Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkaji peningkatan kreativitas peserta didik melalui model yang diterapkan saat pembelajaran yakni Project Based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas adalah metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian. Lokasi yang diteliti bertempat SDN Kedungsukodani Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan subjek peserta didik kelas empat yang berjumlah 18. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian yang dilakukan memperlihatkan peningkatan pada kreativitas peserta didik selama 2 siklus pembelajaran yang menggunakan Project Based Learning (PjBL) sebagai model pembelajaran. Persentase ketuntasan di siklus I hanya pada 44,4% kemudian meningkat saat di siklus II dengan persentase 88,8%. Sehingga presentase ketuntasan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 44,4%. Mean nilai peserta didik saat siklus I yakni 65,2 kemudian mean nilai peserta didik ketika siklus II yakni 81,25. Berarti nilai mean peserta didik saat siklus I serta siklus II terbukti meningkat sebanyak 16,05.

Abstract

Pelatihan Pengelolaan Sampah Organik Menjadi Pupuk Organik Padat Dan Cair di Daerah Desa Buluh Pasar Kabupaten Kediri merupakan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan guna memberdayakan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Desa Bulupasar. Peserta dari pelatihan ini adalah masyarakat setempat yang berjumlah 8 orang. Hasil yang di dapat dalam pelatihan ini adalah sebagai berikut: peserta belum Familiar dengan pupuk organik, serta belum pernah pernah mengolah sampah organic menjadi pupuk. Seluruh peserta berpendapat bahwa membuat pupuk kompos organik itu mudah dan tidak memberatkan bagi mereka. Untuk mempraktikan kembali yang sudah dilaksanakan dalam pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah sampah menjadi pupuk kompos organik, semua peserta setuju jika alat yang digunakan serta bahan emulator maupun bahan organik mudah digunakan serta dapat diakses dengan mudah. Namun masih kesulitan jika harus memahami bahan kimia yang dipakai seperti dalam emulator EM4. Selain itu, seluruh peserta setuju jika pelatihan ini memberikan kebermanfaatan yang tinggi bagi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Offices as one of the waste-producing locations have contributed to the volume. Challenges in waste management strategies differ between formal and non-formal institutions. Waste management needs a collaborative management strategy in its management. An effective waste management strategy as a solution to improve employee performance in implementing waste management regulations. This study aims to analyze Collaborative management with an office waste management strategy at the BPSDM Kemendagri Jakarta office. Collaborative management to manage environmental problems, especially waste generated from activities on weekdays. Waste management regulations need to be upgraded to become policies in the Ministry of Home Affairs offices. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with literature review and survey techniques. Collaborative management in office waste management is not optimal. a policy proposal for a waste management strategy and for responding to contextual changes involving the problem of formal government office waste. This finding has implications for being a policy proposal for a waste management strategy and for responding to contextual changes involving the problem of formal government office wastesustainable.

Abstract

The application of green chemistry and environmental knowledge plays an important role in shaping individuals' awareness and actions toward environmental sustainability. By applying green chemistry and having good environmental knowledge, it can increase environmental awareness, so that it can increase environmental care behavior. Students who have good environmental knowledge have a more positive attitude toward the environment and tend to care more about the environment. Based on the background, the objectives of this research are: (1) to analyze the school community's perception of the concept of green chemistry and (2) to analyze the correlation between understanding green chemistry and the environment together with environmental care behavior. The research was conducted at SMA Kristen Harapan Denpasar using a random sampling technique with a sample size of 150 people. This research"™s independent variables are an understanding of green chemistry (X1) and an understanding of environmental concepts (X2). In contrast, the dependent variable is environmental care behavior (Y). Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and Product Moment correlation analysis, followed by a t-test and F-test. Based on the research results it can be concluded that: (1) the level of perception of the school community towards green chemistry is 78% very good so it will be able to encourage better attitudes and behaviors towards the environment; (2) environmental care behavior of 11th grade students 58% in the good category, while 12th   grade students 60% in the good category, and there is a correlation between understanding of green chemistry, environmental concepts, and environmental care behavior collectively.

