Abstract

Penelitian ini dipicu oleh kebutuhan akan bahan ajar mata kuliah Matematika dalam Khazanah Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development atau penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk, serta menguji produk yang telah dikembangkan. Produk yang dihasilkan merupakan bahan ajar kajian pembelajaran matematika bernuansa islami, yang diharapkan dapat diajarkan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan yang diterapkan meliputi tujuh langkah, yaitu: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, uji coba terbatas, uji lapangan, dan produksi secara terbatas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Uninus yang telah atau sedang mengikuti perkuliahan Logika dan Himpunan. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi: lembar validasi, angket, lembar observasi kegiatan dosen, kuis, dan lembar observasi aktivitas mahasiswa. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah, bahan ajar yang telah dirancang: valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

Conflict in educational organizations is an unavoidable dynamic along with the growth and development of the organization. Conflicts arise as differences in interests between various parties, both the organizing body, the implementing agency and the students themselves as a result of competition, differences in socio-economic backgrounds, ethnic differences, individual characteristics and various other differences. To a certain extent, in order for the organization to run dynamically, conflict also needs to be created. In order to control conflict so that it has a positive impact on organizational growth, proper conflict management is needed. In this paper, a study of conflict management is carried out in theological, philosophical and theoretical perspectives to produce an appropriate conflict management formulation for the world of education. Theologically, it is stated in Islam that humans are basically created differently, in tribes and nations to know each other. The highest rank in front of Allah SWT are those who believe the most. In addition, Islam stipulates that conflict resolution must be based on the principles of justice, mercy (compassion) and collaboration. Philosophically, in the perspective of existentialism philosophy, conflict is a clash of individuals or groups in the context of self-existence. So that each existence does not nullify each other, arrangements are needed based on the principles of the existence of each individual/group, togetherness and justice. Whereas theoretically, in Dahrendorf's perspective, conflict is an unavoidable symptom in social groups, so that in its solution a coercive instrument is needed in the form of domination and elements of power. Based on the three perspectives above, conflict management in the world of education should be designed in such a way as to create dynamics that allow each individual/group involved to increase their capacity and existence in order to become knowledgeable and pious people. Conflict management must also uphold the spirit of justice, mercy, fair competition, dialogue, negotiation and collaboration between individuals/groups which in its implementation requires coercive regulations that are mutually agreed upon by each element in the organization.

Abstract

In the context of post-pandemic recovery of learning from Covid 19, the Ministry of Education and Culture 2022 will roll out the Independent Curriculum Implementation (IKM) program for the Independent pathway category which consists of 3 categories, namely Independent Learning IKM, Changing Independent IKM, and Independent Sharing IKM. Karya Pembangunan (KP) Baleendah High School is a school implementing the Independent Changing IKM category which must implement the Independent Curriculum in the 2022/2023 academic year for class X students, using teaching tools from the government or adapt them according to the conditions of Baleendah KP High School, as well as implementing the Cocurricular Strengthening Project Pancasila Student Profile (5P). In realizing the Pancasila student profile which acts as the main reference that directs educational policies including being a reference for educators in building the character and competence of students, the implementation is carried out through intracurricular, co-curricular activities (5P project), extracurriculars and school culture/climate. The form of community service carried out at KP Baleendah High School is a form of training in carrying out co-curricular activities of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (5P) with the theme "Sustainable Lifestyle", through the topic "SMA KP BERHIAS" (SMA KP Clean, Green, Innovation, and Creation ) which is the second choice of theme, which previously implemented the Bhineka Tunggal Ika theme. The 3 dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile selected are the most relevant dimensions and are a priority scale as the goal of the Sustainable Lifestyle Project, namely (1) Faith, Fear of God Almighty and noble character; (2) Mutual Cooperation; and (3) Creative. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. This research was conducted using observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation with research sources, namely the school principal, teachers who served as coordinators, project facilitator teams, and class X students. The results stated that in the activities of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (5P), which was carried out, the ability of teachers as coordinators and facilitators of the 5P project has increased compared to the implementation of the previous 5P Project, so this has a positive impact on student development in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project shown by the emergence of student characters, namely morals in nature who realize themselves as part of the environment, have a responsibility, compassion, and care for the natural environment, realizing that as a human being, he has a duty to protect and preserve nature as God's creation. This made him realize the importance of caring for the environment as an element of the dimension of Faith, Fear of God Almighty, and noble character. Demonstrate the ability to cooperate, care for others, and the ability to share which are elements of Mutual Cooperation, and show creative abilities that are able to modify and produce something meaningful, useful, and impactful. The inhibiting factors for the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (5P) Project include the limited learning environment for the project because the learning environment between SMA and SMK students is still unified, there are also teachers in a team of facilitators who always rely on other teachers so that when the teacher they rely on cannot attend which sometimes lacks the provision of infrastructure, and still 5P project activities do not go according to the flow of project activities that have been prepared due to the teacher's lack of understanding of the 5P concept

