Abstract

Bank Muamalat Indonesia is a bank financial institution whose operations are based on the Koran and Hadith with the aim of creating a sound financial or banking service system, free of usury or interest systems. The products in Bank Muamalat Indonesia have diversity, including the KPRS iB Muamalat financing product which uses two contracts, one of which is the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract.The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the implementation of musyarakah mutanaqishah financing on the Sharia Home Ownership Group product at Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka? And how is the effectiveness of risk management implementation of musyarakah mutaqishah financing on Sharia Home Ownership Group products in overcoming problematic customer problems at Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka? The research objectives were to determine the implementation of musyarakah mutanaqishah financing on the Sharia House Ownership Group product at Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka, and to determine the effectiveness of risk management implementation of Musyarakah mutanaqishah financing on Sharia Home Ownership Collections products at Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka.The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, the location and time of the study is at Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka. While the research instrument used observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation guidelines. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data triangulation, data display, and data verification and conclusion drawing.The results showed that employees and customers related to risk management of Musyarakah Mutanaqishah financing for Sharia House Ownership Collections were effective in overcoming problems faced by customers related to efforts to own houses and shop houses. This is proven through risk management at Bank Muamalat. Includes risk management for customers operational risk, marketing risk and competition risk

Abstract

The background of this journal is that by seeing many generations now, they are not paying enough attention to how to implement noble character in their daily interactions. Morals and ethics are human behavior in everyday life that has been attached to someone. In this study, it consists of 5 problem formulations namely (1) what is moral and ethical understanding (2) how moral values in Islam (3) refer to and explain the distribution of morals (4) how to base morals and (5) write and explain moral character. With the aim to find out how moral values in Islam, the distribution of morals, the principles of morals and moral characteristics in Islam. The method of writing this journal is a descriptive method. In this paper the author discusses the notion of morals and ethics, values, division of morals, moral principles, and moral characteristics in Islam, this method of research methods that provide explanations using analysis. In its implementation, this method is more likely to focus more on the theoretical / legal basis. The results show: (1) what is the meaning of morals and ethics, namely morality concerning matters relating to good, bad, right and wrong actions in the actions of a human being whose role models come from the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet. Whereas ethics originating from cultural results and customs in a place that prevails in a society (2) how moral values ​​in Islam are moral values ​​derived from the rules and revelations of Allah and the instructions of Rausl saw. (3) write and explain the division of morals namely morals are divided into two, namely noble morals (easy) means noble and despicable morals (mazmumah) means morals that are forbidden or disliked by Allah (bad deeds) (4) how moral principles are morals are things that are fair to every human being such as: a. Adab to God, b. Adab to the Messenger of Allah. c. respect the old and love the small (young) d. Be trusty e. reconcile those who disagree f. Enthusiasm and (5) write and explain moral characteristics, namely a. believe in Allah and follow the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH which is guaranteed to obtain happiness in the prayer and always exposes himself to Allah. c. avoid empty talk and vain creation, d. fulfill zakat to purify the soul, d. keep the sanctity of the biological relationship by not doing it except for what is lawful e) maintain the mandate entrusted to him f) fulfill the promise he made g) discipline in perform prayers h) tawadhu 'i) roomy against bodo people j) diligent k) fear of Allah and his punishment l) behave naturally m) clean from adultery n) do not want to be false witnesses o) do not want to fellowship with people who like to do things that are not useful, p) stay away from that action to welcome someone who invites goodness and accepts all advice.

