Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Badan Penelitian dan Pegembangan Daerah (Balitbagda) Kota Surakarta Tahun 2022. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sana berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Balitbagda Surakarta. Sampel yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 28 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dimana data diperoleh dari jawaban responden melalui kuesioner yang telah diberikan. SPSS 21 digunakan dalam penelitian sebagai alat bantu analisis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian secara statistik dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan Disilin Kerja berpengaruh sedang terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Motivasi dan Disilin Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,492 artinya menunjukkan 49,2% variabel Kinerja Pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Saran yang diberikan adalah perusahaan harus selalu menerima setiap kritik atau saran dari para karyawan sehingga karyawan sendiri akan mejadi semakin loyal terhadap perusahaan. Selain itu sebelum membuat peraturan lebih baik perusahaan juga berdiskusi dengan para karyawan supaya transparansi mengenai aturan dapat merata ke setiap pegawai tanpa memandang jabatan. Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan penting dalam masyarakat yangsudah menjadi tanggung jawab bersama, untuk menekan permasalahan tersebut makaefektifitas posyandu diperlukan di tingkat desa. Seperti efektivitas yang dilakukan olehPosyandu dalam pencegahan stunting di Desa Ngreco, Kecamatan Weru, KabupatenSukoharjo.Efektivitas yang baik menurut Budiani (2007 : 53) terdiri dari (1) ketetapansasaran program (2) sosialisasi program (3) pencapaian tujuan program (4)pemantauan program.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan efektivitasPosyandu dalam pencegahan stunting di Desa Ngreco, Kecamatan Weru, KabupatenSukoharjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, kondensasi data,penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas yang dilakukan posyandudalam pencegahan stunting sudah efektif. Hal ini dilihat dari keempat indikatorketetapan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, pencapaian tujuan program, danpemantauan program. Namun masih ada kendala yang berupa rendahnya partisipasidan kesadaran masyarakat mengikuti Posyandu dalam pencegahan stunting.Sesuai dengan pemaparan diatas peneliti memberikan rekomendasi kepadaPosyandu Desa Ngreco untuk berupaya lebih keras untuk meningkatkan motivasi danpartisipasi masyarakat dalam penyuluhan.Kata kunci : Efektivitas, Posyandu, Stunting

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan merupakan salah satu hal terpenting dalam menjalankanpemerintahan. jika kebijakan yang telah dibuat tidak diimplementasikan dengan baikmaka tidak akan berdampak apapun pada sasaran. Bencana kebakaran menurutInternational Labour Organizasition (ILO, 1991), kebakaran merupakan suatu kejadianyang tidak diinginkan dan kadangkala tidak dapat dikendalikan , sebagai hasilpembakaran suatu bahan dalam udara dan mengeluarkan energi panas dan nyalaapi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi PermendagriNo 114 Tahun2018 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Penanggulangan Bencana Kebakaran PadaUnit Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan empatindikator teori dari George Edwards III yang terdiri dari : (1) Komunikasi, (2) SumberDaya, (3) Sikap Pelaksana/Disposisi, (4) Struktur Birokrasi. Metode yang digunakanadalah kualitatif dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Unit analisisadalah individu dan pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara, observasi, dandokumentasi untuk memberikan informasi tentang hasil Implementasi Permendagri No114 Tahun 2018 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Penanggulangan BencanaKebakaran Pada Unit Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian tersebut secara umum implementasi yang diterapkan sudah baik akan tetapibelum optimal, ditunjukan dengan hasil sebagai berikut : (1) Implementasi dalam halkomunikasi yang dilakukan pemadam kebakaran sukoharjo sudah baik namun belumoptimal dilihat dari sosialisasi tidak diadakan secara spesifik, (2) Implementasi dalamhal sumberdaya sudah baik namun belum optimal dilihar dari pos pemadam kebakaranbelum tercukupi, (3) implementasi dalam hal sikap pelaksana sudah dilakukan denganbaik dilihat dari semua anggota memiliki semangat dan komitmen bekerja dengansebaik-baiknya, (4) implementasi dalam hal struktur birokrasi sudah berjalan denganbaik dilihat dari anggota pemadam kebakaran melakukan kegiatan sesuai SOP danpenyebaran tanggungjawab sesuai dengan jadwal kerja shift.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Permendagri, Komunikasi, Sumberdaya, Sikap Pelaksana, StrukturBirokrasi, Pemadam Kebakaran

