Perpustakaan adalah lembaga pengelola informasi yang diadakan untuk kepentingan pengguna atau user dalam pemanfaatan suatu kebutuhan informasi. Perpustakaan memiliki para ahli dalam pengelolaannya, yaitu pustakawan. Keberadaan profesi pustakawan sangat berpengaruh di perpustakaan agar lebih baik lagi untuk masa akan datang dalam memenuhi standart etika hubungan antar rekan pustakawan atau hubungan antar profesi lain. Pustakawan sebagai sebuah profesi tentu mempunyai kode etik sebagai. Kode etik dalam lingkup profesi pustakawan sangatlah berguna dalam mengatur hubungan antar sesama profesi maupun dengan masyarakat. Tujuan kode etik adalah sebagai pedoman untuk menjaga kehormatan, martabat, citra seorang yang professional. Sangat mengedepankan martabat profesi dan menjaga pandangan ataupun kesan dari pihak luar maupun masyarakat. Disamping itu untuk menjaga dan memelihara kesejahteraan anggotanya, baik lahir maupun batin. Kode Etik diperlukan bahkan wajib diberlakukan kepada para tenaga professional, seperti pustakawan. Kode etik profesi juga untuk meningkatkan mutu organisasi profesi. Sebagai payung, pengawas dan mengontrol kode etik profesi pustakawan adalah lembaga atau organisasi profesi yang bertugas mengatur dan menetapkan prinsip-prinsip profesionalisme dan etika pustakawan.

Kebun Raya Cibodas saat ini memiliki 8 koleksi tanaman dengan 2.040 jenis, dan 11.746 spesimen. Dengan luas yang mencapai 84,99 hektar dan banyaknya tanaman di Kebun Raya Cibodas, seringkali pengunjung maupun peneliti kesulitan menemukan lokasi tanaman yang ada, begitu juga informasi yang terkait dengan tanaman-tanaman tersebut. Untuk itu dibutukan dibutuhkan rute dan jarak yang paling minimum (terkecil) dalam mencapai lokasi tanaman tersebut. terdekat dan tercepat manakah yang bisa ditempuh. Tujuan penelitian adalah melakukan pemetaan lokasi tanaman Kebun Raya Cibodas berbasis Android. Ada pun tahapan métode penelitian yang dilakuan adalah : 1) Penentuan titik koordinat tanaman, 2) Melengkapi dengan informasi terkait jenis tanaman (nama latín, family, dll), 3) Pembuatan rute perjalanan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Floyd Warshall, 4) Pembuatan Augmented Reality (AR). Produk Luaran yang akan dihasilkan adalah Teknologi Tepat Guna, dimana pengunjung dan peneliti dapat dengan cepat mengetahui lokasi tanaman, kemudian ditunjukkan rute terdekat ke lokasi tersebut, serta dapat menampilkan informasi terkait tanaman yang diinginkan.

Abstract: This article discusses the learning outcomes of high school students using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) approach. The purpose of this article is to describe how student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain in learning physics at SMA Negeri 2 Jember using the PBL model with the STEM approach. This type of research uses true experiment research and the sample of this study is students of class X MIPA 6 in SMA Negeri 2 Jember. Data collected through the method of Student Worksheets (LKS) and tests. The instrument used in this study was a student learning achievement test in the form of a posttest. The data obtained were analyzed using the N-gain test in order to know the increase in student learning outcomes before and after using the PBL model with the STEM approach. The results of this study is the use of the PBL model with the STEM approach can improve student learning outcomes X MIPA 6 in SMA Negeri 2 Jember.

This research aims to find out how to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on the organizational innovation capabilities of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Dharma, Kolaka Regency. This research uses explanatory research using quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques are literature study, distribution of questionnaires. Furthermore, the population in this study was all employees of PDAM Tirta Dharma Kolaka Regency. The sampling technique uses the census method. Testing the research instrument uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart-PLS application. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate had a Positive and Significant influence on the Organization's Innovation Capability.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Quality of Work Life on commitment to female lecturers at USN Kolaka. (2) The effect of Quality of Work Life on job satisfaction of USN Kolaka female lecturers. (3) The effect of organizational culture moderates the effect of Quality of Work Life on the commitment of USN Kolaka female lecturers. (4) The effect of organizational culture moderates the Quality of Work life on job satisfaction of USN Kolaka female lecturers. This study used a quantitative method. The data collection was observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population of this study were all female lecturers at USN Kolaka, totaling 109 female lecturers. The sample of this study was 109 female lecturers. The instrument used were validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study was the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of the study show that there it is a positive and significant influence between the Quality of Work Life variable on commitment as shown by the P-Value of 0.000. Like wise, the variable Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indikated by the P-Value of 0.019. Where as the moderation, organizational culture does not moderate Quality of Work Life towords commitment, this is indicated by the t-statistic value showing a value of 0.882 with a P-Value of 0.220. Furthermore, the moderation of organizational culture does not moderate Quality of Work Life on job satisfaction, this is indicated by the t-statistic value showing a value of 0.774 with a P-Value of 0.189.

This study aims to find out: (1) The Effect of Perceived Brand Value on Brand Loyalty in Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. (2) The influence of Consumer Involvement on increasing Brand loyalty for Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. This study adopts a quantitative methodology; to collect data, it makes use of observation, literature review, and questionnaire distribution. All riders of Suzuki Brand Motorcycles in Kolaka Regency make up the study's population. whereas 120 persons made up the study's sample. Testing With SPSS 25.0, this research tool does validity and reliability tests. This study employed data analysis methods, specifically, the evaluation of the measurement model (outer model) and the examination of the structural model (inner model) using Smart PLS 4.0. A t-statistic value of 6,545 with a P-Value of 0.000 and a t-statistic value of 2,375 with a P-Value of 0.019, respectively, show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable perceived brand value and brand loyalty, and between the variable consumer involvement and brand loyalty.

The purpose of this Study was to determine: (1)Ritualistic influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka).(2)Consequential influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka). This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all female students at the University of nineteen November Kolaka with a total sample of 110 respondents using purposive sampling.Testing research instrumentusing validity and reability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analisis technique used in this research is Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) bades on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that the ritualistic variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavioras indicated by a P-Value of 0.000 and the Consequential variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior as indicated by a P-Value of 0.000

This study aims to find out: (1)Effect Of Emotional Intelligence on Organisational Culture On The Nurse Nurse Performance(Study on Emergency on nurse performance (Study on emergency room and Intensive Care nurse of Benyamin Guluh hospital/kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). (2) Effect of Organizational Culture on Nurse Performance (Study on Emergency room and Intensive Care Unit nurses of Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods.Data collection in this study through observation, literature study and questionnaires. The population of this study ware all emergency room and intensive care unit nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD. While the sampel of this study amounted to 30 nurses with the determination of the sample using purpositive sampling with hair formula. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.005.And the Organizational Culture variable also has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance, this is indicated by the P-Values value of 0.037.

This research aims to find out how HRM strategies can improve Competitive Advantage in the case study of Esy Tourism in Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The informants in this research consisted of the owner and all employees. Esy Tourism. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses an interactive model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the HRM strategy in increasing the competitive advantage of Esy tourism MSMEs still does not fully use the HRM strategy, where employee recruitment still uses a family basis and is not competent according to the HRM strategy, but other strategies already use the strategy. HRM.