Abstract

Abstrak: PKM pemanfaatan pupuk cair untuk efektivitas pembibitan tanaman hias di Desa Rembang Kec. Ngadiluwih Kab.Kediri merupakan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembibitan tanaman hias di Desa Rembang.  Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dosen dalam rangka mengamalkan tri dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengabdian masyarakat. Peserta dari pelatihan ini adalah masyarakat setempat yang memiliki usaha tanaman hias yang berjumlah 10 orang. Adapun target luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1)Publikasi jurnal ilmiah, 2) Pelatihan untuk mitra, serta 3) Memberikan bantuan pengadaan pot dan bibit-bibit tanaman hias (Komoditas anggrek) Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan empat tahap yang dilaksanakan dengan baik yaitu: tahap pertama, need-assessment dan komunikasi atas kesedian mitra dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini, tahap kedua yaitu pelaksanaan materi pengabdian masyarakat dengan metode ceramah, tahap ketiga melaksanakan praktik pemanfaatan pupuk cair, dan tahap keempat dimana peserta di evaluasi dengan angket yang telah di berikan setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil yang di dapat dalam pelatihan ini adalah sebagai berikut: Seluruh peserta sudah memanfaatkan pupuk cair organik untuk digunakan dalam menyuburkan tanaman hias. Peserta kegiatan memahami bagaimana memanfaatkan area yang terbatas untuk menanam tanaman hias organik, dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan bibit Anggrek jenis dendro bium kriting dengan berbagai kombinasi warna. Abstract:  PKM utilization of liquid fertilizer for the effectiveness of ornamental plant nurseries in Rembang Village, Kec. Ngadiluwih Kab.Kediri is a training to increase the effectiveness of ornamental plant nurseries in Rembang Village. This activity is one form of community service activities for lecturers in order to practice the tri dharma of higher education, namely community service. The participants of this training are local people who have ornamental plant businesses totaling 10 people. The output targets of this activity are: 1) Publication of scientific journals, 2) Training for partners, and 3) Providing assistance in procuring pots and ornamental plant seeds (Orchid Commodities) The method used in implementing this community service is in four stages: carried out properly, namely: the first stage, need-assessment and communication on the willingness of partners to participate in this training, the second stage is the implementation of community service materials using the lecture method, the third stage is implementing the practice of using liquid fertilizer, and the fourth stage is where participants are evaluated using a questionnaire. given after the activity took place. The results obtained in this training are as follows: All participants have used organic liquid fertilizer to fertilize ornamental plants. Activity participants understand how to use a limited area to plant organic ornamental plants, in this activity using Dendro Bium Kriting Orchid seeds with various color combinations.

Rekomendasi peningkatan konsumsi ikan di Kabupaten Bekasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan status keberlanjutannya, antara lain: 1. Pemerintah pusat melalui Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan dan pemerintah daerah melalui Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Bekasi serta penyuluh perikanan Kabupaten Bekasi dapat melakukan sosialisasi terkait peningkatan konsumsi ikan kepada seluruh masyarakat perikanan Kabupaten Bekasi. 2. Pemerintah agar terus mengadakan kegiatan promosi secara berkelanjutan seperti mengadakan stand untuk produk olahan ikan guna menciptakan UMKM bagi masyarakat setempat. 3. Abstract

The issuance of Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 52 and 53 of 2019, makes all schools have to implement it, with the aim of creating a representative learning environment that is fun and comfortable for students as an effort to form an environmentally caring character. Implementation of Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 52 and 53 of 2019 at SDN 02 Sungai Naning and SMPN 1 Bukit Barisan using several concrete steps, namely planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The purpose of the study is to evaluate and describe planning, organizing, actuating, and control in implementing Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 52 and 53 of 2019 in the environment of SDN 02 Sungai Naning and SMPN 1 Bukit Barisan Kab. Fifty Kota. This research is a field type (field research) with qualitative methods, and the approach is descriptive analytics. The source of the data is research informants, in the form of primary data, namely the heads of SDN 02 Sungai Naning and SMPN 1 Bukit Barisan. The secondary data consists of the Head of the Education Office and the Head of the Ministry of Religion of Fifty City Regency, Vice principals, and students. Research instruments in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using reduction techniques, display verification and drawing conclusions. Test validity with credibility, dependability, capability and auditoring tests. Research results 1) Insightful policy planning, including issuing decrees (SK), forming an Adiwiyata implementation team, forming organizational structures, integrating with the school's vision and mission, and conducting mapping. Planning for an environment-based curriculum by integrating it into the curriculum, learning methods and models, participatory based environmental activity planning including mutual assistance, extracurricular scouts, making green houses, living pharmacies, hydroponics, planning infrastructure management including resource utilization, waste and waste management systems, building partnerships with related agencies. 2) Organizing includes division Job description in accordance with the organizational structure. 3) Implementation in the implementation of Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 52 and 53 by carrying out all parts of planning properly and correctly. 4) Control activities in the form of monitoring, inspection, supervision, and evaluation as well as projections for future maturity.

