Bullying cases in schools have not been resolved optimally. This is very concerning and disturbing for those in the world of education because bullying behavior can have an impact on student behavior in the form of greater aggression in the future. In addition, it can also cause psychological disorders in the form of depression for victims. Providing effective intervention for perpetrators of bullying must be adjusted to the emotional condition of the perpetrator as well as the victim. Thus, one of the right approaches is to provide rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT). The basic assumption of the REBT approach is that it can improve the resilience of students who are victims of bullying to be better. This is proven after REBT counseling, students who are victims of bullying can still adapt to difficult situations and can carry out activities at school.

Education has a strategic role in preparing a quality generation for the benefit of the future. The importance of educational awareness determines the quality of future physical and spiritual social welfare. Education has a strategic role in preparing a quality generation for the benefit of the future. Considering the importance of knowledge and the limitations of families in providing knowledge, parents are reluctant to continue their education to their children, thereby increasing the school dropout rate. The ever-increasing school dropout rate results in various criminal acts such as theft, robbery, murder and others which disturb the community and the peace that has existed in society will be lost. So it is necessary to provide guidance for unemployed teenagers to increase school motivation in Toleke Tengah village, Batulayar sub-district. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of coaching, this community service activity includes coaching from an academic, psychological and religious, social and community perspective. The results of implementing this activity are an understanding of the delivery of the material and an increase in teenagers' desires. drop out of school to continue their education which has been postponed.

Personality is a collection of attitudes, behavior, emotional and individual reactions that are influenced by a person's environment and life experiences. In measuring personality, various methods can be used, such as scientific, semi-scientific and pre-scientific methods. In this research, the method for measuring a person's personality is to use scientific methods through an identification process to recognize oneself and others as well as personality identification based on personality theories from experts. Personality theories from various experts can be the basis for determining a person's personality type. The results of the research show that personality types according to Carl Jung divide human personality into two groups, namely introverts and extroverts, someone who has an introverted personality tends to have independence. In this phase, according to Carl Jung, individuals build more independent relationships without relying on other people. In the research It can be concluded that someone who has an introverted personality can also develop strong and meaningful social relationships with other people.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa lisan anak melalui bermain peran pasar-pasaran. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan 15 siswa Kelompok A Taman Kanak-Kanak Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Variabel yang terkait dalam penelitian ini adalah keterampilan berbahasa lisan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kemampuan berbahasa lisan anak menggunakan metode observasi. Metode observasi digunakan untuk mengamati kegiatan siswa pada saat melakukan kegiatan bermain peran. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menjadi dua siklus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa lisan anak dengan bermain peran pada siklus I sebesar 58,11 % (kategori rendah) dan pada siklus II sebesar 88,50 % (kategori tinggi), dengan peningkatan kemampuan keterampilan berbahasa lisan anak dengan bermain peran sebesar 30,39 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada pendidik Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) agar menerapkan metode bermain peran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa anak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun dengan menggunakan metode bernyanyi kelompok A di TK Strada Kampung Sawah. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus dengan masing-masing siklus terdapat tiga pertemuan dan setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 4-5 Tahun di TK Strada Kampung Sawah yang berjumlah 20 anak. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berbahasa anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan bernyanyi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pra tindakan kemampuan berbahasa anak ada di kriteria Belum Berkembang (BB) sebesar 20%, Mulai Berkembang (MB) sebesar 65%, dan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebesar 15%. Namun setelah dilakukan siklus I kriteria meningkat menjadi Mulai Berkembang (MB) sebesar 50% dan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebesar 50%, serta pada siklus II kriteria menjadi Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebesar 20% dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) sebesar 80%.

Early Childhood Education is currently only centered on demands for change in the learning process. One of the demands faced by educators in early childhood education institutions is a change in the implementation of the curriculum. Institutions that implement the curriculum still encounter many obstacles and obstacles so that they apply it inconsistently or in accordance with the demands of the curriculum. In developing and improving all the potential and growth aspects of child development, various approaches are needed in learning, one of the approaches that can be applied in early childhood education institutions is the scientific approach, but in reality the scientific learning approach has not been implemented optimally so it is necessary to increase knowledge and competence of educators through workshops and training activities. Through this training it is hoped that scientific learning will be carried out in educational institutions to optimize children's growth and development in an integrated and sustainable manner which in the end can develop intelligent children according to their potential. The implementation of scientific learning activities is carried out in five stages, namely observing, asking, gathering information, reasoning and communicating. The results obtained from this community service activity are increasing the knowledge and abilities of educators in designing scientific learning that can create fun learning activities for students.

