Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of leadership and workload on employee performance CV. Cakra Buana Sejahtera, Surabaya. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The total number of respondents was 45 people. Data analysis used multiple linear aggression with the help of SPSS 26. The research results show that: (1) Partially, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance but workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (2) Leadership style and workload simultaneously affect employee performance CV. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze product quality, price, location, and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Gosyen Bakery Surabaya. Sampling method using purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 100 consumer respondents at Gosyen Bakery Surabaya. The scope of this research is only on variables related to product, price, location, and promotion of consumer satisfaction. Services that directly or indirectly affect customer satisfaction. The approach of this research is the quantitative approach method. The data analysis technique of this research uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method with the SPSS application program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of workload, job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 53 respondents. This type of research uses explanatory research. The data collection method used in this study is a quantitative method using independent and dependent variables. The data analysis method used in this study is the classical assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS and excel tools. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test it is known that workload has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, while based on data analysis using the F test it is known that workload, job satisfaction, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the rupiah exchange rate, interest rate, and inflation variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) during the period of 2020-2023. The data utilized in this study are secondary data. The sample size used in the study comprised 48. The data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that collectively, the rupiah exchange rate, interest rates, and inflation significantly influence the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). Partially, it is evident that the rupiah exchange rate and inflation significantly affect the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), whereas interest rates do not impact the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG).

Abstract

Keberadaan dan pembangunan IKN menjadi magnet bagi para investor untuk berinvestasi di IKN dan berdampak positif bagi daerah-daerah penyangga terutama Kalimantan Timur sebagai provinsi terpilih dibangunnya IKN. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mendorong investasi dan pertumbuhan investasi domestik dan asing telah dipenuhi di Kalimantan Timur dan IKN berupa PDRB perkapita tingkat provinsi dan PDB nasional; sarana prasarana yang memadai dengan adanya kota hutan, kota spons, trust building dan kota cerdas nusantara; birokrasi dan tata kelola dunia usaha yang dibuktikan dengan penetapan UU Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 dan Permen Nomor 12 Tahun 2023; situasi politik yang aman. Realisasi investasi Kalimantan Timur dari tahun 2021 sampai Maret 2024 year on year terus mengalami peningkatan. Investasi IKN tumbuh dari tahun ke tahun, terutama tahun 2023 mencapai Rp. 47,5 triliun, target investasi 100 triliun pada tahun 2024 dan menggandeng Indonesia Investment Authority untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan investasi.
