The development of APT is widespread by involving many macroeconomic variables. Unfortunately there is no consensus until now. This paper aims to examine the relevance of APT in the case of Indonesia during the period 2009-2017 with standard multiple regression equations. From three independent variables, only exchange rates have a significant influence on the composite stock price (IHSG) in Indonesia, while inflation and GDP have no significant effect on stock prices. 99.8% variation in stock price formation can be explained by independent variables where there is a positive relationship between exchange rate and stock price indicates a mechanism of stock price formation through strong domestic demand before fourth quarter 2016 and trade effect (export-import) after fourth quarter 2016 .

Abstract

Kewirausahaan UMKM dicapai dengan pengembangan sinergi dalam pemetaan potensi kewirausahaan, pembinaan lingkungan kewirausahaan, pembinaan kewirausahaan dan inkubasi kewirausahaan, serta pemberian dukungan finansial. Istilah entrepreneur pertama kali muncul pada abad ke-18, seperti yang kita ketahui bersama. Diawali dengan inovasi-inovasi baru seperti mesin uap dan mesin pintal, dimana pada awal sejarahnya kewirausahaan menjadi mesin pertumbuhan dan perluasan usaha melalui inovasi dan kreativitas. Transformasi jiwa kewirausahaan dalam ekonomi kerakyatan, khususnya Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), memiliki peran penting dalam menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional pasca pandemi Covid-19 yang telah terbukti tangguh menghadapi Covid-19- guncangan terkait. Pada masa pra-pandemi, kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDB Indonesia meningkat hingga hampir 60 persen. Pengembangan kewirausahaan UMKM berbasis ekonomi kerakyatan harus menjadi solusi untuk mencegah ledakan pengangguran dan menjaga daya beli masyarakat di tengah wabah COVID-19 yang sedang berlangsung, yang tanggal berakhirnya tidak pasti.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan kestabilan ekonomi kelompok tani Madu Kelulut maka perlu dilakukan pendekatan pemasaran produk terkait brand indentity Madu Kelulut. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena permintaan produk madu Kelulut cukup tinggi dan konsumen perlu mengenal Madu Kelulut yang merupakan hasil budidaya Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut Sungai Siring. Tujuan dilakukannya pendampingan penerapan brand indentity ini adalah dari hasil pre test yang dilakukan tim kepada para anggota Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut tentang kebutuhan pendampingan yang diperlukan untuk kepentingan kemajuan penjualan Madu Kelulu. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah tersosialisasinya penerapan brand identity daro Madu Kelulut yang merupakan hasil produksi Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut Sungai Siring.

Abstract

This research aims focuses on examining the financial capacity of Palangka Raya City during  2021–2024 period using the Share, Growth, and Elasticity Index approaches. Regional financial capacity serves as an important indicator in assessing the level of fiscal independence and the extent to which a region can reduce its dependence on central government transfers. The researche relies on secondary data sourced from BPS, BPKAD, and the Palangka Raya City Budget (APBD) documents, which were then analyzed using a descriptive quantitative method. The results indicate that the Share Index of Palangka Raya’s Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) showed a declining trend from 22.99% in 2021 to 14.08% in 2024, reflecting the relatively low contribution of PAD to total revenue. The PAD Growth Index fluctuated significantly, with a sharp increase in 2021 (60.61%) due to post-pandemic economic recovery, followed by contractions in 2022 (-4.29%) and 2023 (-31.99%), before returning to positive growth in 2024 (5.96%). Meanwhile, the Elasticity Index demonstrates that PAD is still able to respond to economic growth, although its contribution remains relatively small. Overall, the Regional Financial Capacity Index (IKK) averaged only 0.22, placing it in the low category. This finding highlights the city’s strong dependence on central government transfers, indicating that Palangka Raya’s fiscal independence remains far from optimal. The study recommends optimizing PAD through strengthening the tax base, improving regional asset management, and developing leading economic sectors to enhance the city’s fiscal capacity in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Abstract : Enviromental protection and good management is one of the program mandated in UU No.32 Tahun 2009. Plastic waste to increase every year was a serious problem for the sustainability of natural ecosystems. This study to aim the analyze of Tryada Craft entrepeneurship development strategy in the utilization of plastic waste to be a product selling value. The research method is descriptive analysis through SWOT analysis. The results showed that the availability of raw materials were easily obtained, and that give the entrepreneurs to improve the product quantity, but the lack of available business capital and the use of online media that were not optimal in promotional activities, so made the product not yet interest in society and business training have not been implemented. The emergence of negative public perseptions of waste based products was still a threat to the future development of this business. Therefore, government support for these entrepreneurial activites including providing socialization to the public regarding the safety of using recycled products was an important thing to do. Abstract

Pandemi global yang terjadi mendorong percepatan literasi digital dan menuntut para wirausahawan untuk melek teknologi agar dapat menjangkau customer yang menjalani social distancing di rumah dan lebih banyak menghabiskan waktunya secara daring. Para wirausahawan terutama wirausahawan muda harus memahami pentingnya teknologi untuk menarik pelanggan. Artikel ini menguraikan program pengembangan kewirausahaan (PPK) yang memfokuskan pelatihannya kepada peningkatan literasi digital bagi wirausaha muda untuk meraih peluang bisnis, memperluas usaha serta menjangkau, dan mempertahankan pelanggan melalui platform digital. Program ini dilakukan oleh tim PPK Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda menggunakan metode rekrutmen tenant melalui proses sosialisasi dan seleksi untuk menyeleksi tenant berdasarkan motivasi berwirausaha beserta profil usahanya. Selain itu, program pengembangan kewirausahaan yang dijalankan juga meliputi proses pendampingan dan pelaksanaan seminar daring. Program ini menunjukan hasil yang positif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital para peserta, meningkatkan kreatifitas dan motivasi berwirausaha serta meningkatkan channel pemasaran dan distribusi melalui aplikasi marketplace local “Behambinan” bagi para tenant PPK Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. Berkenaan dengan hasil ini, kami menyarankan kepada perguruan tinggi untuk dapat melaksanakan program pengembangan kewirausahaan yang mendorong literasi digital para peserta agar dapat memanfaatkan platform digital untuk memperluas usaha, berpikir kreatif untuk memenangkan persaingan, dan memanfaatkan peluang di era new normal.
