Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung courtesy, daya tanggap, dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 85 responden yang diambil dengan accidental sampling dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) courtesy berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah, 2) daya tanggap berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah, 3) kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah, 4) courtesy berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, 5) daya tanggap berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kata-kata kunci: courtesy, daya tanggap, kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah.  THE EFFECT OF COURTESY, RESPONSIBILITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY OF BMT ASSYAFI'IYAH PURBOLINGGO BRANCH EAST LAMPUNG ABSTRACTThe aim of this research were to determine the effect of courtesy, Responsiveness, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The quantitative approach is implemented in this research. The method of research surveys on 85 customers is taken by accidental sampling and questionnaire as an instrument of research. Findings signify that: 1) courtesy direct effect positively to customer loyalty, 2) Responsiveness direct effect positively to customer loyalty, 3) customer satisfaction direct effect positively to customer loyalty, 4) courtesy direct effect positively to customer satisfaction, 5) Responsiveness direct effect positively to customer satisfaction. Keyword: Courtesy, Responsiveness, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Merek, Kemasan Dan Promosi Terhadap Sikap Konsumen Membeli Produk Kopi KapalApi Di Kecamatan Metro Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variable atau lebih. Pengumpulan data di peroleh dari hasil kuisioner kepada 100 responden konsumen produk kopi kapal api. Analisa data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan pengujian persyaratan instrumen, Persyaratan analisis dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable Harga, Merek, Kemasan Dan Promosi Berpengaruh positif signifikan Terhadap Sikap Konsumen Membeli Produk Kopi Kapal Api Di Kecamatan Metro Timur.Kata kunci: Harga, Merek, Kemasan, Promosi, Sikap Konsumen Membeli

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh maraknya kasus kebocoran akun sebagian pengguna Tokopedia. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah persepsi keamanan, kemudahan bertransaksi, kepercayaan konsumen, kualitas produk dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada MarketplaceTokopedia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah variabel-variabel tersebut memperkuat pengaruh keputusan pembelian pada MarketplaceTokopedia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner atau angket. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapat 68 responden.Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan pengujian persyaratan instrumen pengujian persyaratan analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji homegenitas danuji linieritas sedangkan untukpengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier bergandadengan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 20.Hasil menunjukan bahwa1) Variabel persepsi keamanan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) Variabel kemudahan bertransaksi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3) Variabel kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, 4) Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, 5) Variabel harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, 6) Secara simultan variabel persepsi keamanan, kemudahan bertransaksi, kepercayaan konsumen, kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Marketplace Tokopedia. Kata kunci: Persepsi Keamanan, Kemudahan Bertransaksi, Kepercayaan Konsumen,Kualitas Produk, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Pemanfaatan buah nanas menjadi makanan olahan maupun bahan pelengkap produk makanan merupakan potensi yang sangat besar terhadap suatu daerah penghasil buah nanas  di Indonesia. Peluang pengolahan buah nanas menjadi bahan utama maupun bahan pelengkap dalam produk makanan sangat besar. Buah nanas selain dapat di makan langsung, juga  dapat diolah menjadi selai nanas, yang selai nanas banyak digunakan sebagai bahan pelengkap untuk produk makanan seperti cookies, bolu, bahkan dapat diolah menjadi keripik dengan rasa yang sangat lezat. Risma Al-Furqon merupakan perkumpulan Remaja Islam Masjid di desa Gantimulyo Pekalongan yang kegiatan perkumpulan Risma nya cukup aktif, namun kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk pengembangan bagi remaja setempat sangat jarang dilaksanakan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi RISMA Al Furqon untuk mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan dengan membuat selai nanas dan pembuat produk makanan dari bahan selai nanas yang nantinya dapat di perjulan belikan guna mendapatkan penghasilan bagi anak muda. Adapun metode pelaksaan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu terdiri dari 4 tahap yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Target jangka pendek program ini adalah terselenggaranya kegiatan pengabdian ini yang diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif kegiatan kewirausahaan bagi RismaAl Furqon.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct positive effect of leadership on performance, to determine the direct positive effect of motivation on performance and to determine the direct positive effect of leadership on motivation. In this study using a questionnaire questionnaire given to the respondents as many as 235 respondents. The questionnaire was scored using a Likert scale with a scale of 1 – 5. The results of this study were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the LISREL program. The results of this study are that leadership has a direct positive effect on performance, motivation has a direct positive effect on performance and leadership has a direct positive effect on motivation.