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pertumbuhan penjualan, intensitas modal, dan komite audit terhadap konservatisme akuntansi. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan penjualan, intensitas modal, dan komite audit, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah konservatisme akuntansi yang diukur dengan metode conacc. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode lima tahun, yaitu tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dan sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Dari total 86 perusahaan, terdapat 22 perusahaan sektor energi yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis, dengan data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan dan intensitas modal berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi, sedangkan komite audit tidak. Secara keseluruhan, pertumbuhan penjualan, intensitas modal, dan komite audit secara kolektif berdampak pada konservatisme akuntansi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana manajemen sarana media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi (IT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di tingkat sekolah dasar.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Cipanas, Kota Sukabumi, yang memiliki infrastruktur IT yang memadai namun menghadapi tantangan dalam pemanfaatannya secara optimal. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sarana media pembelajaran berbasis IT di sekolah ini dilakukan melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan yang terstruktur dan partisipatif. Kepala sekolah memainkan peran sentral dalam menyusun rencana penggunaan media IT bersama guru, menetapkan struktur organisasi dengan pembagian tugas yang jelas, serta menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan pendampingan rutin untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan melalui strategi kolaboratif, mandiri, dan berbasis masalah dengan integrasi media digital seperti Canva, Quizizz, dan Google Form. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media IT secara efektif berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta didik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan prinsip manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), ditambah kepemimpinan partisipatif dan evaluatif, dapat menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang efektif dan berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Pembelajaran projek kokurikuler merupakan salah satu strategi utama dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang bertujuan memperkuat kompetensi abad ke-21, karakter, serta pengalaman belajar autentik peserta didik. Namun demikian, dalam praktik di sekolah, pembelajaran projek sering kali dilaksanakan secara administratif dan prosedural sehingga belum sepenuhnya menghadirkan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peran administrasi guru sebagai instrumen pedagogis dalam meningkatkan kebermaknaan pembelajaran projek kokurikuler di SMA Negeri 1 Purwadadi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi lima guru pembina projek kokurikuler, satu wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, serta dua belas peserta didik yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan projek. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi pembelajaran, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap perangkat administrasi projek. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta diuji keabsahannya melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi guru yang dirancang secara kontekstual, adaptif, dan reflektif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik, menguatkan relevansi pembelajaran dengan kehidupan nyata, serta membentuk pengalaman belajar yang bermakna. Administrasi guru tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai perangkat teknis, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen pedagogis yang menjembatani kebijakan kurikulum dengan praktik pembelajaran kontekstual di kelas dan projek. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi administrasi pedagogis guru dalam mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran projek kokurikuler pada Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of asset-based community development at SMK 2 LPPM RI Majalaya using qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal a significant gap between the availability of assets, including physical assets (workshops, laboratories), movable assets, and human assets (educators and students), and their collective mobilisation, attributed to the absence of a collaborative framework or "social contract" institutionalised within the school environment. To address this, the study integrated modern community development models such as Appreciative Inquiry and the BAGJA framework with local wisdom through the educational philosophy "Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madyo Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani," resulting in culturally relevant and acceptable adaptations for the local community. The limitations of this study lie in its focus on a single case study and the use of qualitative methods alone, making it difficult to generalise the findings broadly. Therefore, further research with a more diverse scope and a mixed-methods approach is recommended to provide a more effective policy foundation for asset-based community development in vocational high schools

Abstract

This study explores the role of transformational leadership in strengthening the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers within the context of Indonesia’s Merdeka Curriculum implementation. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted at two public elementary schools, namely SDN Sinarsari and SDN Neglasari, located in Ciranjang District, Cianjur Regency. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis, involving 12 participants consisting of school principals, teachers, and educational staff. The findings reveal three main themes: (1) exemplary leadership that inspires teachers through professional role modeling, (2) humanistic academic supervision that emphasizes dialogic coaching rather than inspection, and (3) collaborative empowerment through school-based professional development. These transformational leadership practices were found to contribute significantly to improvements in lesson planning quality, classroom instructional strategies, and teachers’ professional confidence. The study concludes that transformational leadership, when grounded in relational and context-sensitive approaches, can function as an effective catalyst for pedagogical improvement, particularly in schools facing limited resources. The findings reinforce theoretical perspectives on localized leadership models and offer practical guidance for school principals and policymakers in efforts to enhance instructional quality. Future research is recommended to examine the long-term impact and scalability of transformational leadership practices across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

Discipline constitutes a fundamental pillar of vocational education, yet many schools continue relying on manual or semi-digital recording methods that lack real-time monitoring and integration capabilities. This qualitative case study examined managerial readiness for implementing digital discipline information systems through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework at two Indonesian vocational schools utilizing Skul.id application. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with multiple stakeholders, participatory observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using thematic analysis guided by PDCA phases. Implementation successfully enhanced student attendance regularity, reduced tardiness from 15% to 6%, and strengthened parental involvement through real-time notifications. However, challenges emerged including infrastructure limitations, internet connectivity issues, and incomplete system integration with violation recording. Unexpected positive outcomes included spontaneous peer support networks and behavioral improvements extending beyond attendance compliance. Findings reveal that successful digital discipline system implementation depends critically on organizational readiness dimensions including infrastructure capacity, comprehensive stakeholder socialization, and continuous improvement mechanisms. The study contributes theoretically by integrating organizational change theory, technology readiness frameworks, and quality management principles to explain how managerial dimensions determine technology adoption success beyond technical functionality alone, addressing a significant knowledge gap in educational technology literature.
