Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan yang selanjutnya disebut PKH adalah program pemberian bantuan sosial bersyarat yang diperuntukkan bagi rumah tangga miskin. Rumah tangga di katakan miskin apabila kepala rumah tangga tidak atau kurang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pokoknya. Untuk meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga, seluruh anggota keluarga yang sudah dewasa bekerja, termasuk para wanita anggota dari rumah tangga tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis curahan tenaga kerja dan kontribusi pendapatan wanita tani keluarga miskin penerima PKH di Kecamatan Kedungadem, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Analisis data untuk mengetahui besarnya curahan tenaga kerja dan besarnya kontribusi dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pemilihan desa penerima PKH paling rendah adalah Desa Duwel sebanyak 42 rumah tangga, dan Desa Tlogoagung dengan jumlah penerima PKH paling tinggi yaitu 216 rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Curahan tenaga kerja wanita tani terhadap usahatani rumah tangga miskin di Desa Duwel adalah 58,96 HOK/MT, sedangkan di Desa Tlogoagung adalah 62,85 HOK/MT, (2) Pendapatan wanita tani dalam kegiatan usahatani Di Desa Duwel sebesar Rp 1.428.333 /tahun, sedangkan di Desa Tlogoagung sebesar Rp 1.438.889/tahun, (3) Pendapatan wanita tani pada kegiatan luar usahatani di Desa Duwel sebesar Rp 880.000/tahun, sedangkan di Desa Tlogoagung sebesar Rp 240.000/tahun, 4) Kontribusi pendapatan wanita tani terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani miskin di Desa Duwel adalah sebesar 7,6 %, sedangkan di Desa Tlogoagung kontribusinya sebesar Rp 8,1 %.

Abstract

Fried chicken is a dish made by coating chicken in flour and then deep-frying it, resulting in a crispy outer layer and tender meat inside. It has become a popular processed food choice that is readily available and offers various prices, making it a promising franchise business.  With the government's strict regulations on food safety, including halal food requirements, many fried chicken entrepreneurs display halal certificates in their outlets to attract customers.  This study aimed to investigate whether the availability of halal labels influences the purchase decision of fried chicken among consumers.  Data was collected using questionnaires. The respondents were collected using Non-Probability Sampling.  Then they were analyzed through the Simple Regression Test in SPSS.  The results showed that 61.9% of consumers considered halal variables as a factor in their purchasing decision, suggesting that halal labels influence consumers' buying behavior.  This finding is in line with the fact that the majority of the people in Jatirogo Subdistrict are Muslim, and halal food is a significant requirement for them.  The study highlights the importance of understanding the characteristics and needs of consumers in the culinary business and the significance of halal certification in attracting Muslim consumers.  This research serves as a valuable evaluation material for culinary business developers to better understand their target market and cater to their needs to attract more customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sidokumpul Kecamatan Bangilan Kabupaten Tuban pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juli 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi kelayakan usaha ternak sapi potong pada peternak skala kecil dengan sampel berjumlah 62 peternak terseleksi dengan metode purposive sampling. Survey menggunkan kuesioner tersturktur dengan melakukan wawancara pada responden untuk memperoleh data primer. Data skunder diperoleh dari laporan ilmihan, catatan atau dokumentasi dari instansi terkait maupun literatur atau refrensi yang relevan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis data yang digunakan Return Cost Ratio (R/C), dan Net Present Value diolah secara kuantitatif. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil usaha selama 5 tahun keuntungan dan kelayakan usaha ternak sapi potong tidak dapat di tentukan dari karakteristik umur, pendidikan, jenis kelamin dan pengalaman beternak, berdasarkan analisi R/C > 1 yang artinya kegiatan peternakan skala kecil mendapatkan keuntungan dan layak untuk di lanjutkan.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase consumer confidence in MSME MSME products in Bangilan District, Tuban Regency through socialization of the halal certification program. The service method applied is service learning, where service participants play an active role in providing understanding to MSME players about the importance of halal certification. The main objective is to involve participants in interactive and participatory learning, so that they can directly understand the positive impact of the halal certification program on increasing consumer confidence which has an impact on income. The results of the service show that MSME participants are interested in taking part in the process of obtaining halal certification, improving product quality and increasing consumer confidence. Thus, it is hoped that this service can make a positive contribution to the development of MSMEs in Sidokumpul Village, Bangilan District, Tuban Regency by improving halal principles so that it can support the BPJPH program to bring in MSME actors in 2024.Keywords: MSME, Halal Label, Satisfaction