Abstract

Adanya permasalahan dalam membayar pajak dimasyarakat diantarnya ialah masihrendahnya kepatuhan masyarakat dalam membayar pajak. Selain itu masih kurangnya fasilitasyang kurang memadai seperti misalnya ruang tunggu yang kurang nyaman dan terbatas tempatduduk, masih kurang luasnya lahan parkir yang tersedia sehingga banyak masyarakat yangenggan melakukan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor di kantor desa Wonorejo.Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikanEfektivitas program SAMSAT keliling pada unit pelayanan di kantor desa Wonorejo kecamatanGondangrejo kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan teori pengukuranefektivitas sebagaimana yang dikemukakan oleh Budiani (2007:53). Dengan metode penelitiandeskriptif kualitatif.Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan dalam penelitian Efektivitas program SAMSATkeliling di kantor desa Wonorejo maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa program SAMSATkeliling di kantor desa Wonorejo sudah efektif, karena banyak indikator efektivitas programyang disebutkan oleh Budiani sudah terpenuhi secara maksimal. tiga indikator yang sudahtercapai yaitu ketepatan sasaran program tercapai karena mempermudah masyarakat dalammelakukan pembayaran pajak bermotor dan banyak wajib pajak yang melakukan pembayarandi SAMSAT keliling desa Wonorejo. Indikator selanjutnya sosialisasi program karenapenyampaian program terdapat informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Indikatoryang terakhir yaitu pemantauan program karena sudah ada pemantauan dari pihak SAMSATkeliling maupun pihak kantor desa Wonorejo. Namun ada satu indikator yang tidak terpenuhisecara maksimasl yaitu pencapaian tujuan program.Adapun saran dari penulis yaitu menyediakan kotak saran yang berfungsi sebagai tempatmasyarakat atau wajib pajak untuk dapat memberikan masukan kepada samsat keliling di kantordesa WonorejoKata Kunci : Efektivitas, Program, SAMSAT Keliling

Abstract

Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program in Ngraji Village, Purwodadi District, Grobogan Regency aims at poverty reduction. This thesis leads to how to implement the Family Hope Program in Ngraji Village. The subjects in this study were companions of the family hope program, heads of ngraji villages, family beneficiaries (KPM) of the family hope program, and heads of family hope program groups. This research was analyzed using the theory of implementation developed by George C. Edward III which refers to indicators of Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. This type of research is Descriptive Qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentaries and informant determination techniques carried out by Snowball Sampling. The results showed that the communication variables carried out by the companion of the family hope program had been carried out smoothly. Group meetings are held regularly, but in consistency the KUBE (Joint Business Group) program has not been implemented in Ngraji village. Variable resources, assistance staff owned by PKH have carried out their duties well, PKH facilities have been established, namely beneficiary families get automated teller machine cards and can be picked up at E-waroeng. The authority of Ngraji Village in implementing the family hope program has an important role in the running of the program. Disposition variables, the commitment of family program assistants has provided effective and efficient services, the provision of incentives to PKH assistants is given through the Regional Budget (APBD) of Grobogan Regency. The variables of bureaucratic structure, meknism are in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs Number 1 of 2018 and the fragmentation or spread of responsibility carried out by ngraji villages is less firm in stopping family hope program assistance Keywords : Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure

Abstract

Infrastructure development plays a crucial role in a region, especially in rural areas. It offers numerous benefits such as improving the local economy, the well-being of the community, and, most importantly, eradicating poverty on the path to Indonesia's progress. This research aims to describe the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2021 regarding Infrastructure Development in the Giriwoyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. In this study, the researcher employed a qualitative descriptive method based on Edward III's theory (1980:1) with indicators: sommunication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on Infrastructure Development in Giriwoyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency, can be considered relatively good based on these four indicators. However, it is unfortunate that, during interviews, some community members still did not have a clear understanding of Regional Regulation No. 21 of 2019, which serves as the foundation for implementing infrastructure development policies in Giriwoyo Village. Therefore, it is recommended that the local government in the area be more detailed in their efforts to disseminate information about these programs to the community to ensure a better understanding. Abstract

