Agricultural extension programs are an integral component of the agribusiness system and therefore require systematic evaluation. This study examined the implementation, evaluation, success level, and management achievement of an agribusiness-focused agricultural extension program in Pare District, Kediri Regency. The evaluation applied the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model and incorporated assessments from Pare Agricultural Extension Center (BPP Pare) extension officers and farmer groups. The study was conducted at BPP Pare and farmer groups in Pare District from February to August 2025. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods within the CIPP framework. The findings showed that, according to BPP Pare extension officers, program implementation and management evaluation were appropriate and supportive across all components: context (100%), input (86.6%), process (90%), and product (92%). Farmer groups similarly rated the program as appropriate and supportive, with mean scores of 92% for context, 92% for input, 91% for process, and 85.6% for product. The success level assessed by BPP Pare extension officers was very successful for all components, with mean evaluation indicator scores of 5.0 for context, 4.3 for input, 4.5 for process, and 4.6 for product. Farmer groups also rated all components as very successful, with mean scores of 4.6 for context, 4.6 for input, 4.6 for process, and 4.3 for product.
