Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model through the values of Islamic moderation in increasing the tolerance attitude of students in Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is a literature study or literature review. The data used in this study are from the results of research that has been carried out and published in national and international online journals. The application of the CTL model through Islamic moderation values will provide students with the independence to identify Islamic moderation values that are rooted in the values of life in the family or in the community. In addition, the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach instills Islamic moderation values directly through habituation by participating in community activities that are able to foster an attitude of tolerance and cooperation.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: The Islamic boarding school as a place of education and study of Islamic sciences, is also a place for developing the character of students. One of these efforts is through internalizing the values of Islamic education in the book of Bidayat al Hidayah to develop the religious character of students Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Program, Process, Evaluas, Supporting and inhibiting factors of the impact of internalizing Islamic educational values in the book of Bidayat al Hidayah to develop the religious character of students in Islamic boarding schools Method: The method used in this study is the descriptive-analytical method Results: The results showed that the internalization program of Islamic educational values in the book of Bidayat al Hidayah in Islamic boarding schools was carried out through creed formation programs, worship formation and moral formation. By indicators of having a wise attitude, courageous, maintaining self-chastity and fairness Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the internalization program of Islamic educational values in the book of Bidayat al Hidayah consists of a creed formation program, a worship formation program and a moral formation program

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh realitas keragaman agama, ras, etnis, dan golongan lainnya pada mahasiswa Polban. Apabila tidak dikelola dapat menimbulkan konflik dan disintegrasi. Sebagaimana fenomena dewasa ini terjadinya bullying, tawuran, bahkan sampai menghilangkan nyawa orang lain. Hal tersebut dampak dari kurang bahkan tidak adanya sikap toleransi dan moderasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama melalui Mentoring Karakter Terintegrasi Pendidikan Agama (Metagama). Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa sikap moderasi beragama mahasiswa dapat dibentuk oleh kegiatan Mentoring Karakter Terintegrasi Pendidikan Agama (Metagama). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data melalui proses pengumpulan, reduksi, verifikasi, penarikan simpulan, serta penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama diwujudkan melalui transformasi, transaksi, dan transinternalisasi nilai pada Seleksi Calon Mentor, Sekolah Mentor, Grand Opening Metagama (GOM), Mentoring Gabungan (MenGab), Mentoring Mingguan, dan Grand Closing Metagama (GCM) hingga tercapai tujuan mahasiswa moderat dengan indikator berkomitmen kepada bangsa, toleransi, anti kekerasan dan radikalisme, serta akomodatif terhadap kebudayaan lokal

Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) in education has created an urgent need for all teachers including Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers to develop responsible AI competencies. Despite growing academic interest, a coherent and empirical evidence-based framework to address AI readiness for Pai teachers within the framework of Islamic values is still not available. This study systematically synthesizes evidence related to competency frameworks, professional development approaches, Islamic ethical foundations, and institutional conditions that support the responsible integration of AI by Pai teachers. The systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted in reference to the PRISMA 2020 protocol on five academic databases: Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and Google Scholar. After a gradual screening, 14 Indexed articles published between 2021 and 2026 were included in the thematic synthesis. Four thematic clusters were identified: AI teacher readiness and competence gaps, professional development and Strategic Human Resource Management, Islamic ethical framework for AI governance, and supportive institutional conditions. The findings reveal a structural asymmetry between teachers ' strong Islamic pedagogical foundations and AI's undeveloped technical competence. From this synthesis, the READIE Framework (Readiness, Ethics, and AI Development in Islamic Education) was developed, which consists of six interdependent dimensions, united by a core of Islamic Human Capital based on insan kamil, tawazun, and rahmatan lil 'alamin. The framework offers a theoretically coherent and institutionally applicable model for developing PAI teachers ready for the AI era.