Abstract

The community service activity titled "Development of Koi Fish Cultivation (Cyprinus Carpio) for the Community Around Universitas Terbuka Malang" is motivated by the high economic and aesthetic potential of koi fish, which has not been optimally utilized by the local community. Koi fish serve not only as ornamental decorations but also as a potential source of additional income for the community. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills about koi fish cultivation techniques, as well as to raise community awareness of the economic potential of this venture. The methods used in this program include training and outreach consisting of theory and hands-on practice. This activity involves local communities through socialization, cultivation demonstrations, and assistance in managing koi fish ponds. The results of this community service activity indicate an increase in participants' understanding and skills in koi fish cultivation, along with the establishment of koi cultivation groups in the area. Additionally, participants reported a growing interest in keeping koi fish as a side business.

Abstract

 The background to this research is that the learning methods used by teachers are still conventional, there is a lack of students' critical thinking skills so that students' learning outcomes decrease and there is a need for education that supports 21st-century learning as well as previous research that is reviewed and refined. This research aims to improve critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of class V students in science subjects at SDN Jatiroto 03. This research uses the development of learning tools which include LKPD, learning results tests, lesson plans, and teaching materials. Teaching materials and LKPD make it easier for students to understand food webs. The learning outcomes test questions contain HOTS (Higher Other Thinks Skill) questions which aim to increase student learning outcomes scores. The method used in this research is development or Research and Development based on the Four D Model with the development model consisting of four development stages, namely defining, planning, developing, and disseminating. The data collection procedures used are data collection procedures for CTL, observation to measure critical thinking skills, learning outcomes in the form of tests, and data collection processes for LKPD products and teaching materials. The data analysis method used is instrument testing, testing learning outcomes test questions, testing LKPD products and teaching materials. The results of this research show that the learning tools developed according to expectations meet the criteria for validity, practicality, and effectiveness so that learning tools using the CTL approach to improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes are suitable for use in science learning for fifth-grade elementary school.

Abstract

The degradation of water quality in the environment can be attributed to the discharge of wastewater from shrimp ponds. Conversely, solid waste in the form of shrimp shells presents an entrepreneurial opportunity through the extraction of chitosan, a substance with the potential to enhance water quality while contributing to environmental sustainability. Sampling for this study was conducted at the Vannamei Nusantara Gemilang pond, located in Tambakrejo Village, Malang Regency, East Java. The research employed an experimental methodology with a quantitative approach, supplemented by a literature review. Various doses of chitosan solutions were tested on shrimp pond wastewater. The optimal results were obtained at a dosage of 80 mg/L, significantly outperforming the untreated water. The test outcomes for the 80 mg/L dosage included: BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) at 4.62 mg/L, Nitrite concentration at 0.045 mg/L, turbidity at 3.55 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units), TSS (Total Suspended Solids) at 14.6 mg/L, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) at 2974 mg/L, pH level at 6.31, and temperature at 31.40°C. Notably, the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) levels did not meet quality standards, highlighting the need for further process optimization. These findings emphasize the potential of chitosan extraction as a sustainable solution, while also underscoring the importance of continued research into the economic feasibility of this waste-to-wealth approach. Further studies are necessary to refine the wastewater treatment process, quantify the economic benefits, and ensure the long-term viability of this entrepreneurial venture in environmental sustainability.
