Abstract

Garam merupakan salah satu pangan nasional yang kebutuhannya terus meningkat, baik kebutuhan industri maupun konsumsi. Sebagai gambaran kebutuhan garam pada tahun 2018 mencapai 4 juta ton, dan pada tahun 2019 ada peningkatan yaitu mencapai 4,2 juta ton (KKP, 2021). Salah satu yang menyebabkan peningkatan produksi adalah penggunaan teknologi geomembran dalam usahatani garamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui karakteristik usahatani garam menggunakan geomembran di Desa Lembung Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan; (2) untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani garam di Desa Lembung Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah luas lahan, modal kerja dan produksi. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah usahatani garam menggunakan geomembran di Desa Lembung memproduksi sebanyak rata-rata 106 ton, dengan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp70.227.711,11. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, faktor luas lahan dan modal kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan, sedangkan produksi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Secara simultan faktor luas lahan, modal kerja dan produksi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan.

Abstract

One of the important food issues to pay attention to is food waste. Restaurants have a high contribution in producing the amount of leftover food. The restaurant is one of the places that is visited by the public every day from various circles. The high level of buying and selling activity can cause an increase in the amount of food waste heaps. This study aims to: (1) analyze the influencing factors of uneaten food at Kedai Makan Garasi in Pamekasan City and (2) estimate the amount and economic value of unconsumed food at Kedai Makan Garasi in Pamekasan City. The method used is logistic regression analysis, descriptive analysis, and survey methods. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling method. In this study, the number of samples taken was 55 respondents. The results showed that the factors that significantly influenced the behavior of leaving food at Kedai Garasi were gender. Food waste from consumer plates is dominated by vegetable and complementary side dishes, which is 27 percent. The total economic value due to food waste from 32 consumers reaches Rp. 12,759,344 per year, and Rp. 428,700,000 per year from the projected garage shop. As well as the value of economic losses due to food waste from food waste on consumers' plates reaches 12.7 million rupiah per year.

Abstract

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea) is an agricultural commodity that is needed by the community, bothas human food and industrial raw material. This study aims to determine consumercharacteristics, product quality of roasted peanuts, analyze consumer preferences for theattributes of roasted peanut products. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis.Based on the results of the research and analysis that has been carried out, it can beconcluded that roasted peanut products with the "comfortable" brand are consumerpreferences at UD. Al-Murtadha, Pamekasan Regency, which has special characteristics interms of taste, quality, price, packaging and durability so that consumers agree with roastedpeanut products. Abstract

The tighter and sharper competition in the cigarette industry, causing companies to strive so that the products produced can be sold and can dominate the market and get optimal profits. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to find out the picture of promotion implementation and to determine the effect of promotion with sales volume through a promotion mix, namely, public relations, advertising, sales promotion, individual sales, direct sales. In this study, a quantitative descriptive research method was used that used a survey method. The location of the research was carried out deliberately based on the consideration that in Lawangan Daya Village this is the place of the CV Cigarette Marketing Office. Ayunda Permata Sejahtera. The instruments in this study were questionnaires and Likert scales. The respondents in this study numbered 30. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that public relations had a calculated t value< t table (0.206<1.69), advertising had a calculated t value< t table (2.495>1.69), individual sales had a calculated t value< t table (0.963<1.69), sales promotion had a calculated t value< t table(1.714>1.69), direct sales had a calculated t value< t table (3.598>1.69). Of the five variables used, there are two influential variables that have a real influence on increasing sales, namely public relations, individual sales.

Abstract

Tempeh industry is an industry that uses raw materials such as soybeans and yeast. This industry is mostly managed by Indonesian people, both in rural and urban areas. The tempeh industry often experiences the problem of fluctuations in the price of soybeans which are used as its main raw material, the price tends to rise, while the selling price of tempeh is difficult to increase. This study aims to describe the impact of fluctuations in imported soybean prices and labor wages on the amount of tempe production at UD. Edwin 2018-2021. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and takes samples using the purposive sampling method because the research informants are determined deliberately. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression data analysis methods to determine the causal or causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable has an effect of 92.2% on the dependent variable, meaning that the price of imported soybeans and labor wages together affect the amount of tempe production. The higher the price of imported soybeans, the lower the amount of tempe production, conversely, the lower the price of imported soybeans, the greater the amount of tempeh production.

