Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen, Kemasan pada sebuah produk makanan merupakan sesuatu yang penting dari suatu industri makanan. Selain sebagai wadah atau pembungkus pada makanan, kemasan juga memiliki fungsi untuk melindungi makanan. Namun pengemasan yang baik tetap mengedepankan fungsinya yaitu untuk melindungi produk sehingga tidak hanya menarik dari segi tampilan saja tetapi juga mampu menjaga kualitas dari produk. Tahu merupakan salah satu jenis makanan sumber protein dengan berbahan dasar kacang kedelai. Tahu juga merupakan produk olahan kedelai yang mempunyai segmen pasar yang cukup luas. Hingga sekarang ini tahu belum memiliki kemasan yang cocok digunakan untuk pengemasan tahu, pedagang tahu biasanya menjual-belikan tahunya dengan menggunakan kantong plastik. Praktis dan bisa dimasukkan beberapa tahu didalam kantong merupakan alasan mengapa kantong plastik digunakan untuk membungkus tahu dan dalam menjual-belikan tahu harus terdapat air didalam kemasan tahu. Hal tersebut juga merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam membuat kemasan tahu dan menjadi batasan dalam membuat kemasan, karena itu belum ada kemasan yang cocok digunakan dalam membungkus tahu dan juga kebiasaan masyarakat yang telah lama membungkus tahu dengan kantong plastik.Untuk bisa mendapatkan kemasan sesuai keinginan pelanggan atau masyarakat berdasarkan emosional atau perasaan terhadap kemasan yang cocok digunakan untuk membungkus tahu maka digunakan metode yang digunakan untuk mendesain kemasan tahu adalah metode yang melibatkan perasaan pelanggan yaitu metode kansei. Kansei Engineering merupakan sebuah metode yang memastikan bahwa suatu produk atau jasa memnuhi tanggapan emosional yang diinginkan. Proses ini memungkinkan untuk memodelkan perasaan atau emosional pelanggan dan kemudian menerjemahkannya ke dalam parameter desain.

Abstract

Office employees in carrying out their work will spend working time from morning to evening. It is found that many office workers spend 75% of their working time sitting in front of a computer. But the use of computers that do not consider the ergonomics of work results in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Initial research was conducted by observation, interview and distributing Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ). The results of the questionnaire were that many employees felt pain in the upper neck, back and waist. These complaints can be minimized by knowing and identifying the work posture of employees in using computers. This research uses the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. ROSA is a rapid analysis to measure work risks associated with computer use and determine the level of change action in cases of worker discomfort. The results of work posture research using the ROSA method are work postures of 7 out of 13 employees of PT ABC at risk of being dangerous, in these conditions will cause injury to employees and fatigue who do their work continuously and for a long period of time. Therefore it needs to be recommended to the company to provide socialization about office ergonomics, update work facilities, and do stretching when employees feel tired.

Abstract

The screening stage of tofu in the Independent Cooperative (UKM) is still done manually so this research was conducted to develop an ergonomic tofu filter tool, in order to simplify and reduce the filtering process time and to increase the amount of production per day. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) is the development of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), namely by adding a new relationship between consumer desires and product ergonomic aspects. This relationship will complete the form of the House of Quality matrix which also translates into the desired ergonomic aspects. The House of Quality matrix used in EFD was developed into a House of Ergonomic matrix which was refined with an anthropometric approach. from the results of the validity test the value is 0.917 and the reliability value is obtained cronchbach''s alpha 0.923, efd data processing results from the total value of the result determines the level of consumer interest, namely 39.83 and the total value of the result determines the level of customer satisfaction 40.33, the largest result from the total improvement ratio value of 8.97, the result of the total raw weight value is 59.5 and the result of the normalized raw weight value is 1. From the processing of the Ergonomic Function Deployment method, the priority variable for product design is an ergonomic tofu filter tool with measuring 165cm high x 76.59 cm wide and 75.07 cm long, using an automatic propulsion machine and a machine for pumping water, helps workers produce production faster and can avoid worker injuries due to spills of hot tofu water.

Abstract

Seeing the development and fashion needs of the people in the city of Manokwari, especially for the indigenous Arfak people, researchers tried to meet this community's needs by designing noken with motifs and colors from the traditional arrangements of the native Arfak people. Visual analysis will be used in conducting the evaluation. The examination is carried out directly based on an assessment of the product produced by providing a specific explanation regarding the ergonomic and aesthetic elements inherent in the product. No particular standards are used in the analysis because this research analyzes products that do not have standard measures in their processing or use. Meanwhile, to determine the level of public satisfaction with the noken designed by researchers, a questionnaire was used for several people who were used as samples for decision-making. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, then the questionnaire was analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Based on the discussion results, designing an ergonomic Papuan noken was carried out by paying attention to several influencing factors: security, comfort and flexibility. In contrast, creating an aesthetic Papuan noken was carried out by paying attention to several influencing factors, namely artistic, cultural, and religious values. The level of public satisfaction with the new Papuan noken design by researchers reached 76%, 78% from the ergonomic side and 75% from the aesthetic side.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a management structured to accelerate solving marketingproblems and making strategic decisions. Marketing strategy has an important role inachieving business success, therefore the marketing sector plays a major role in realizingstrategic marketing plans to increase product sales. This can be done, if the company wants tomaintain and increase sales of the products or services they produce. By implementing anaccurate marketing strategy through the use of opportunities to increase sales, the company'sposition in the market can be improved or maintained. CV. Harum Manis is the only factorythat produces packaged tea drinks in West Papua. This local product from Sorong is actuallyless popular when compared to packaged tea from outside the Sorong area. The researchmethod used is SWOT analysis. The Internal Condition on the Strength Factor is worth 2.00and the Weakness Factor is worth 1.90, while the External Condition on the OpportunityFactor is 2.19, while the Threat Factor is 1.60. The results of the SWOT analysis show thatCV HARUM MANIS is in the Quadrant I WO (Weakness – Opportunity) position. Judgingfrom the position of the company is in Quadrant I where Quadrant I is a very profitablesituation. Where companies in this quadrant have opportunities and strengths so they can takeadvantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

This research aims to find research gaps by using Publish or Perish (Pop) to obtain data from the Google Scholar website and visualize it via Vosviewer software with the results of developments in research topics and issues centered on "Total Quality Management" for total quality control in Bulog rice warehouses. Based on mapping the distribution of publications, there are 255 journals regarding 5 keywords. Journal publication on the Vosviewer bibliometic study, thus showing the results of network visualization of keywords containing 7 clusters and 37 items. The implication and contribution of this research is mapping the research topic on Total Quality Management on quality control in Bulog rice logistics warehouses which are often or even very rarely researched by researchers, so it is recommended for future researchers to use as a basis or reference.