The implementation of e-government can enhance efficiency, transparency, and public participation. In line with this, the Ngawi Regency government has started implementing e- government at the village level through the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application. The aim of this research is to describe the success of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application program through the evaluation of the SRIGATI application program at the Widodaren Village Office, Ngawi Regency. The SRIGATIapplication is used by the community to access information about the village, such as events and activities in Widodaren Village, or to access Widodaren Village data.The success of the implementation of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application is measured through the Nurcholis evaluation indicators, which consist of input, process, output, and outcome. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this research can be summarized as follows The implementation of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application at the Widodaren Village Office is not yet satisfactory. In the input indicator, the implementation of the SRIGATI application can be considered quite good, although there are still many things that need improvement, such as the need for direct socialization to the Widodaren Village community. In the process indicator, it is considered good, but there are challenges with the operator during the operation of the SRIGATI application. In the output indicator, the results are not yet satisfactory because the community is not satisfied with the implementation of the SRIGATI application at the Widodaren Village Office. Meanwhile, in the outcome indicator, the impact of the SRIGATI application is perceived as not yet significant.

Abstract

Tourism village development is a process that forces ways to develop or advance touristvillages. One of the tourist villages that implements village development as a tourist attractionis the jamus tea plantation in Girikerto Village which is analyzed using four indicatorsaccording to. Cooper (2015:159) which consists of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity(Supporting Facilities) and Ancillary (Supporting Institutions).The aim of this research is todescribe the development of the Tourism Village in Girikerto village so that it can attracttourists. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with datacollection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysistechniques used are data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The resultsof this research show that at the Jamus Tea Plantation a deer breeding area was built andthere is a new photo spot vehicle called the sky ladder photo spot. 1) In terms of cleanlinessattractiveness indicators that still need to be improved. 2) In terms of accessibility indicators,the road to the Jamus Tea Plantation is damaged and has not yet been repaired, but signs forthe road to the tourist attraction have been provided. 3) In the amenity indicators at the JamusTea Plantation in 2023, accommodation and cafes will begin to be developed. However, whatis hampering the availability of facilities at the Jamus Tea Garden is the lack of funding. Abstract

Karanganyar Regency carries out integrated service policy responsibilities organized by the One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP). This service is a digital-based non-business licensing service called SIMPEL (Electronic Service System). Practically, people manage their service needs all through an electronic service system. Through the SIMPEL service system, all non-business licensing arrangements can be carried out more easily, quickly, precisely and efficiently.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to describe the quality of non-business licensing services through a simple application at the Karanganyar Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service using the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, Berry (in Hardiansyah (2011:41)). This model states that the success of service quality is determined by 5 indicators which serve as benchmarks for measuring service quality, these indicators are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy In the results of research on real variables (physical evidence) based on the information used in obtaining permits which is quite easy, researchers also found that the ease of access to information available on the SIMPEL website is said to be good. In the Reliability variable, employees have followed the SOP as a work guide, and understand what information will be conveyed by the public as service users. In the Responsiveness variable, employees serve service users quickly and respond to every online and online service user. offline. In the Assurance variable, it can be said that the cost indicators and security guarantees are good and the employees are polite, courteous and friendly. The Emphaty indicator in prioritizing the interests of service users is said to be quite good, as can be seen from the statements of informants interviewed by researchers in the field. Informants expressed satisfaction with the service on this indicator. It can be concluded that all indicators carried out by researchers have worked well. Apart from that, it is recommended to DPMPTSP Karanganyar to further maximize employee performance and improve services that are already running well in accordance with the SOP and objectives of DPMPTSP Karanganyar Regency.  Keywords: Service quality, Licensing, SIMPEL Implementation

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Community Satisfaction Index for motor vehicle tax services at the Surakarta City Public Service Mall. This research is quantitative research using descriptive research methods which are analyzed using the Community Satisfaction Index analysis technique. This research uses the Service Triangle theory proposed by Alberch and Zemke which is measured using 10 indicators divided into these three aspects. This research was conducted at the Surakarta City Public Service Mall in January 2024. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are Questionnaires, Documentation and Literature Study. From the research results, it was found that the highest interval value or average value of the aspects depicted in the Service Triangle was 3.62 and the lowest interval value or average value was 3.51. These values ​​are found in the aspects: Service Strategy 3.56 is included in the "Very Good" performance category, Service System 3.51 is included in the "Good" performance category, Human Resources 3.62 is included in the "Very Good" performance category. Overall the Public Satisfaction Index for Motor Vehicle Tax Services at Public Service Malls reached 3.56 with a conversion value of 88.88 which is included in the "A" or "Very Good" category.
