Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of success of futsal athletes in applying playing skills. This research was conducted at the Unesa Futsal GOR with a sample of 25 athletes from the Unesa Women's Futsal UKM. The method used in this research is Waterfall Methods. This method is a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. The results of this study are the FAST application can display graphs and the percentage of success, failure of athletes in carrying out basic technical movements. It can be concluded that the FAST application is suitable for use by coaches to determine futsal playing skills.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to measure the level of speed, agility, and aerobic endurance of floorball in Surabaya. Methods: This type of quantitative descriptive research was used, with data collection techniques in the form of a 30-meter running speed test, flexibility test, aerobic endurance test which later calculated the mean, percentage of the tests that had been carried out by athletes. The sample was determined as many as 15 male athletes with the research time on March 30-31 2022 at Gor Bima, State University of Surabaya. Conclusions: The conclusion that can be drawn from the tests conducted on 15 floorball is that an average score of 84.79% was found in the overall test athletes, namely 30 meter running, bent knee sit-ups, push ups, and MFT.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to develop a test instrument of shooting skill that is valid and reliable on junior high school soccer students (13-15 years) as many as 33 subjects. The approach of this type of research is the development, the sampling using purposive sampling method that has the criteria of Junior High School students aged 13-15 years (male) who are hobbyists and proficient in soccer. The results of the test validity test showed that the level of validity of the instrument shooting skills test on right and left foot 0.89 with perfect category, and has a reliability value of R = 0.78 (medium), left r = 0.83 (high). The conclusion of this study is that the instrument tests of shooting skill with the closest distance to the goal of 15m using the right and left limbs have a level of validity that meets the standards. Thus the instrument tests of shooting skill can be used to measure and assess the technical skills of playing kicking the ball into the football goal at the junior high school level (13-15 years).

Abstract

Guru adalah pendidik profesional dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) tingkat SLTP dalam mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan potensi diri khususnya dalam penilaian penguasaan materi pembelajaran secara objektif. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dengan sasaran utama pada guru-guru PJOK tingkat SLTP di Kabupaten Nganjuk ini mengunakan metode tutorial, diskusi, tugas, dan praktek. Hal ini dimaksudkan sebagai upaya memberi bekal materi khususnya penyusunan dan pengembangan tes dan pengukuran secara umum serta khususnya materi pembelajaran sepakbola. Disamping itu peserta diharapkan mampu membuat perencanaan dan melaksanakan serta mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran praktek khususnya materi sepakbola. Terkait dengan hal tersebut materi PKM melalui pelatihan ini meliputi: Konsep dan Filosofi Pendidikan Jasmani dan Olahraga, Tes dan Pengukuran Olahraga, Pembelajaran Sepakbola, dan Evaluasi Program Keolahragaan. Kegiatan PKM ini menghasilkan produk instrumen tes keterampilan teknik bermain sepakbola untuk tingkat SLTP. Adapun instrumen tesnya terdiri dari 3 (tiga) jenis tes, yaitu: 1) Tes Ketepatan Menendang Bola Sejauh-jauhnya (Long Passing ); 2) Tes Menendang Bola ke Gawang (Shotting); dan 3) Tes Menendang dan Mengobtrol Bola (Passing and Controlling) Berpasangan. Tes keterampilan materi sepakbola tingkat SLTP yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) jenis tes ini memiliki tingkat Face Validitas yang terpercaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis cedera yang sering terjadi, faktor penyebabnya, serta langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan cedera pada atlet bulutangkis di klub PB. Nesia Lamongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi pada 21 atlet berusia 8-23 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan cedera yang paling sering terjadi adalah memar (90,48%), lecet (85,71%), dan kram otot (76,19%), sementara cedera yang jarang terjadi meliputi dislokasi jari (9,52%) dan lutut (23,81%). Faktor utama penyebab cedera adalah kurangnya pemanasan (90,48%), kondisi lapangan yang licin (85,71%), dan kurangnya konsentrasi atlet (71,43%). Untuk pencegahan, pemanasan yang memadai dan perencanaan latihan yang terstruktur sangat penting. Dalam penanganan cedera, istirahat total (95,24%) dan pemberian es (85,71%) adalah langkah yang paling sering dilakukan, namun beberapa langkah penting lainnya masih kurang diterapkan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi mengenai pemanasan yang benar dan penanganan cedera yang komprehensif untuk meminimalkan risiko cedera. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cedera yang paling sering dialami atlet PB. Nesia Lamongan adalah memar pada kaki, yang disebabkan oleh faktor internal seperti kurangnya pemanasan dan kondisi fisik yang tidak optimal, serta faktor eksternal seperti lapangan buruk dan sepatu yang tidak sesuai. Dislokasi jari jarang terjadi berkat teknik yang benar.

Abstract

Sports development programs in higher education institutions have distinct characteristics compared to professional clubs or training centers, thus requiring systematic and contextual program evaluation. The Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Student Activity Unit at Universitas Negeri Surabaya plays a strategic role in developing students’ achievements in pencak silat. However, the effectiveness of the implemented training program needs to be examined empirically to ensure program quality and sustainability. This study aimed to evaluate the pencak silat training development program of the PSHT Student Activity Unit at Universitas Negeri Surabaya using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). A descriptive evaluative approach was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 30 athletes, one coach, and one student organization leader as key informants, and were complemented by interviews. Quantitative descriptive analysis was applied to questionnaire data and reinforced by qualitative analysis of interview results. The findings indicate that, overall, the PSHT training development program at Universitas Negeri Surabaya was categorized as very good. The context and process components achieved very good ratings, reflecting clear program objectives and effective training implementation. Meanwhile, the input and product components were rated as good, indicating that resources and performance outcomes supported the program, although further optimization is required. These findings confirm the effectiveness of the CIPP model as an evaluation tool for sports development programs in higher education settings.
