Abstract

Islamic banks still lack encouraging growth, both network and business volume, compared to the growth of conventional banks. This is indicated by the small number of Islamic banks, especially in Kolaka Regency. Islamic banks in Kolaka Regency are only 2 (two) Islamic banks, namely Bank Muamalat Tbk Kolaka and Bank BNI Syariah Kolaka. The majority of the Kolaka Regency community is Muslim. But the public's knowledge about Islamic banks in Kolaka Regency, especially in rural areas, it is still very limited. Urban communities regarding their knowledge about Islamic banks are well known. Because, there are already urban people who make every transaction in Islamic banks and urban communities feel that Islamic banks do indeed have to be further enhanced according to the teachings given by Allah SWT the perception of urban and rural communities there is no significant difference. Because, the urban community's knowledge of Islamic banks is only limited to savings products that are superior in society while other products are still lacking in knowledge as well as rural

Abstract

Lembah Subur Village is one of the villages of 12 villages in Dangia sub-district, East Kolaka district which was founded in 2002, which has a majority of farmers. Besides farmers in their own gardens, there are also farmers who work in other people's gardens. Then there is a collaboration for agricultural production based on kinship and trust of each party, and a contract that is carried out orally. So that the implementation has no legal force and there is no strong evidence that an agreement has occurred between the two parties.The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the mechanism of the agreement for the results of the cocoa farming sector in Lembah Subur Village, Dangia District, East Kolaka Regency? and how is the implementation of the musaqah contract in the cocoa farming sector in Lembah Subur Village, Dangia District, East Kolaka Regency? The objectives were to determine the mechanism of the production sharing agreement in the cocoa farming sector in Lembah Subur Village and to determine the implementation of the musaqah contract in the cocoa farming sector in Lembah Subur Village, Dangia District, East Kolaka Regency.The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, the research location is in Lembah Subur Village, Dangia District, East Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. Primary data is data obtained directly from sources while secondary data comes from various sources related to this research, such as books, journals and others. Methods of data collection through observation, interviews and documentation then reduce data, present data and draw conclusions.The results showed that the agricultural production sharing agreement was made by the owner of the garden and the tenant farmers, where all the costs were borne by the owner of the garden while the tenants only took care, watered and spent their energy and time. The production sharing agreement mechanism is carried out orally with the sharing of the results based on the agreement of the two parties. The agricultural production sharing system between garden owners and tenant farmers in Lembah Subur Village is appropriate because it has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of the musaqah contract.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the development strategies for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) from the perspective of Islamic economics in Kolaka Regency. It is a descriptive study that narrates the condition of MSMEs in Kolaka Regency. Data collection involves observations, interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis following the steps of qualitative research analysis, such as data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and SWOT analysis. The research findings suggest that the appropriate development strategy for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Kolaka Regency supports an aggressive growth-oriented approach.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dalam prespektif ekonomi syariah di kabupaten kolaka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menguraikan secara narasi tentang kondisi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di kabupaten kolaka.  Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi data dan triangulasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dilaksanakan meliputi analisis deskriptif yang berpedoman pada langkah-langkah analisis penelitian kualitatif seperti reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan juga analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang sesuai untuk diterapkan pada kabupaten kolaka adalah strategi yang mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth-oriented strategy).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of gaps in research results and is reinforced by the phenomenon that occurs in Tabita Skincare Cream users in Kolaka Regency, which are still widely used by consumers, but these cosmetic products have not been registered with the BPOM agency. This study aims to measure the effect of product quality and trust on customer loyalty to Tabita skincare cream users in the Kolaka Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 50 respondents. Data analysis was processed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with PLS analysis techniques. The study results indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to Tabita skincare cream users in Kolaka Regency. This is evidenced by the t-count, which is 9,816, which is higher than the t-table value of 1,299, and the trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty because the t-count value obtained from the results of data processing is 2.505 higher than the value t-table is 1.299. Then the product quality and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the influence of 51.1%, and other variables explain the remaining 48.1% besides those studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Discipline on Employee Performance of the Kolaka Regency Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office, (2) The Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of the Kolaka Regency Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office. The sample in this study amounted to 39 respondents using the sampling technique, namely the census. Research instrument testing using validity test and reliability test with SPSS 22.0. The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.810 and P-Values of 0.002, variables and organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statictic value of 1.828 and P-Values of 0.034.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of work life balance on employee performance PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. (2) The Effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. The sample for this study was 184 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the work life balance variables as shown by the P-Value of 0.021. While the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance as shown by the P-Value of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this Study was to determine: (1)Ritualistic influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka).(2)Consequential influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka). This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all female students at the University of nineteen November Kolaka with a total sample of 110 respondents using purposive sampling.Testing research instrumentusing validity and reability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analisis technique used in this research is Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) bades on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that the ritualistic variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavioras indicated by a P-Value of 0.000 and the Consequential variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior as indicated by a P-Value of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of Brand Awareness on Purchase Interest of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products, (2) the influence of Brand image on Purchase Interest of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products, (3) the influence of Brand Awareness on the Brand Image of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products. The influence of Brand Awareness on the Brand Image of Wardah kolaka's. The sample used was 110 respondents with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of research data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study show that Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. This is evidenced by the t-count or t-statistic value of 4.580 greater than the t-table value of 0.338, and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest, where the t-count or t-statistic value of 8.263 is greater than the t-table value of 0.533.

This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of compensation on job satisfaction of employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. (2) The Influence of Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation studies, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees who work at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 34 people, with the sample determined using census techniques. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Compensation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, which is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.020. And the Motivation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, this is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Cyberloafing studi pada OPD Lingkup Kabupaten Kolaka. (2) Pengaruh Konflik Peran terhadap Cyberloafing studi pada OPD Lingkup Kabupaten Kolaka. (3) Pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Cyberloafing studi pada OPD Lingkup Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka, Obsevasi, Wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan Dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai OPD Lingkup Kabupaten Kolaka. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 278 responden. dengan menggunakan teknik Stratified random sampling atau berstrata Proporsional yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan bila populasi bersifat heterogen atau lebih dari satu organisasi atau hingga harus ditentukan strata secara proporsional yang dapat mewakili jumlah populasi yang ada. Pengujian Instrumen Penelitian menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas dengan SPSS 22.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan pengujian Measurement Model (outer model) dan pengujian model Structural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 4.0. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variable Beban Kerja terhadap Cyberloafing hal ini ditunjukan dari nilai P-Value sebesar 0.000. kemudian variable Konflik Peran juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Cyberloafing hal ini ditunjukan dari nilai P-Value sebesar 0.000. dan variable stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Cyberloafing hal ini ditunjukan dari nilai P-Value sebesar 0.048.
