Abstract

MI Darul Hasan Elementary School (SD) Tangerang, Banten is one of the educational units at MI level in Cipondoh Makmur, Kec. Cipondoh, Tangerang City, Banten. Introducing computer technology to students is crucial in facing the increasingly developing digital era. Community service in the form of introducing computer technology to students is an effort to improve and introduce computer components among children. Community service is carried out at SD MI Darul Hasan Tangerang-Banten with the aim of providing students with an understanding of computer technology, especially computer components, by providing training and forcing students. With this service, it is hoped that students' understanding of basic computer concepts and knowledge of technology in everyday learning will increase. With this activity, it is hoped that students will be better prepared to face technological developments in the future. The success of this service can also be used as a model for similar activities in other educational institutions to support the development of digital knowledge among children

Abstract

Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) is one of the algorithms in Machine Learning. Machine Learning that estimates the linear coefficient equations involved in one or more independent variables that can predict the value of the variable of interest. Algorithms used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of other variables. Based on 2021 data at the Information Technology Certification Center (TCC), it can be seen that the quality and quantity of Microsoft International Certification graduates is decreasing. In the pre-pandemic MOS certification, the percentage of passes was seventy-two percent (72%), while in the MOS certification during the pandemic the percentage of passes dropped to fifty-two percent (52%). Based on the results of the MLR trial test on the dataset of MOS-Word and MCF-AI certification test participants, a calculation formula is obtained as a benchmark in assessing the MOS-Word and MCF AI certification scores. The study provides specific recommendations to optimize certification training programs by tailoring materials to address critical competencies and participant needs. Additionally, a predictive formula developed in this research can serve as a self-assessment tool for participants to evaluate their readiness for certification tests. These findings underscore the potential of MLR as a robust analytical tool for improving certification processes, enhancing training effectiveness, and ensuring better outcomes for participants. This research contributes to advancements in machine learning applications within education and professional development contexts.

Abstract

This Community Service program aims to strengthen the digital competence of teachers at MA Annida Al-Islamy through Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification preparation. The primary issue identified was the basic level of office application mastery, which fell below global standards. The method involved preliminary surveys, needs analysis, material preparation, hands-on technical workshops based on participant interests (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and evaluation. Results from 15 participants showed significant success, with an average perceived competence improvement of 92.4%. Additionally, over 85% of technical challenges during trivia sessions were answered correctly. Program outputs, including digital modules and video tutorials, were provided to support sustainable self-paced learning. This training effectively enhanced educators' technical readiness and confidence in meeting international competency standards.

Abstract

Information Technology Certification Center (ITCC) is an institution responsible for implementing certification at ITPLN, with a focus on certification in the field of technology. Currently, ITCC still uses a conventional system in managing its archives. To overcome this, a web-based quality management audit application has been designed using the Agile approach. The Agile approach was chosen because of its ability to increase development efficiency, provide flexibility in customizing applications according to needs, and accelerate project completion. The resulting application is also more adaptive to user feedback and supports a dynamic audit process. The development of this application involves the use of the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and testing using the Blackbox testing method.
