Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the business continuity of PT. Eastparc Hotel Tbk, PT. Bukit Uluwatu Village Tbk and PT. Hotel Sahid International Tbk uses secondary data in the form of financial statements for 2019 – 2021. This study uses the Altman Z Score method which is one method for assessing the bankruptcy of a company. The covid 19 pandemic caused a significant decrease in performance at PT. Bukit Uluwatu Village Tbk Z. Z Score PT. Bukit Uluwatu Village Tbk in 2020 was -2,91, it decreased from 0,35 in 2019. Such conditions indicate that PT. Bukit Uluwatu Village Tbk experienced financial distress

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the business continuity of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk by using secondary data in the form of financial statements from 2014 - 2018. This study uses the Altman Z Score method which is one method to assess bankruptcy of a company. The results of the study are based on data taken from PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk from 2014 - 2018 shows that the condition of the company continues to experience a decline in performance, especially in the food sales segment. The closure of several Giant outlets is the company's step in overcoming the financial condition that continues to decline. The results of the assessment by the Z Score method show that PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk experienced financial distress in 2017 (Z Score 1.66) and 2018 (Z Score 1.27). However, the business progress of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk can still be supported by the beauty health and home furnishing segments namely Guardian and IKEA.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelangsungan usaha PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahun 2018 – 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Altman Z Score yang merupakan salah satu metode untuk menilai kebangkrutan suatu perusahaan. Pandemi covid 19 menyebabkan penurunan kinerja yang signifikan di PT. Astra Otoparts. Skor Z PT. Astra Otoparts tahun 2018 sebesar 0,26, tahun 2019 meningkat menjadi 0,31. Skor Z pada tahun 2020 turun menjadi 0,14. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk mengalami kesulitan keuangan (financial distress)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how a theory of contribution of human development index to improving the quality of human resources and economic growth. This type of research is literature research that discusses the presentation and contribution of human development index theory to improving the quality of human resources and human development index to economic growth. This research requires secondary data, such as books and journals in answering the contributions of the theories needed. The results of the study show that based on Todaro's theory regarding human development index and improving the quality of human resources have a close relationship. The relationship between human development index and economic growth is reciprocal and complex. Economic growth can support human development through increased income and investment in education, health, and infrastructure.