Abstract

Usaha peternakan ayam broiler memerlukan modal yang besar. Sistem pengembangan yang efisien diperlukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Salah satunya pengelolaan usaha ayam broiler dengan melakukan integrasi vertikal antara perusahaan (inti) dengan peternak (plasama) yaitu kemitraan. Sistem kemitraan menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menjawab tantangan bisnis dalam budidaya ayam broiler saat ini. Pada sistem kemitraannya peternak mendapatkan sistem harga kontrak penjualan ayam. Harga tesebut menghindarkan peternak dari penurunan penerimaan akibat jatuhnya harga di pasar tetapi juga menyebabkan penerimaan tetap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola kemitraan yang dijalankan antara peternak (plasama) dan perusahaan (inti), mengetahui pendapatan peternak, serta mengetahui kelayakan usaha peternak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan data dengan tatatp muka menggunakan kuisoner, analsisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) pola kemitraan yang dijalankan peternak X dengan perusahaan yaitu pola kemitraan inti plasma yang menguntungkan kedua belah pihak (2) biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh peternak X sebesar Rp 55.683.000,00 per periode dengan jumlah ternak 2.000 ekor, penerimaan yang di peroleh peternak X sebesar Rp 62.900.000,00 per periode, pendapatan yang diperoleh peternak X sebesar Rp 7.037.000,00 per periode, (3) analisis kelayakan R/C rasio menghasilkan nilai 1,13 dan B/C rasio menghasilkan nilai 0,3 maka usaha peternakan milik peternak X layak untuk terus dijalankan dan dikembangkan

Abstract

This community service aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of local residents in utilizing peatlands and processing cow manure into organic fertilizer. The activity was conducted in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan, on November 2–3, 2023, with 25 participants. The method included delivering materials, administering a pretest, and conducting hands-on training on producing solid organic fertilizer from cow manure and liquid organic fertilizer from cow urine. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of peatland potential, the benefits of organic fertilizer, and waste processing techniques. All participants expressed readiness to apply and further develop these skills, indicating the success of the program in supporting sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

The current economic development of society is growing rapidly, evidenced by the emergence of numerous business actors aiming to produce goods and services, thereby making the community more active in determining and deciding their needs. Business actors are competing to implement various marketing strategies to capitalize on market opportunities by offering products that align with consumers' desires and needs. Bakpao is a type of food that is widely enjoyed by the Indonesian people. Bakpao Heyjo is one of the producers and sellers of bakpao, established in 2022 in Kedungjambe Village, Singgahan Sub-district, Tuban Regency, offering a variety of flavors at affordable prices. Bakpao Heyjo has become a popular processed food choice that is easily accessible and offers a wide range of options. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on the purchase decision of bakpao. Heyjo consumers. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to consumers using a non-probability incidental sampling method. Responses were measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression through SPSS 20.0. The results of the study indicate that product quality and price simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, contributing 79.8%. The remaining 20.2% is attributed to other variables not examined in this study. These findings suggest that improving product quality and maintaining competitive prices are key strategies for enhancing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Lettuce is one type of vegetable plant that is widely consumed by the community because lettuce has high nutritional content and good economic and agribusiness potential. Agricultural products, especially vegetables, are easily damaged. Damage to agricultural products can occur starting from the producer/farmer level, due to harvest and post-harvest handling. Analysis of the added value of post-harvest handling of hydroponic lettuce at Kebun Bertani Agro Farm aims to 1) describe the post-harvest handling of hydroponic lettuce at Kebun Bertani Agro Farm. 2) analyze the amount of added value due to post-harvest handling of hydroponic lettuce at Kebun Bertani Agro Farm. Data were collected using interview and observation methods using the hayami method. The results of this study are 1) Post-harvest handling carried out at the Bertani Agro Farm garden includes sorting, trimming, grading, weighing, packaging, and shipping. 2) The added value of post-harvest handling of hydroponic lettuce obtained was IDR 7,615.83,700 with a ratio of 42.31 percent.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of factors on poverty rice farmers receiving the Family Hope Program in Bojonegoro Regency. Based on the Central Statistics Agency in 2023, the number of poor people in East Java Province was 4188.81 thousand people. Meanwhile, in Bojonegoro Regency in 2023 it was 153.25 thousand people. This indicates that the poverty rate in Bojonegoro Regency is still very high, as evidenced by data from the Bojonegoro Regency Social Service that Kedungadem and Ngraho District have extreme poverty levels. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study used 100 respondents spread across Bojonegoro Regency. The data analysis conducted using a linear probit regression analysis method. The probit analysis method uses dummy variables. This study uses STATA17 software. The analysis results show that factors the poverty factors of households receiving the family hope program in Bojonegoro Regency have a significant influence on the level of head of family, household size, income and production. Based on the research results, efforts that can be made to reduce poverty among recipients of the family hope program among farmers include strengthening relationships, especially among farmers, to help, provide guidance and counseling.
