Abstract

The objectives of this study were (i) to analyze external and internal factors of bioethanol business unit in PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI and (ii) to evolve its development strategy. The study used AWOT analysis, a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SWOT analysis. The results of A’WOT analysis are internal factors of company: strength  is availability of raw materials (0.383) and weakness is high production costs (0.536). External factors of company: opportunity is market opportunity (0.340) and threat  is the low market index prices (0.305). Strategy prioritized in the development of bioethanol business unit is reducing the cost of production to cut costs that are not important and increasing the efficiency of production facilities in order to gain more profit (0.271).

Abstract

Abstract

Halal certification is a Recognition of the halal status of a product issued by the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) based on halal regulations (written halal fatwa) issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). Activities to socialize halal certification and increase consumer awareness of halal products were carried out at SMKN Ngambon, Bojonegoro. This activity was carried out based on the pie susu product developed by SMKN Ngambon and requiring halal certification. Apart from that, it is important to socialize halal products to the nation's young generation. The socialization method used is an lecture and interactive discussion method by displaying presentation slides containing material. Participants in the socialization activities were vocational school students aged 15-20 years. Halal certification outreach activities at SMKN Ngambon Bojonegoro provide insight into halal products in daily life. This activity also increases awareness of the importance of halal certification for food products circulating around. Participants' ignorance of halal products.

Abstract

Abstrak Faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan produksi padi adalah penggunaan benih unggul dan bermutu, karena penggunaan benih unggul dan bermutu dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman padi. Namun sampai saat ini masih banyak petani yang menggunakan benih tidak bersertifikat. Kecamatan Bangilan merupakan salah satu Kecamatan yang menghasilkan padi cukup besar di Kabupaten Tuban. Besarnya produksi padi yang dihasilkan, petani di Kecamatan Bangilan masih menggunakan benih non sertifikat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan perbedaan pendapatan usahatani dengan menggunakan benih sertifikat dan non sertifikat dan perbedaan produktivitas padi dengan menggunakan benih padi bersertifikat dan non sertifikat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive random sampling Penentuan sampel responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden petani menggunakan benih bersertifikat dan 100 responden petani non sertifikat. Metode menggunakan analisis disktriptif dan analisis usahatani dengan menghitung pendapatan usahatani dan produktivitas padi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pendapatan usahatani padi di Kecamatan Bangilan dengan menggunakan benih bersertifikat lebih besar (Rp. 85.512.739/Ha sedangkan petani yang menggunakan benih non sertifikat sebesar Rp. 84.111.963/Ha. Produktivitas padi di Kecamatan Bangilan untuk petani yang menggunakan benih bersertifikat lebih tinggi sebesar 8,2 /ha dibandingkan petani yang menggunakan benih non sertifikat yang hanya menghasilkan 7.9 ton /ha. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an economic sector that has a significant impact on product sales. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Jatirogo subdistrict, Tuban district, are one of the locations where MSMEs have been established which empower them through innovation and the use of local products for consumption. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the halal label, P-IRT label and price on purchase intention and its impact on consumer decisions. This research uses the lameshow formula. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. Purchase interest has an impact on purchasing decisions which influence the development of MSMEs in the future, as well as MSMEs currently having to be able to survive in this onslaught with the abundance of modern and unique processed foods. Thus, it is necessary to follow the rules provided by the government, namely halal certification and P-IRT permits. This research analyzed using SEM-PLS method by analyzing the tools used in SMARTPLS. The research results found that price has a positive and significant influence on buying interest; Purchase interest has a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions. The price of MSME products is influenced by purchasing interest on consumer decisions, while the halal label and P-IRT label do not have a significant effect on purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. So that, product prices influence purchasing interest in consumer decisions and purchasing interest has an impact on consumers in making purchasing decisions for MSME products.

Abstract

Pie susu is a contemporary snack consisting of pie and filling. Pie susu production is still not massively carried out at Ngambon Vocational School. Production is only carried out when orders are received and there has been no effort to expand information to a wider range of potential consumers. The pie susu produced at Ngambon Vocational School still uses conventional ingredients and needs a touch of innovation. The method used is to add banana flour, local goat's milk, kemit durian (local to Bojonegoro), and Ngringinrejo starfruit as raw materials for making pie susu. Efforts made are 1. Socialization of Rebranding pie susu innovation 2. Strengthening production by carrying out processing according to GMP and SSOP, to meet food processing standards that comply with hygiene and sanitation 3. Determining raw material recipes and SSOP for pie susu production 4. Applying for permits PIRT distribution and halal certification. The product succeeded in using local raw materials, received PIRT distribution permits and halal certification, the process of registering a trademark, and the pie susu product was ready to be commercialized. The resulting pie susu has the potential to become Bojonegoro's superior product because the ingredients used are local ingredients from Bojonegoro Regency and produce an attractive contemporary pie susu. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukakn untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha pengolahan kotoran sapi menjadi bokhasi di PT. Wahyyu Utama Group. Variabel yang di ukur adalah dengan menggunakan analisa pendapatan, BEP, RC Ratio dan BC Ratio sehingga mampu mewakili bahwa usaha tersebut bisa dan layah untuk dilanjutkan. Hasil penelitian tersebut adalah berdasarkan aspek produksi, usaha pembuatan bokashi di PT. Wahyu Utama Group layak untuk dijalankan karena ketersediaan bahan baku yang melimpah dan dapat dilakukan segan interval pembuatan 3-5 hari sekali. Secara teknis tidak terdapat kendala yang berarti dalam pelaksanaan produksi pupuk bokashi mulai dari pembuatan hingga pemasaran. Pupuk Bokasi buatan PT Wahyu Utama Group belum memiliki hasil uji laboratorium bahan organic yang terkandung serta belum memiliki kekuatan hukum yang pasti karena belum memiliki ijin edar dari dinas terkait. Pemasaran produk dilakukan dengan cara stok di lokasi produksi dan beberapa agen. Aspek keuangan didasarkan pada perhitungan pendapatan dalam satu kali produksi sebesar Rp. 369.000,00. B/C Ratio sebesar 1,21 yang artinya usaha layak dijalankan, BEP volume produksi 50 pcs sedangkan dalam satu kali produksi dapat menghasilkan 60 pcs. Ditinjau dari spek lingkungan, pembuatan pupuk bokashi dapat menurunkan polusi udara dan meningkatkan kesuburan tanah. Usaha pembuatan pupuk bokashi dapat memberikan peluang kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar.