Abstract

Peningkatan literasi keuangan bagi ibu-ibu PKK di Kelurahan Gladak Anyar sangat penting untuk membantu ibu-ibu PKK mengelola keuangan keluarga secara bijak, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan memberdayakan peran ibu-ibu PKK dalam komunitas. Metode pengabdian ini mencakup sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya literasi keuangan, pelatihan praktis yang memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan, serta evaluasi untuk menilai efektivitas program dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di Kelurahan Gladak Anyar. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu PKK terkait pengelolaan keuangan, dengan perbedaan skor pretest sebesar 35,04% dan posttest sebesar 84,04%, serta nilai mean rank posttest yang lebih tinggi daripada pretest (25,50 > 0,00). Para peserta mampu membuat anggaran, menabung secara teratur, dan memanfaatkan teknologi finansial untuk mengelola keuangan mereka. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan literasi keuangan melalui pelatihan yang terstruktur dan komprehensif dapat memberdayakan ibu-ibu PKK untuk mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan lebih baik, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan komunitas.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Pengelolaan simpan pinjam yang efisien dan transparan menjadi tantangan utama kelompok PKK, terutama yang masih menggunakan metode manual, menyebabkan kesalahan perhitungan, keterlambatan laporan, dan kurangnya kepercayaan anggota. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan pelatihan software keuangan digital berbasis Android melalui pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), melibatkan peserta dalam identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi. Hasilnya, pelatihan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta sebesar 77%, dengan 88% mampu mengoperasikan software secara mandiri dan akurasi pencatatan mencapai 91%. Efektivitas software PKK Fintech terhadap kinerja laporan keuangan terbukti signifikan: (1) akurasi perhitungan meningkat 83% (kesalahan turun dari 30% menjadi 5%), (2) ketepatan waktu pelaporan naik 183% (dari 30% menjadi 85%), dan (3) kepercayaan anggota meningkat 38% (dari 65% menjadi 90%) dengan rata-rata efektivitas 101.3%. Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 80%, menunjukkan penerimaan yang positif. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan simpan pinjam tetapi juga memperkuat partisipasi komunitas. Kendala utama adalah keterbatasan akses teknologi dan waktu pendampingan. Untuk keberlanjutan, direkomendasikan pengembangan modul digital, pelatihan berkala, dan perluasan implementasi ke kelompok PKK lainnya. Software PKK Fintech telah terbukti sebagai solusi modern yang akuntabel dan berkelanjutan untuk transformasi digital keuangan kelompok PKK. Kata Kunci: simpan pinjam, PKK Fintech, pengelolaan PKK, pelatihan, literasi digital [English]: Efficient and transparent management of savings and loans is a significant challenge for PKK groups, especially those still using manual methods, leading to miscalculations, late reporting, and a lack of member trust. To address this, training was conducted on Android-based digital financial software through the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, involving participants in problem-solving and evaluation. As a result, the training increased participant understanding by 77%, with 88% being able to operate the software independently, and recording accuracy reaching 91%. The results demonstrated the significant effectiveness of the PKK Fintech software on financial reporting performance, as reflected in: (1) calculation accuracy increased by 83% (errors decreased from 30% to 5%), (2) reporting timeliness increased by 183% (from 30% to 85%), and (3) member trust increased by 38% (from 65% to 90%) with an average effectiveness of 101.3%. The participant satisfaction level reached 80%, indicating positive acceptance. This activity increased the efficiency of savings and loan management and strengthened community participation. The main obstacles were limited access to technology and time for mentoring. For this purpose, developing digital modules, conducting regular training, and expanding the implementation of other PKK groups is recommended. PKK Fintech software has proven to be a modern, accountable, and sustainable solution for PKK groups' digital financial transformation. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan ekonomi Pondok Pesantren Nur Ismail Blumbungan Pamekasan melalui pengembangan produk unggulan berbasis potensi lokal, yaitu Emping Tette Koin Premium, dalam model One Product One Pesantren (OPOP). Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan intensif keterampilan produksi, manajemen mutu, pengemasan, manajemen dokumen, serta pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta mampu menguasai keterampilan produksi sesuai standar SOP dengan capaian di atas 85%, meskipun sebagian kecil masih memerlukan pendampingan tambahan. Uji mutu produk memperlihatkan kualitas yang cukup baik, terutama pada aspek kebersihan, dengan rekomendasi perbaikan pada aspek warna dan ketebalan. Kemampuan pengemasan juga dinilai tinggi dengan tingkat kesesuaian 88,9–96%, meski variasi antar batch masih ditemukan. Dari sisi manajemen dokumen, 72% peserta telah memenuhi standar, sedangkan sisanya masih memerlukan pembinaan lebih lanjut. Pengetahuan pemasaran peserta meningkat secara signifikan, dengan sebagian besar mencapai kenaikan di atas 30%, meskipun terdapat peserta dengan capaian rendah di bawah 25% yang perlu perhatian khusus. Tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program juga sangat baik, berada pada rentang 4,45–4,63 dari skala 5, menandakan kegiatan diterima dengan baik. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas teknis, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan wirausaha peserta, sekaligus memperkuat branding pesantren melalui produk emping premium. Model OPOP ini terbukti efektif mendorong kemandirian finansial dan layak direplikasi pada pesantren lain dengan potensi serupa.