Abstract

Contributions are donations that can be in the form of material, thoughts, and actions. Character education is education that fosters a student in developing the goodness that is in him, because basically all humans have the potential for goodness that is in each of us, and with education that potential for goodness can be raised and developed. The book of ta'lim muta'llim is one of the reference books that is widely used in Islamic boarding schools, in this book it discusses the things that must be done by students in achieving blessed knowledge. The formulation of the problem in this study, what are the values of character education contained in the book of ta’lim muta'llim and how is the contribution of the book of ta'lim muta'llim in shaping the character of the students of Al Mawaddah Islamic boarding school Warrahmah Kolaka. The purpose of the research is to find out the values of character education contained in the book of the ta'lim muta'llim and its contribution in shaping the character of the students of the Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka Islamic boarding school. The results of the study show that the character values in the ta'lim muta'llim book, especially in the discussion of the exaltation of knowledge and teachers, in this chapter explain a number of things which are then instilled in every student at the Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka Islamic boarding school as a form of character education. As for some of these things, namely, (1) may not pass in front of the teacher, even if they are forced to pass in front of the teacher, they want to ask permission in our tradition mello tabe, (2) do not occupy the teacher's seat, (3) do not start the speaker when we are called to face him other than with his permission, (4) not to look at his face when dealing with him, (5) not to ask something that can make the teacher bored when he is tired, (6) be disciplined, (7) seek the teacher's approval, and (8) trying not to make the teacher angry.

Abstract

This research discusses that every human being will definitely be given a disaster and that is a certainty. Many verses and hadiths explain the certainty of disaster. Allahﷻ has absolute will and power to give disaster to His servants. Trying to understand the disaster based on the thoughts of Imam Ibnu Katsir, Abdurrahman As-Sa'di and Teungku Muhammad Hasbi. Disaster As for the interpretation of Al-Qur'anul Adzhim, Taisir al-Karim ar-Rahman Fi Tafsir Kalam an-Mannan and Al-Qur'anul Majid An-Nur. The three interpretations were chosen because they have their respective advantages, namely the interpretation of Al-Qur'anul Adzhim bil riwayah interpretation, the interpretation of Taisir al-Karim ar-Rahman Fi The interpretation of Kalam an-Mannan is clear and concise and the interpretation of An-Nur the interpretation of Indonesian which is easy to understand . The background of this research is the number of verses that discuss disasters that are relevant to real life. The focus of the discussion in this study is the similarities and differences in the word calamity in the interpretations of Ibn Katsir, Tafsir An-Nur and Tafsir As-Sa'di as well as the causes and wisdom of calamities in ten verses of calamity namely QS. Al-Baqarah (2):155-157, QS. Al-Imran (3):165, QS. Al Imran (3):165, QS. An-Nisa (4):62, QS. An-Nisa (4): 72, QS. Al Maidah (5): 106, QS. At Tawba (9):50, QS. Al Qashash (28): 47, QS. As-Shura (42):30, QS. Al-Hadid (57):22 and QS. At-Taghabun (64): 11. The methodology used in this research is text research. This type of research uses the library research method of the study of revelation texts, namely research on the texts of the Al-Qur'an, namely examining the verses of the word calamity in the Al-Qur'an. The results of this study indicate that the interpretations of Ibnu Katsir, Tafsir An-Nur and Tafsir As-Sa'di have similarities and differences in understanding the word disaster. In the interpretation of Ibn Kathir he does not explain in detail, he interprets the word disaster as a disaster. whereas in the interpretation of An-Nur he interprets a disaster as a disaster, a threat and punishment, then the interpretation of As-Sa'di interprets it as a disaster and punishment. As for the causes of disasters, namely qada and qadhar Allahﷻ which were written in Lauhul Mahfudz before creating nature, with the permission of Allahﷻ and human actions themselves. As for the meaning of calamity, that is to insult/denounce the hypocrites, to separate those who are honest from those who lie, those who are patient and those who are impatient, not to diminish the faith of a believer or to turn them away from their religion, to teach us to be grateful and patient and pray, a way to get reward, and others.

