Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work experience and training on employee performance with work competency as an intervening variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 55 employees as respondents, namely employees of the Kambang Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency. In this research, Structrual Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools were used using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Experience on Job Competency (2) There is a positive and insignificant influence of Training on Job Competency (3) There is a positive and insignificant influence of Work Experience on Employee Performance (4) There is a positive influence Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (5) There is a positive and significant influence of Career Competency on Employee Performance (6) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Experience on Employee Performance through Work Competency (7) There is a positive and insignificant influence of Training on Employee Performance through Competency Work (8) The contribution of the Work Experience and Training variables to Work Competence is 0.627 or 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other variables not determined in this research. (9) The contribution of work experience and training variables to employee performance is 0.902 or 90.2%, while the remaining 0.98% is influenced by other variables not determined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance through organizational commitment. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 58 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling using smartpls. The research of this study conclude that : (1) Job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (2) Work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. ALS Padang-Medan. (5) Organizational commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (6) Job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (7) Work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT. ALS Padang-Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence influencer marketing and service quality on customer buying interest with purchase decisions as an intervening variable in Ms Glow Padang skincare. The Data Analysis Method is in the form of Questionnaire Data with a Sample of 91 respondents. The data analysis method used is the analysis of questionnaire data types. The results of the study obtained based on a partial test (T test) were obtained: There is a significant influence of influencer marketing on purchase decisions. There is a significant influence of service quality on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence of influencer marketing on buying interest. There is an insignificant influence of service quality on buying interest. There is a significant influence of purchasing decisions on buying interest. There is a significant influence of influencer marketing on buying interest through purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence of service quality on buying interest through purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 49 orang karyawan sebagai responden yaitu pada PT. Travesindo Multi Elektrik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja. (2) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja (3) Pengalaman keja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. (7) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh kemajuan teknologi dan transformasi digital terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada pabrik bubuk kopi matahari. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan menyebarkan kuesioner, dengan sampel 38 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi jalur menggunakan aplikasi Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan uji parsial pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kemajuan teknologi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara transformasi digital terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemajuan teknologi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara transformasi digital terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kemajuan teknologi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara transformasi digital terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Cipta Kridatama Site KIM, Jambi. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 70 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach through SmartPLS version 3. The results show that organizational culture does not have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. On the other hand, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation was not able to mediate the effect of organizational culture on performance, but it successfully mediated the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. These findings indicate that the role of leaders in inspiring and supporting employees is crucial for improving organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the influence of leadership style, work facilities on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Samantaka Batuabra, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data analysis method uses a questionnaire, with a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis using the partial least squares (SMART PLS) program. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and organizational communication on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Department of Transportation of Pariaman City. The data analysis method uses questionnaires with a sample of 85 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on work motivation, (2) There is no positive and significant effect of organizational communication on work motivation, (3) There is no positive and significant effect of leadership style on employee performance, (4) There is no positive and significant effect of organizational communication on employee performance, (5) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance, (6) Work motivation does not mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance, (7) Work motivation does not mediate the effect of organizational communication on employee performance. This study provides insights for human resource management in government agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 45 employees using a census technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results show that leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In addition, leadership style and work motivation also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance and is unable to mediate the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance in public sector organizations is more effective through directly strengthening leadership style and work motivation. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions in the development of public sector human resource management studies and become practical considerations for organizational leaders in formulating human resource management policies oriented towards improving apparatus performance.