Abstract

Functional pudding, a popular dessert, has attracted attention in recent years due to its potential as a vehicle for delivering health-promoting ingredients. This study investigates the impact of different proportions of stevia leaf extract (Stevia rebaudiana B) on the physicochemical properties of functional pudding. Stevia leaf extract, known for its natural sweetness and negligible impact on blood sugar levels, holds promise as a low-calorie alternative to traditional sweeteners. Through systematic experimentation, various concentrations of stevia leaf extract are incorporated into pudding formulations, and their effects on water content, ash content, fat content, protein content, and carbohydrate content are evaluated. The results indicate significant alterations in the physicochemical characteristics of the pudding samples, with variations observed in water content, ash content, fat content, protein content, and carbohydrate content. Specifically, sample F6, containing the highest proportion of stevia leaf extract, exhibits notable changes, including a high-water content of 88.31%, low ash content of 0.49%, moderate fat content of 0.81%, elevated protein content of 5.35%, and reduced carbohydrate content of 5.02%. These findings underscore the potential of stevia leaf extract as a functional ingredient in pudding formulations and provide insights for the development of healthier dessert options.

Abstract

The implementation of the circular economy concept in the local shallot supply chain of the Rubaru variety still faces various obstacles that need to be overcome. The aim of this research is to determine the level of understanding of the parties involved in the Rubaru variety shallot supply chain regarding the circular economy concept, evaluate its implementation, and formulate strategies that can accelerate the circular economy in the Rubaru variety local shallot supply chain. This research is dominated by qualitative descriptive analysis research supported by SWOT analysis. The research results show that the level of understanding and application of the circular economy concept of parties involved in the Rubaru variety of shallot supply chain is still low because the term circular economy is relatively new. But farmers, agro-industry and household consumers are already implementing simple recycling and reuse concepts. The strategy to accelerate the implementation of a circular economy in the Rubaru variety of red onion supply chain requires increasing synergy between the parties involved, especially in terms of collaboration between farmers, traders, agro-industry and consumers. The development of derivative products such as fried onions, organic fertilizer, bioenergy and shallot paste opens up great opportunities to increase the economic value of shallots while reducing waste.
