Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of leadership and workload on employee performance CV. Cakra Buana Sejahtera, Surabaya. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The total number of respondents was 45 people. Data analysis used multiple linear aggression with the help of SPSS 26. The research results show that: (1) Partially, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance but workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (2) Leadership style and workload simultaneously affect employee performance CV. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze product quality, price, location, and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Gosyen Bakery Surabaya. Sampling method using purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 100 consumer respondents at Gosyen Bakery Surabaya. The scope of this research is only on variables related to product, price, location, and promotion of consumer satisfaction. Services that directly or indirectly affect customer satisfaction. The approach of this research is the quantitative approach method. The data analysis technique of this research uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method with the SPSS application program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of workload, job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 53 respondents. This type of research uses explanatory research. The data collection method used in this study is a quantitative method using independent and dependent variables. The data analysis method used in this study is the classical assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS and excel tools. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test it is known that workload has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, while based on data analysis using the F test it is known that workload, job satisfaction, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the rupiah exchange rate, interest rate, and inflation variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) during the period of 2020-2023. The data utilized in this study are secondary data. The sample size used in the study comprised 48. The data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that collectively, the rupiah exchange rate, interest rates, and inflation significantly influence the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). Partially, it is evident that the rupiah exchange rate and inflation significantly affect the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), whereas interest rates do not impact the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG).

Abstract

Keberadaan dan pembangunan IKN menjadi magnet bagi para investor untuk berinvestasi di IKN dan berdampak positif bagi daerah-daerah penyangga terutama Kalimantan Timur sebagai provinsi terpilih dibangunnya IKN. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mendorong investasi dan pertumbuhan investasi domestik dan asing telah dipenuhi di Kalimantan Timur dan IKN berupa PDRB perkapita tingkat provinsi dan PDB nasional; sarana prasarana yang memadai dengan adanya kota hutan, kota spons, trust building dan kota cerdas nusantara; birokrasi dan tata kelola dunia usaha yang dibuktikan dengan penetapan UU Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 dan Permen Nomor 12 Tahun 2023; situasi politik yang aman. Realisasi investasi Kalimantan Timur dari tahun 2021 sampai Maret 2024 year on year terus mengalami peningkatan. Investasi IKN tumbuh dari tahun ke tahun, terutama tahun 2023 mencapai Rp. 47,5 triliun, target investasi 100 triliun pada tahun 2024 dan menggandeng Indonesia Investment Authority untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan investasi.

Abstract

Mitra pada program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini merupakan seorang ibu rumah tangga yang berusia 35 tahun dan bertempat tinggal di Manukan, Tandes, Surabaya. Produk yang mitra layani antara lain jus buah, sop buah dan salad buah. Mitra mengalami beberapa keterbatasan dan hambatan dalam menjalankan usahanya, yaitu pada aspek pemasaran dan produksi. Permasalahan yang mitra alami pada aspek pemasaran adalah 1) mitra belum memanfaatkan fitur di aplikasi Google Maps secara maksimal sebagai media promosi. Kemudian pada permasalahan aspek produksi adalah: 1) Kurangnya kapasitas media penyimpanan buah dan bahan baku penunjang lainnya yang mitra miliki; dan 2) Mitra tidak menggunakan perlengkapan higienitas produksi pangan yang sesuai. Adapun solusi yang telah diberikan antara lain: 1) Pelatihan terkait pentingnya memanfaatkan Google Maps sebagai media promosi; 2) Pendampingan pemanfaatan Google Maps sebagai media promosi; 3) Pengadaan dan serah terima media penyimpanan buah dan bahan baku penunjang lainnya.yang berupa chest freezer; 4) Pendampingan cara penggunaan dan perawatan media penyimpanan buah dan bahan baku penunjang lainnya yang berupa chest freezer tersebut; 5) Pengadaan dan serah terima perlengkapan higienitas produksi pangan yang sesuai berupa celemek/apron; 6) Sosialisasi pentingnya perlengkapan higienitas pada proses produksi pangan; dan 7) Pendampingan cara penggunaan dan perawatan perlengkapan higienitas produksi pangan yang berupa celemek/apron tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) marketing on the improvement of welfare and business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in East Java, Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 200 MSME respondents across various sectors in East Java. Structural Equation Modelling using Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyse the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that digital marketing has a significant and positive effect on both the welfare and business development of MSMEs. Additionally, NLP-based marketing, which leverages persuasive communication and emotional engagement techniques, positively influences consumer relationships, loyalty, and business growth. The integration of digital marketing and NLP marketing strategies produces a synergistic impact that surpasses the individual effects of each approach. The study is limited to MSMEs in East Java and may not fully reflect conditions in other regions. Future research could expand the geographical scope or explore sector-specific dynamics for deeper insights. The results provide practical insights for MSME actors and policymakers on the importance of combining technological tools with psychological marketing approaches to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by combining digital marketing with NLP-based strategies, highlighting their joint impact on MSME welfare and growth—an area rarely explored in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

Studi ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif tingkat disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai se-Kecamatan Bojonegoro, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai se-Kecamatan Bojonegoro Kabupaten Bojonegoro melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 56 pegawai di lingkungan Kecamatan Bojonegoro, Kabupaten Bojonegoro sebagai populasi. Dengan menerapkan teknik total sampling, seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 56 orang tersebut dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah persamaan permodelan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil kajian mengindikasikan persepsi baik pada variabel motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Data menunjukkan bahwa disiplin maupun motivasi kerja berimplikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, yang kemudian meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara positif dan signifikan. Efek langsung dari disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai terbukti positif dan signifikan, berbeda dengan motivasi kerja yang tidak berdampak signifikan secara langsung. Namun demikian, efek tidak langsung dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai terbukti positif dan signifikan ketika dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe supervision, work stress on discipline and work performance of teacher at SMP Negeri 1 Baureno, Bojonegoro Regency. To analyze the effect of supervision and work stress on work discipline and work performance of educators at SMP Negeri 1 Buareno, Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a causal associative type with a quantitative research approach. The population size in this study was 55 teacher at SMP Negeri 1 Baureno Bojonegoro. The sampling technique is by census sampling, namely all members of the population as the research sample. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed work performance, supervision and work stress in the "high" category, while work discipline was in the "very high" category. Supervision has a significant positive effect on both work discipline and work performance. Work stress has a significant negative effect on work discipline and a non-significant negative effect on work performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on work performance. Supervision has a significant positive effect on work performance through work discipline. Work stress has no significant negative effect on work performance through work discipline.