Abstract

Based on the results of separate interviews by researchers with residents or communities whoprovide services at the village office, it was found that the booming e-KTP problem at thattime this problem was from the center because of the limited forms, each village office onlygot a few blanks, so the attitude taken by service employees Urgent people take precedence,not according to people who have previously made e-KTPs, so people feel unfair withdecisions like this every community who comes and asks about their e-KTP is still in theprocess with a span of months. This study aims to determine the influence of organizationalculture, work discipline, service quality on community satisfaction at the Labuhan Ratu VIIVillage Office, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung. This type of research is a quantitativestudy using the Incidental Sampling method, namely the technique of determining the samplebased on chance, namely 80 samples. The data used is secondary data distribution ofquestionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers forrespondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regressionanalysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 21program. Based on the results of statistical tests indicate that organizational culture, workdiscipline, service quality have a positive and significant influence on people's satisfaction

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high use of the internet in Indonesia, used by many peopleas a promising business opportunity. This can be seen from the many online stores that havesprung up on social media which are believed to be effective as a medium for promotingproducts, one of the social media currently widely used by the public is Tiktok. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect of ease of use, consumer trust, display quality andinformation quality on purchasing decisions. In this study, it was tested using multiple linearregression analysis calculations using the SPSS20 program. This type of research isquantitative research or verification research. Quantitative research is research that usesnumbers, and in this study there were 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used inthis research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) The ease of usevariable had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 2) The variable of consumerconfidence has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 3) The display quality variable hasa negative effect on purchasing decisions. 4) The information quality variable has a positiveeffect on purchasing decisions. 5) The variables of ease of use, consumer trust, quality of information has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the quality of display doesnot have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out whether price had an effect on brand image. Tofind out whether taste had an effect on brand image. To find out whether the price affects thepurchase decision. To find out whether taste had an effect on purchasing decisions. To findout whether the price and the taste affect purchasing decisions with brand image as theintervening variable. The sample of this research was 58 Management Batch Students of the2019 in Muhammadiyah University of Metro. Data were collected through questionnairesheets, and the data analysis used validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneitytest, linearity test of significance regression, and path analysis using the program (SPSS).The results showed that the price and the taste had a positive and significant effects onpurchasing decisions, the price and the taste had a positive and significant effects on brandimage, and the price and the taste had positive and significant effects on purchasingdecisions with brand image as the intervening variable.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a scourge of success in a company in maintaining its products andpersuading consumers to make purchases, so this research aims to examine both partiallyand simultaneously the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. TriSakti Lampung Group. The research design uses a quantitative approach with a total sampleof 52 consumers. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. While the data analysistechnique used is a questionnaire and tests the questionnaire by testing validity, reliability,and prerequisite analysis tests, namely normality, homogeneity, linearity and multipleregression through partial t tests and simultaneous tests. Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded the open unemployment rate (TPT) in Indonesia at 5.83% in February 2022. The average from college when graduating is more prepared to find a job not to create jobs, prospective graduates from universities are more prepared for the selection of new employees both from government agencies and from private companies, rather than preparing to open job opportunities by entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of students because by having an entrepreneurial spirit, it is hoped that students can create jobs or entrepreneurship after graduating from college. The purpose of this study is to find out whether e-commerce affects entrepreneurial interest, and to find out whether entrepreneurial motivation affects entrepreneurial interest, and to find out whether family environment affects entrepreneurial interest. The sample of this study was the Management class of 2019 Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro as many as 50 students with sampling techniques using Accidental Sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, and data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Statistical Hypothesis using the program (SPSS 25). The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of e-commerce on entrepreneurial interest, there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest, there is a positive and significant influence of the family environment on entrepreneurial interest Keywords: E-commerce, Entrepreneurial Mobility, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Interest