Motor development is a physical ability related to the body and daily activities. Motor development which involves physical development will also of course have a big influence on other developments. For this reason, parents must of course pay attention to developments in every phase of their child's development. At the age of 12-18 months, the child will have entered the walking phase, the walking phase begins with the child being able to stand firmly, then being able to walk creeping little by little while holding on, until the child will be able to step his feet from the starting position to another position without falling or falling. can run smoothly. The phase until the child can walk smoothly occurs at 12-18 months. If the child has not reached the phase of walking well in that age range, then it can be said that the child has a delay in walking compared to other children his age. For this reason, this research will focus on motor development in children in the aspect of walking and comparisons with children their age. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research show that every child who experiences walking delays will look different from the child's development in age, the age limit for walking ability occurs in the age range of 12-18 months, if at that age the child looks different from children his age then the child can be said to have walking delays . This delay is also triggered by parenting patterns and a lack of stimulation for movement involving the child's motor muscles.

The world of education has developed various types of learning theories that are considered appropriate to the needs of students, behaviorist theory is considered the oldest theory or theory that is considered ancient. But in reality, behaviorist theory learning is still widely applied in Educational Institutions in Indonesia, because learning with a behaviorist theory approach is considered to be able to have a positive impact on child development. This theory is also increasingly developing into new theories and is considered better in its application in school institutions. Behaviorism theory views personality as a result of the interaction of individuals with their environment. This study aims to identify personality through analysis of observed behavior patterns and the influence of external factors. Using semi-structured interview methods and observations, this study reveals how the environment affects individual responses. The results of the study show that children's personalities are greatly influenced by examples of behavior that support the child's environment, habits that are formed through reinforcement and punishment.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman remaja mengenai pentingnya kesiapan pernikahan, baik dari segi fisik, psikologis, dan mencegah terjadinya pernikahan usia anak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian dari kalangan dosen univerisitas Pendidikan mandalika dengan berkolaborasi dengan kepanitiaan KKN universitas mataram dengan mitra Desa Sepakek kecamatan pringgarata Lombok Tengan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa penyuluhan tentang psikoedukasi pernikahan usia anak dan diskusi aktif dengan peserta pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terkait kesiapan menikah, terutama dalam mengidentifikasi faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan sebelum menikah dan yang terpenting lagi adalah adalah adanya pemahaman yang baik guna dapat meminimalisir terjadinya pernikahan usia anak di desa sepakek.

Pendidikan pada dasarnya menghantarkan siswa untuk menuju pada perubahan-perubahan tingkah laku baik intelektual, moral, maupun social. Perubahan tersebut diharapkan menghasilkan individu yang mampu berinteraksi sosial dengan manusia lain dan dengan lingkungannya, tetapi pendidikan tidak terlepas dari permasalahan seperti kekerasan seksual, kekerasan guru terhadap peserta didik, pergaulan bebas, serta permasalahan yang sangat umum terjadi adalah bullying. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyak peserta didik yang kemudian tidak fokus dalam menuntut ilmu sehingga prestasi belajar menurun dan kecenderungan untuk tidak mengikuti proses belajar mengajar di sekolah, mereka kemudian cenderung mencari kesenangan lain yang lebih menjurus pada hal-hal berbau negatif. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh konseling individu terhadap bullying pada       siswa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 8 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket sebagai metode utama, metode dokumentasi dan wawancara sebagai pelengkap. Sedangkan metode analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik dengan rumus t-tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa t hitung yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 5.559, sedangkan nilai t-tabel (5.559 > 2.365). Hal ini berarti H0 ditolak sedangkan     Ha diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh konseling individu terhadap bullying pada siswa.