Abstract

Revolusi digital membawa dampak signifikan pada sistem pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan Islam. Teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) kini mulai diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek pembelajaran, menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi pembelajaran pendidikan Islam melalui teknologi AI, dengan fokus pada potensi, tantangan, dan strategi penerapan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dengan pendidik serta pakar teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat mendukung personalisasi pembelajaran, otomatisasi administrasi, dan aksesibilitas sumber daya. Namun, tantangan berupa kesiapan infrastruktur, kompetensi guru, dan isu etika tetap menjadi hambatan. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan AI dalam pendidikan Islam di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam persepsi pemuda terhadap organisasi kepemudaan serta implikasinya terhadap minat mereka untuk bergabung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis guna mengungkap makna yang dibangun pemuda terkait keberadaan, relevansi, dan fungsi organisasi kepemudaan dalam konteks sosialnya. Informan dipilih melalui teknik purposive dan snowball sampling dengan kriteria pemuda berusia 18–40 tahun, pernah atau belum pernah terlibat dalam organisasi kepemudaan, serta bersedia memberikan informasi secara reflektif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara sistematis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pemuda dibentuk oleh beberapa faktor utama, yaitu relevansi program, kualitas kepemimpinan, pengalaman interaksi, citra organisasi, lingkungan sosial, dan tingkat transparansi organisasi. Persepsi positif muncul ketika organisasi mampu menyediakan program yang adaptif dan inovatif, menerapkan kepemimpinan yang inklusif, serta menciptakan ruang partisipasi yang setara, sedangkan persepsi negatif terbentuk ketika program dinilai stagnan, kepemimpinan bersifat hierarkis, dan komunikasi organisasi kurang transparan. Persepsi tersebut berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat pemuda untuk bergabung, di mana keterlibatan hanya terjadi apabila pemuda melihat adanya manfaat nyata, kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan, dan konsistensi nilai organisasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pembenahan desain program, peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan, serta penguatan strategi komunikasi digital agar organisasi kepemudaan lebih relevan dan menarik bagi generasi muda

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam strategi komunikasi yang digunakan pemuda dalam penyelesaian konflik organisasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada pemahaman terhadap dinamika komunikasi, kemampuan pengelolaan emosi, serta konteks sosial-budaya yang membentuk cara pemuda merespons konflik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen organisasi, termasuk notulen rapat dan percakapan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemuda menerapkan strategi komunikasi yang adaptif, mencakup komunikasi asertif, pemanfaatan media digital, dialog tatap muka, dan pendekatan kolaboratif. Strategi ini digunakan secara situasional sesuai tingkat ketegangan konflik dan hubungan antaraktor yang terlibat. Temuan penelitian juga mengungkap bahwa kecerdasan emosional berperan penting dalam memoderasi efektivitas strategi komunikasi, di mana pemuda dengan kemampuan regulasi emosi yang baik lebih mampu menciptakan suasana dialog yang konstruktif. Selain itu, budaya organisasi, pengalaman berorganisasi, dan suasana kerja internal turut memengaruhi pola komunikasi yang berkembang. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada penguatan literatur komunikasi organisasi yang berfokus pada generasi muda. Secara praktis, temuan ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk merancang program peningkatan kompetensi komunikasi, pelatihan manajemen konflik, serta pengembangan mekanisme mediasi yang inklusif dalam organisasi kepemudaan. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang kajian lanjutan mengenai integrasi komunikasi digital dan tatap muka dalam manajemen konflik pemuda

Abstract

Kegiatan kepramukaan merupakan salah satu bentuk pendidikan nonformal yang memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan keterampilan peserta didik, terutama pada aspek pendidikan karakter dan life skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kegiatan kepramukaan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan peserta didik melalui pendekatan pendidikan karakter dan kecakapan hidup. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap pembina pramuka, peserta didik, serta pihak sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan kepramukaan berkontribusi positif dalam membentuk sikap disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, kepemimpinan, dan kemandirian peserta didik. Selain itu, kepramukaan juga berperan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman yang diterapkan dalam kepramukaan mampu mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor secara holistik. Dengan demikian, kegiatan kepramukaan dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana pendukung yang efektif dalam pengembangan keterampilan peserta didik apabila dilaksanakan secara terencana, berkelanjutan, dan didukung oleh pembina yang kompeten serta kebijakan sekolah yang kondusif.
