Abstract

The existence of counselors in Special Capital Region of Jakarta is following the regulation of the Ministry of Religion in carrying out guidance following their duties and functions. The development of globalization is moving very fast both in technology and science. This acceleration is related to the digital era and the state of culture. However, the implementation of guidance carried out by the counselors in Jakarta is still experiencing dynamics, especially in the factor of the dynamics of the counselors. This study uses a phenomenological approach and an interpretive paradigm including the types of data, data sources, primary data sources, and secondary data sources. In this study, the data was analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. This study implemented the theory of public spaces. The results of this study indicate that the first factor of the dynamics of religious instructors is internal factors; extension education, understanding of Hinduism, tasks, and challenges of life. Secondly, the external factors; dialectics of communication and the development of information technology, adjustment, and ethical tolerance of extension workers. This is as a self-help extension in life to guide a form of applying devotional values ​​to Hyang Widhi Wasa.

Abstract

Family life is the main concern to mold the next generation and the future of the family. The existence of the family is sometimes hampered due to parenting and communication that is not done properly in the family. The subject of this problem discusses the parenting style of children in family life and communication strategies to form children who are suputra. The method used in this study is qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach and a relational dialectic analysis knife. The findings of this study are the types of (a) authoritarian parenting, (b) democratic parenting, (c) permissive parenting, (d) situational parenting.  The parenting style applied by parents has a profound impact on the formation of their children's character. The approach to relational dialectics emphasizes the importance of open and constructive dialogue between parents and children. Parents are not only the authority that gives orders, but also partners in the learning process and growth of their children. Parents can help children develop problem-solving and decision-making skills that are essential for facing life's challenges. The education provided by parents to children should be oriented to the needs of children as biopsychosocial-religious beings and use methods that are in accordance with the development of children, both their physical-biological development, their psychological development, social development and the development of their religiosity. Communication strategies that can be built are Setting a Positive Example, Talking About Moral Values, Giving Praise and Reward, Gently Giving Direction and Correction, Talking About the Consequences of Actions, Setting Clear Rules and Boundaries, and Making Time for Family Quality.

Abstract

Abstrak The research aims to explain the tasks and functions of the in-depth informative extension that provides the construction of Hindu people in South Sumatra, knowing how to provide information on the Infomative counseling program in solving problems that often And the success of the informative counseling program in South Sumatra. This type of research uses a descriptive method of qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted by interview, observation, and collection of skunder data, while the technical data analysis is done by reducing the data display (data presentation), verfication and withdrawal of conclusions. In this study, the authors interviewed 10 informant, 6 non-civil servants, and 4 Hindus in South Sumatra. The results showed that from the informative counselling program, the spiritual Guidance program, the economic program of the general, the National educational Mental program can ward off negative issues that often occur in South Sumatra. There are factors Supporting the implementation of informative outreach program is the support of non-civil servants as well as all the concentrations of Hindus in South Sumatra so that the success of informative extension program runs optimally and is quite good. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan proses penyuluhan yang dilakukan dengan adanya media yang digunakan dalam bentuk pemanfaatan IT, namun dalam penerapannya banyak umat yang tidak dapat dapat mengaksesnya. Pokok permasalahannya adalah proses pembinaan umat Hindu yang ada di Kabupaten Bengkayang dan Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan teori media baru dan dalam mengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Pemanfaatan IT untuk pembinaan umat hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan adanya masyarakat virtual yang dalam masa pandemic mengharuskan jaga jarak dan menggunakan media virtua berupa zoom, WA dan media social lainnya. Selain itu adanya keterbukaan informasi dari umat sehingga tidak hanya daring saja dalam pembinaan namun sekali waktu adanya pertemuan terbatas sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan. 2) Program penyuluh dan kebutuhan umat, dalam hal ini dilakukan dengan adanya pembinaan yang dibutuhkan oleh umat dan bersifat berlanjut serta adaptasi dari lingkungan dan media yang ada dalam konteks kearifan local yang ada. 3) Pembinaan dan praktik langsung di lapangan hal ini diharapkan untuk memperdalam proses pembinaan yang berlingkup tri kerangka dasar keagamaan Hindu yang berlingkup pada tattwa, susila dan acara. 4) Pelatihan dan kompetensi penyuluh sebagai kunci dalam pemahaman penyuluh sebagai garda terdepan umat untuk pembinaan umat dengan tetap menghormati situasi, kondisi dan keadaan.

Abstract

The development of digital media has significantly transformed patterns of religious literacy, including within the context of Hinduism. Religious websites no longer function merely as information platforms but have become discursive spaces that shape religious understanding, attitudes, and character formation. This study aims to analyze the management strategies of the melekHindu.com website in developing Hindu religious literacy in the digital era. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through literature review, non-participant observation, and in-depth interviews with the website manager, editor, and contributors. Data were analyzed using Norman Fairclough’s critical discourse analysis to examine the relationship between text, discursive practices, and social context. The findings indicate that value-based content management, editorial curation, and community participation play a crucial role in strengthening religious moderation and Hindu character education. The study concludes that melekHindu.com functions as a reflective and transformative digital literacy medium that supports the development of moderate, ethical, and contextually grounded Hindu religious understanding.
